Nikko is a very famous place in Japan, so many foreigners visit
there. My home is near here. It takes about 2 hours by car.
This is the "TOSHOGU"
in which IEYASU TOKUGAWA is enshrined. This gate is called "YOUMEIMON".
It is handed down that visitors wouldn't have enough of looking
this all day long, so this has another name "HIGURASHI NO
MON" which means it grows dark among looking this.
"GOJU NO TOU" tower
( I don't know this is called "tower".) in the "TOSHOGU".
This is the waterfall called
"KEGON NO TAKI". It falls over 100 meters. We can look
this getting elevator down form the street.
This is the other waterfall
called "URAMI NO TAKI". We can look this in the back
side of the fall. In the "OKU NO HOSOMICHI" written
by Bashou Matsuo, HAIKU writer introduced there.
Chuzenjiko lake and Mt. Nantaisan.
Driving on Chuzenjiko Skyline, we can see these scene. In the
right side, there are "Kegon no Taki" and "Iroha
zaka". In the left side, "Senjo Gahara" and "Konsei
Touge".
This is the ranch called "KOUTOKU
BOKUJOU".
"RYUZU NO TAKI" waterfall
on the way from "KEGON NO TAKI" to "SENJOU GAHARA".
There is a tea house here and we can look this drinking tea.
