departed on 5 May, heading for the area of sea east of Okinawa.
Flight Petty Officer 1st Class Saburo Chiba and Flight Petty Officer
1st Class Masaaki Ono died in the Kaiten mission on 27 May.
Tree of the Kaitens were not launched due to the disorder and came
back on 3 June.
