■2009年01月31日（土）　 running 雨で、朝走れなかった。夕方かあちゃんが小僧をテニススクールへ連れて行った。仕事が終わった後、同僚に豊川インターまで送っていってもらって、そこから、テニススクールまで走った。大体６キロぐらい。その後、小僧とテニスして、お好み焼き屋へ行った。 It was rainy in the morning today. So I couldn't go running. In the evening, my wife took my son to the tennis school. After hours, my coworker took me to around Toyokawa interchange. I run to the school from there about 6 kilometers. After that, I played tennis with my son. And ther we went to an Okonomi restaurant for dinner.

■2009年01月30日（金）　 Toyota 不況でトヨタは２月３月を金曜休みに決めた。なので、今日はトヨタの社員は休み。自分の会社は大丈夫だろうか????でも、考えても仕方が無い・・・。 Toyota declared Friday would be a holiday February and March. Because we are in the recession. So Toyota's employees took off today. Now I'm wondering if our company is all right. But it's no use thinking about that.

■2009年01月29日（木）　 Sunny 晴れ。今日はいつもより長い距離を走った。ハーフマラソンに参加したいからです。でも、参加できる大会が無い・・・。いつか、フラマラソンに出れると良いが。 It was sunny. Today I went running longer distance than usual. Because I have wanted to join a half-marathon. But nothing I can join a marathon. Someday I hope I join a full marathon.

■2009年01月28日（水）　 Busy? 仕事が忙しい。けど自分は忙しくない。機械はいつも働いている。自分はその機械が部品を作り終えるのを待っているだけだった。機械は忙しいけど、自分は忙しく無い・・・。明日も同じだろう。 I have been busy with my work. But I haven't been busy. Because My machine was working every time. I was just waiting for the machine which finish making parts. So my machine was very busy, but I wasn't busy. Maybe tomorrow too.

■2009年01月27日（火）　 temporary closing of classes 風邪が良くならずに、小僧は学校を休みました。今日行くつもりだったけど、学級閉鎖になった。今日と明日は休み。ちょうど良かった。家で治すことができて、ゆっくりできる。 My son absent. Because he couldn't get well. He would go to school today. But his class becomes temporary closing. His class is closing today and tomorrow. It's been just good for him. He can get over the bad cold at home completely and he can make himself relaxing.

■2009年01月26日（月）　 My daughter's computer 娘のパソコンが壊れたので、インターネットで調べた。初期化して、インストールしないといけなかったので、直すのにかなり時間がかかった。新しいのを買ってあげたいが、金が無い。 My daughter's computer has crashed. So I checked it over the internet. I had to initialize it and install some applications to it. It took me a long time to repaire it. I want to buy a new one to my daughter. But I can't afford to buy it.

■2009年01月25日（日）　 Asagiri 朝霧へまた飛びに行った。みんな沢山飛んで楽しんだ。昨日のスケジュールがきつかったので、疲れた。家に帰ったあと、すぐに寝た。 I went flying to Asagiri planteau again. We have flewn a lot of times. We had a very good time. I had a very tight schedule yesterday, so I was very tired. After I got back my home, I soon went to bed and slept.

■2009年01月24日（土）　 influenza 朝霧へ飛びに行った。飛んでいるときに雪が降ってきて寒かった。飛び終った後、帰って、小僧をテニススクールへ連れて行こうと思ったけど、行けなかった。風邪で熱。けど、娘と本宮でテニス。その後、温泉。楽しんだ。小僧は朝に病院で見てもらって、インフルエンザではなかった。ホッとした。 I went to Asagiri plateau to fly. When I flew, it started to snow. I was very cold. After I flew, I went back to home. I thought to take my son to go to the tennis school. But I didn't, because my son have a bad cold and a fever. But I went playing tennis to Hongu with my daughter. After that, we went to Hongu Onsen. We had a good time. My son went to see a doctor in this morning. The cold wasn't a flu. We were relieved to hear that.

■2009年01月23日（金）　 a garage 自分のＫトラックを車検に出した。それと、２トントラックと乗用車をＫバンの新車に替えた。Ｋばんは走らん。でも綺麗。Ｋトラックをそれに変えたいけど、Ｋバンはオートマッチクで事務員がマニュアルを乗れないから、Ｋトラックを使わないといけない。 Our company have my work's k-truck inspected at a garage. And our company changed one old truck 2 ton and one old car to a new k-van. The van doesn't drive well. But it's very beautiful. So I want to change my k to the van. But I have to use the k, because the van has automatic. So our company women only use aoutomatic car. My k has a stick shift.

■2009年01月22日（木）　 Busy 今日も忙しい。いつまでこの忙しいのが続くだろうか？ただいま、不況。春には仕事が無くなってくると思う。もし、仕事が無くなったら、長期休暇が欲しいなぁ。 I have been busy today too. But I don't know how long I'm busy. We are in the recession. So I gess that our company won't have a lot of work so much in spring. If I lost my work, I would take a long vacation.

■2009年01月21日（水）　 Busy 昨日、出張でいつもの仕事ができなかったので、今日は忙しかった。昨日は不規則だったので、少し眠かった。明日はスムーズに仕事ができて欲しい。 I was on a business trip yesterday and I couldn't work for usual my work. So I was busy today. Yesterday My life was irregular, So I was little sleepy. I hope I could work smoothly tomorrow.

■2009年01月20日（火）　 A business trip 中古の機械を買いに茨城まで行かないといけなかったので、３時に起きた。出張。首都高が渋滞すると思ったので早く出発。けど渋滞に捕まらなかった。帰りも。早く家に着いたので、早く寝た。 I woke up at three, because I had to go Ibaragi to buy an old machine. It was a business trip. I predicted that the capital freeway will be back up. So we left early morning. But we didn't get stuck in any traffic jams. When we returned to home too. We could get home early. So I went to bed early.

■2009年01月19日（月）　 Hot and cold 朝はいつもより暖かかったけど、昼から寒かった。調子が悪かった。筋肉痛・・。昨日のマラソン大会で真剣に走ったせいだ。それと、ビール３杯。３年ぐらいビールをあまり飲まなくなったので、ちょっとのビールで酔うようになった。二日酔いみたい。そんなに飲まないようにしよう。 It was hotter than usual in the morning. But it was cold from the noon. I felt bad, because I have muscular pains. Yesterday I ran hard when the marathon competition. And I drank three cup of beer. I haven't drunk so much for 3 years. So I have changed recently. I have gotten slightly tipsy on a little of beerdrunk on beer. I had like a hangover today. I'll try to drink beer so much.

■2009年01月18日（日）　 Shinshiro's marathon competition 小僧と新城のマラソン大会に参加した。自分は３キロ。小僧は２キロに参加。自分は１４分３０秒。小僧はスタートに遅れて、みんなが一周してから走った・・・。激怒・・・。その後、飛びに行って、その後家族でテニス。娘がナカナカテニスが上手くならないので、付き合っています。その後、英語の新年会。蟹！一日楽しかった！ I participated Shinshiro's marathon competition with my son. I joined the 3 kilometers course. My son joined the 2 kilometers cours. I ran the course for 14 minutes 30 seconds. But my son was late for the start time. After they ran a circle, he rearized it and joined it. I was very angry and scoled him. And then. I went to fly. After that. I played tennis with my family. My daughter can't improve tennis. So I have helped her recently. After word. I went to Toyokawa with my English friend to eat crabs for a new year's party. I had a very good time today.

■2009年01月17日（土）　 busy 最近仕事がずーと忙しい。今日は晴れ、飛びに行きたかった。友達は今頃飛んでいるだろう。けど忙しいって言う事は良い事だ。いつまでも続いて欲しい。明日はマラソン大会に参加。その後飛びたいが、娘がテニスの練習に付き合って欲しいって言ってた。飛ぶ時間があるかな？？？ I've been busy these days with my work. It's a sunny day today. I wanted to go flying. My friends will are flying now. But to be busy is good for our company. I hope it keep forever. I'm going to take part in the marathon competition tomorrow. After that I want to go flying. But my daughter said, that she wants to play tennis with me. I don't know if I have a time to fly.

■2009年01月16日（金）　 A shirt ランニング用のシャツを買った。最新のアンダーアーマーのピチピチ。ピチピチは嫌いだけど、最新なんで・・・・。多分暖かい。最近の朝はマイナス以下なので寒くて耐えられん。なので、それを買ってきた。高い・・・。フィットしてほしい。 I bought a shirt for running. It's the latest model of Under armer ans tight. But I don't like tight. But it's the latest. I think it might be hot. There days it's under zero degrees in morning. So I'm very cold. I can't stand it. So I bought it which is very expensive. I hope it fit me.

■2009年01月15日（木）　 A crab restaurant 英会話へ行った。新年会を日曜の夜に蟹料理を食べに行く事に決めた。大好き！。楽しみにしています。けど、今、太り中。最近2,3キロ太った・・・。走るときに重たくなったのを感じる。減らしたい。だけど、蟹は好きだ。 I went to the conversation school. We decided to hold a New Year party on this Sunday evening to a crab restaurant. I love crab. I'm looking foreward to eat them. But now I'm getting some weight. These days I have gotten 2 or 3 kilograms. When I run, I feel my body is heavy. I want to lose weight. But I love crab.

■2009年01月14日（水）　 handgrip 土曜に家族とテニスをした。ラケットの握り方を変えてみた。その方法だとスピンがかかる。初めは上手く打てなかったけど、段々よくなった。バッチリ。でも、バックハンドとサーブが駄目。もっと練習しよう。 I played tennis with my family last Saturday. I have changed how to hold a racket. I though I could hit the ball with sidespin that way. At first playing, I couldn't hit balls well. But I could learn by hitting. It was very good for me the technique. But I cant't hit backhand stroke and serve well. I'll try to practice more.

■2009年01月13日（火）　 A half pants ハーフパンツをはいてランニングへ行く。でも、そのパンツが古い。新しいのが欲しい。でも、今何処のお店も自分が気にいるのが売っていない。春になると新製品が売りに出されると思う。けど今欲しいなぁ。日曜にマラソン大会参加すると思うけど、新しいので走りたいなぁ。 I go running I wear my half pants. The pants are old. So I want a new one. But there wasn't my favorite pants in any shops. Maybe new of them will be produced in the spring. But I want them now. I'll join a marathon competition on the Sunday. I want to run with new one.

■2009年01月12日（月）　 Snowing 朝、雪がぱらついた。寒い。働いていたけど、休日。成人の日です。まだ、自分の会社は忙しい。不景気だけど、春ごろに仕事があるだろうか？未来は予測できない。 It scattered light snow in the morning. It was a very cold day. I was working. But it was a national holiday Coming-of-Age Day. Our company has a lot of work still. We are in the recession. I'm wondering if we had a lot of work in the spring. We can't predict the future.

■2009年01月11日（日）　 Flying 朝霧へ飛びに行った。グッドコンディション。３時間飛んだ。山は雪に覆われていて、無茶苦茶寒かった。指が痛いけど、みんな長時間飛んだ。楽しんだ。 I went to Asagiri high land to fly. It was very a good condition. I flew for 3 hours. Since those mountains were covered with snow, we were very cold. Although our fingers hurt, we flew long time. But we enjoyed it.

■2009年01月10日（土）　 Snow 朝雨が降っていた。起きた時はまだ、降っていなかった。テイクオフへ草刈へ行こうと思っていた。草刈機を用意しているときに雨が降り出した。でも、行った。テイクオフは標高６００メートルぐらい。雪だった。無茶苦茶寒い。でも２時間ぐらいやった。もっとテイクオフを広くしたいなぁ。 It was rainning in the morning. But it wasn't rainny yet, when I got up. I was supposed to go mowing in the takeoff. When I was ready to mowing machine, it started to rain. But I went to there. The take off is at arround 600 meters. So it was snowing and very cold. But I was mowing for 2 hours. I hope to create more the takeoff area.

■2009年01月09日（金）　 Rain 久しぶりに雨。東京は雪。たぶん明日は飛べない。なので、テニスとショッピング予定。明後日は飛びたい。でも、また、天気が悪いと思う。 It was rainny after long day. It was snowy in Tokyo. Maybe we won't be able to fly tomorrow. So I'll go playing tennis and go shopping somewhere. I want to go fly the day after tomorrow. But it'll be bad weather too, I think.

■2009年01月08日（木）　 The conversation school 英会話へ行った。今年初めて。上手く喋れん。年末年始は勉強もしなかったので、忘れてる・・・・。難しい。今年は楽しみながら英語を勉強したいなぁ。 I went to the conversation school. It was the first time. I couldn't speack English well. I forgot it. I didn't study it during the end of the year to the new year. I think it's too difficult to improve my English. But I think I want to enjoy to study English in this year.

■2009年01月07日（水）　 I played tennis with my son. 小僧とテニスをした。刺す金練習している。けど、年末年始に練習をしなかった。また、下手に戻ってる・・・。ガックリ。また、教えなおし。上手くなるのだろうか？？？？ I played tennis with my son. He prectce tennis these days. But he didn't practce it during the end of the year and the new year. So he returned to he was poor. I was disappointed it. I tought he them again. I'm wondering if he is good at tennis.

■2009年01月06日（火）　 Home work 小僧の冬休みがまだ、終わってない・・・。急いでやっていました。年内にやっておけって言ったのに・・・。ガックリ。明日から学校はスタートです。 My son haven't finished his winter vacation's home work yet. He was doing that in a hurry. My wife and I told him to do them until the end of the year. We were disappointed it. His school starts tomorrow.

■2009年01月05日（月）　 Start 働いてた。今日から仕事がスタート。短い冬休み。もうすでに忙しい。今月中にやらないといけない仕事が沢山ある。休み中、家の片づけができなかったので、くしゃくしゃです。誰かかたづけてくれぇ〜〜 I worked. Today our company started to work. It was a very short winter vacation. I'm already been busy. I have a lot of work to finsh untill this month. I couldn't clean my home in winter holidays, so my house is very mess. I want someone to clean my house.

■2009年01月04日（日）　 Asagiri 今日も友達二人と朝霧高原へ飛びに行った。また渋滞。コンデションはまたバッチリ。小僧とかあちゃんは東京へ、カラテの先生のキックボクシングの試合の応援へ行った。対戦相手はチャンピオン。負け。初めての黒星。家族やら友達やら、生徒やらでバス２台に車数台。みんなガックリ。夜の２時ぐらいに帰ってきました。 I went flying to Asagiri highland again with 2 friends. The traffic was crowded too. The condition was very good too. My son and wife went to Tokyo to see kick boxing son's teacher. His opponent was Champion. He lost the match. It was the first time for him. His family, friends, students were there for him on 2 bus and cars.They were all disappointed it. My wife and son got home at 2 a.m.

■2009年01月03日（土）　 Fly 朝霧へ飛びに行った。帰省した人たちと、何処かへ行っていた人たちで渋滞。でも、フライトはバッチリ楽しんだ。けど、疲れた・・・。スノボーへ行ってたからなぁ・・・。 I went flying to Asagiri plateau. The traffic was very crowded. Because there were many people who went somewhere and went back to their hometown. The flight was very very good. I had a very good time. But I was very tired, because I was snowboading before flying.

■2009年01月02日（金）　 Ski 昨日は野沢に泊まった。一日スキーをした。大雪で無茶苦茶寒い。けど楽しんだ。雪のコンディションが良かったのと、混んでなくて、一日順調にゴンドラとリフトに乗れた。夜中に家に着いた。 We stayed Nozawa last night. We were snowboading all day. It was very heavy snow and very very cold. But we had a very good time. The snow condition was very good. And not crowded. We could get lifts and gondras smothly all day. We got our home midnight.

■2009年01月01日（木）　 Happy new year 晴れの元旦。テイクオフで日の出をみたかったので、早起きした。写真も撮りたかったので、カメラを用意しようとして、メディアをカメラに入れたときに壊した・・・。チェックして、直して行ったけど、遅刻・・・。ガックリ。写真は日の出の後。１５人ぐらい居たかな。小僧の友達と父親がいて、おしるこをご馳走してくれた。美味しかった。昼から野沢温泉へ出発。７時ぐらいについてナイターで滑ったけど、寒かった・・・。 It was sunny day and the new year day. I got up, because I wanted to see the sunrise at the take off place. And I wanted to take the picture. When I set a media card in my camera, I broke it. I cheaked it and repared. After I repare it, I went there quickly. But I was late. I was disappointed it. But I took the sun, after the sunrise. The picture is it. There were about 15 people. There was my children's friend father and my son's friend. They gave me Osiruko. It was very delicious. And then aftenoon, We left for Nozawa ski area with my family and sister's family. We got there at 7 p.m. and we skied in night. It was very cold.
