Dear Sir:
I knew that you had received my letter by post card on Saturday,31th October,1992. Thank you very much for the acknowledgement of my letter. I did not know what to do for a while,
because I thought that I had to take care not to be impolite to you. After consideration, I decided to send my paper in Japanese. I think that it is best to send to you, if it is a little useful for physics.
I outline the paper.
It is not right that we recognize that being moves.
Being is moving, moving is being.
Being and moving are the same.
If both of them are not the same, it is clear that being includes moving.
Objective time is unnecessary.
There is time in subject. There is not time out of subject.
I hope you will read it.
Sincerely,
