Observation deck in Terminal 1
Free observation deck is located on 5F in center building. You can go there from 4F (departure level) by the escalators. Open 7:00AM to 9:00PM. The deck is surrounded by the fence. But don't worry, the fence has holes for spotters' camera. Light condition is good until 11:00am.

Terminal 1 South Wing 4F Check-in floor
Terminal 1 South Wing has the big windows face to the apron area. You can see the airplanes at the gate 32, 34, 36, 38, 47, 46, 51 and 52.

Observation decks in Terminal 2
Two free observation deck is located on north and south end of 4F in the building. You can go there from 3F (departure level) by the escalators. Open 7:00AM to 9:00PM. The decks are surrounded by fence. But don't worry, there are holes for spotters' camera. And fence side are covered by eaves, so you can spot on rainy days. Light condition is good in the afternoon.
