| First off I want to say wonderful blog! I had a quick question in which I'd like to ask if you do not mind. I was curious to know how you center yourself and clear your mind before writing. I have had trouble clearing my thoughts in getting my ideas out. | Today, I went to the beachfront with my kids. I found a sea shell and gave it to my 4 year old daughter and said "You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear."
