■2010年08月31日（火）　 Swiming

仕事の後にスポーツボックスへクロールの講習を受けに行って来ました。２度目。ほとんど自分より年寄りです。講習の前に５００メートルぐらい泳ぎました。あんまり泳ぎませんでした。なので、塩素アレルギーにもなっていません。もうちょっと泳ぎたいなぁ。週にもう一回行きたい。でも、時間が無いだろうなぁ。
After I work, I went to Sport Box to swim and take a crawl class. It was the second time. Most students were older people than me. Before the class I swam for about 500 meters. I didn't swim so long. So I didn't get any chlorine allergies. I think I want to swim more long. I need to go there once more in a week. But I probably don't have time to go there.

■2010年08月30日（月）　 private　boldring gym

仕事が終わった後、友達の家へ行ってきました。日曜にパラ友立ちを通して、知り合ったばかりです。東新町に住んでいて、プライベートウォールを持っています。家から６分ぐらいでいけます。今日は小僧と行って来ました。彼自身はいませんでしたが、登って来ました。部屋が暑い。２００円でできます。コースがテープを貼っていないので分りづらい。でも行きやすくていいです。
After I worked, I went to a friend house. He has a private boldring gym. I just met him through my paraglider friend last Sunday. He lives in Higashishinmachi. I can take to his house in 6 minutes. Today I went there with my son. But he was not there. But we could climb. The room was very hot. The entrance fee was 200 yen. But it was not easy to find courses we want to crim. Because route markers were ot taped to the wall. Anyway it easy to go there for me.

■2010年08月29日（日）　 bad flights

朝は２０キロ走りました。その後飛びに行きましたが、今日も良いだろうと期待しました。けど長く飛べませんでした。ガックリ。２回飛んで２回ともショートフライトでした。
In the morning I went running for 20 kilometers. After that I went flying. We expected we could fly for long time today too. But I couldn't fly for long. We were disappointed it. I flew 2 times, but both flights were very short flights.

■2010年08月28日（土）　 flying

朝早くは休耕田を草が生えないように耕しました。その後飛びに行きましたが、良い日で、コンディションが良かった。久しぶりに長い時間飛びました。その後、小僧をテニススクールへ連れて行って、その後テニスを４５分。疲れました。
In the early morning I plowed our rice fields where I don't make rice not to grow weeds. After that I went flying and flew for a long time. It was a very good day and a good condition after long time. After that I took my osn to his tennis school. And then I played tennis with him for 45 minutes. It was a hard day today for me.

■2010年08月27日（金）　 A funeral

休みをとって、叔父さんのお葬式へ行って来ました。喪主は従兄弟。同じ年で子供の頃良く遊びました。２５年ぶりぐらいの再会です。遊んだ頃が懐かしい。家族の事を話しましたが、今、埼玉に住んでいて、当分また会えそうにありません。叔父さんは重たかった、運ぶのに一苦労。７４歳。ちょっと死ぬのは早かったかな。
I took a day off and joined a funeral for my uncle. The host was my cousin who was the same age as me. I played with him, when we were children. I met him after about 25 years. I missed the days when we played. We told about each our family. Now he lives in Saitama, so I couldn't see him in the near future. The ancle was very heavy, we were hard to carry him. He was about 74 years old. I thought it was a little early to go to heaven.

■2010年08月26日（木）　 My house

まだね家はペンク塗りの最中です。かあちゃんと、小僧がピンクは嫌だって言うので、薄いピンクになりました。娘と二人で、普通の色だなぁって思いました。写真の色です。まあ、早く窓を開けたい。ペンキのにおいが家の中までするし、雨戸も閉めてあって、窓はビニールで覆われてる。新鮮な空気と、日射がほしい。
My house has still been painting. My wife and son don't like pink. So she decided light pink. My daughter and I thought it was a commen color. The photo is the color. Anyway we want to open windows. Because the stink of pain in my house. And shutters are closed. And windows are covered with vinys. We need fresh sun light and air.

■2010年08月25日（水）　 uncle

悪い知らせです。おじさんが亡くなりました。突然の心筋梗塞です。ビールを飲んで、エアコン、扇風機が原因です。昨日の夜になくなったらしく、誰も気がつかず。朝、奥さんが見つけました。金曜に葬式に行かないといけません。
Today I got the bad news. My uncle died. He dropped dead of a myocardial infarction. At that time he was using airconditioner and a fan. And he dranked beer. I head he dead last evening, but noone realized it. This morning his wife found it. I have to join his funeral on Friday.

■2010年08月24日（火）　 Swimming lesson

最近、週一でスポーツボックスに通っています。今晩はクロールレッスンに参加しました。良かった。けど、参加した人は年寄りばかり。けど、みんな自分よりはやい。何回も参加しないと駄目だな・・・・。３０分のレッスンと、もう３０分泳いで帰ってきました。酷いエンソアレルギーにはなりませんでした。良かった。
These days I go to Sports Box once a week to swim. Tonight I joined crawl lesson. It was good for me. But the members were older swimmer. But they swam faster than me. I need to go to the lesson many time. The lesson was only for 30 minutes and I swam another for 30 minutes. This time I couldn't get too bad chlorine allergic. It was very good.

■2010年08月23日（月）　 otitis media

娘が病院へ行ってきました。両方中耳炎。スキューバーダイビングをしてはいけなかった。１ヶ月前に耳が痛いって行っていて、２、３日で治りました。かあちゃんも自分も心配していませんでしたが、たぶん、スキューバーをしたときは軽い中耳炎だったと思う。それで、ひどくなったのでは。先生は薬を飲めばすぐ治るって言ってました。
My daughter went to see an ENT doctor. She developed otitis media in both ears. She must not scuba. One month ago, she said she had pain on her ears. But after few days she didn't have that. So my wife and I didn't worry that. I guess when we scubaed, she had slight otitis medias. So she developed those when she sucbaed. But the doctor said she'll get better soon, as long as she takes medicine he gave to her.

■2010年08月22日（日）　 Holidays Day 3

飛びたかったけど、天気予報はイマイチ。でもショートフライトはできると思いました。新城へ飛びに行って１本ショートフライト。長時間飛びたかった。その後、また、ボルダリングへ行きました。腕に筋肉がついてきてると思いました。
I wanted to fly. But the weather forcast was not good. But I gussed we could get some short flights. So I went flying to Shinshiro and got a short flight. I wanted to fly long time. After that we went boldering to Toyohashi again. I thought I had been getting muscular arms.

■2010年08月21日（土）　 Holidays Day 2

スキューバーダイビングをしました。面白かった。７．５メーターまで潜りました。海は濁っていて、綺麗ではありませんでした。今のシーズンの大瀬崎は良くないみたい。終わると、ビーチは大勢のダイバーがいて、ビックリしました。ダイバー専用ビーチみたい。その後、御殿場へ行って買い物をしました。自分は帽子の２個とシャツを買いました。小僧があまり、服を持っていなかったので、何着か買いました。写真は娘。今、耳が痛いって行ってます。心配です。
We scubaed. It was very interested for us. We could go down 7.5m. But sea was not clear. Now bat season to scuba in Oose. But we could see many fishes. we caould see a big sea bream. After that there were many people to scuba in the beach. I was surprised it. That beach was like for diver. After that we went to Gotenba outlet and shopping. I bought two cap and t-shirt. my son didn't have many closes. so we bought some closes for him. The picture is my daughter. Now she has pain on her ear. We are worryed about it.

■2010年08月20日（金）　 Holidays Day 1

やっと休みが来ました、今日から３連休。沼津へスキューバー予定だったので、沼津の大瀬崎へ来ました。小僧がテニスの部活があったので出発できたのが５時ぐらい。ということで、朝は３０キロ走って、その後、カヤック。それから、豊橋へボルダリングへ行きました。疲れていましたが、その後３時間の運転で、到着。明日はスキューバーをします。楽しみです。
I coild take holidays from today to Sunday three days off in a row. We were supposed to scuba to Numazu and we were in Oosezaki Numazu. My son had tennis lesson in his tennis club. So we could leave from home around 5 p.m. Before that in this morning. I went running for 30 kilometers. And then I kayaked for 1 hours. And then I went to boldring to Toyohashi. I was very tired, but I drove to Numazu for 3 hours. We're going to scuba tomorrow and looking forwars to do that.

■2010年08月19日（木）　 My house

家の家は築、約１５年です。ペンキを塗らないといけない。数週間前に業者に頼みました。昨日から工事が始まって、今、足場を組んで、ネットを張っています。風通しが悪くなっていて、夜、暑かった。ということで、エアコンを使いました。
My house was built about 15 years ago. The house must be painted. We odered it a few weeks ago. The painting company started it ysterday. Now they have been making stage and putting up nets around my house. So my house is not drafty. Tonight was too hot. We used airconditioners.

■2010年08月18日（水）　 bouldering

今日も５時半に仕事が終りました。今日はカクタスへクライミングへ行ってきました。ウイークデーに行ったのははじめてでした。会員の人たちは上手いし、タフ。自分は４級のコースを一つクリアーしました。でも、その後、体力切れ。もっと体力をつけないといかんなぁ。
I got off at 5:30 today too. I went to Kakutas to boldring today. It was the first time to go there a weekday. The members were very good and tought. Today I completed a 4 gread course. But after that, I didn't have any physical strength to climb. I need to develop physical strength.

■2010年08月17日（火）　 swimming

今日は仕事が早く終わったので、スポーツボックスへスイミングに行ってきました。みんな泳ぐのが速い。場分より１０才は上な気がする。全然勝てません。ガックリ。今日は２キロ泳ぎました。プールから出た後は、また、塩素アレルギーです。
After I worked, I went to Sports Box to swim. Because I could get home earlier today. People were good swimmer and they looked like over 10 older than me. I couldn't swim faster than them. I was disappointed it. I swam 2 kilometers today. After I swam, I got chlorine allergic again.

■2010年08月16日（月）　 To work part-time

今日は小僧が会社にアルバイトに来ました。社会体験だ。２、３日前に社長が働きに来るかって、小僧に聞いたら、やる気満々。今日一緒に連れて行きました。でも、今日は暑かった。仕事が汚いし、においもきつい。倒れるかと思っていましたが、元気でした。でも、顔は真っ黒け。仕事の後に、バイト料をゲットして喜んでいました。
Today my son worked part-time for our company. I think it was social experience. A few days ago, my boss asked him to work for our company. My son seemed to be happy at that time. So today I took him to go to work with me. But it was too hot today and the work was too dirty and smelled too bad. I was worring he went down. But he was very fine. But his face was black. After the work he got some money and he was very happy.

■2010年08月15日（日）　 tennis tournament

小僧がテニスの大会に出ました。全然練習していなかったので、期待していませんでしたが、１回戦で負け。そして２回戦の相手は一回戦で負けた選手。でもまた、負けました。相手は中１です。下手だ・・・。けどテニスは好きなんだなぁ。もっと練習しないと・・・。
My son entered a tennis tournament. He lost the first game. We didn't expect him to win, because he didn't practice tennis at all. And then he lost the second game again. His opponent lost his first game. And they were all first-year junior high school students. My son suck at tennis. But he likes tennis. He needs to pracitice tennis more.

■2010年08月14日（土）　 Yakiniku restaurant

娘が焼肉屋へ行きたいというので、仕事の後に焼肉屋へ行きました。お盆なので、混んでいました。５０分待ち。まった後にたくさん食べました。久しぶりにビールも飲みました。
After I worked, we went to a Yakiniku restaurant. My daughter wanted to go there. Today is Obon. So the restaurant was very crowded. We waited for it for 50 minutes. After that, I ate beef too much. I was very full and I drank beer after long time.

■2010年08月13日（金）　 hard work

工場の中で機械の改造をしていましたが、暑かった。その仕事がおもったより速く終わらせれたので次の仕事を始めれました。今日は７時には家に帰れたけど、疲れて、新城の花火大会を見に行く元気はありませんでした。
I worked in a factory to fix up a macghine. It was too hot in the factory.
But we finished the work earlier than I thought. So we started to fix up another machine. Today we could home around 7 o'clock. But I was very tired. So I couldn't go to see fireworks in Shinshiro.

■2010年08月12日（木）　 bouldering

今日は英会話はありませんでした。それで、ボルダリングの講習会へパラ友と参加してきました。ためになりました。明日は忙しくなるので、あまり、いられず、９時半には家に戻って、風呂へ入って寝ました。
There wasn't English conversation school today. So I joined a bouldering training seminar in the evening with my paragliding friends. It was very good for my bouldering. But I have a hard work tomorrow, so I couldn't stay there. I went back home around 9:30 and took a birth and went to bed.

■2010年08月11日（水）　 rain

朝は土砂降りの中、１０キロを走りました。今日は降ったり晴れたり。小僧がテニスの特別講習を受けました。丁度そのときに晴れ。ヘロヘロになって練習していたそうです。でも、もっと練習しないと。大会は日曜です。たぶん１回戦負けだと思う。
I ran in the hard rain in this morning for 10 kilometers. Today was a day of alternate rain and sunshine. My son took a special tennis class today. It was just sunny at that time. I heard from my wife, the class was so hard and he was very tiring. But he should practice tennis more. He's going to join a tornament next Sunday. I think he will lose the first game.

■2010年08月10日（火）　 typhoon

台風が近づいています。でも、日本に直撃するか不明。今日は雨です。たぶん、台風が通過するまで雨。仕事がやりやすくていいです。エアコンが良く効いて、涼しい中で仕事ができます。
The typhoon is approaching now. But we don't know if it hit Japan. It was rainning today. Maybe it'll be rainning untill the typhoon passes through this area. But it's easy to work. We can work in cool. The airconditioners are working well.

■2010年08月09日（月）　 I'm tired & sleepy.

週末の草刈で疲れて、眠い。１５分の休憩中に眠れました。仕事がそんなに忙しくなくてよかった。家に帰って九時には寝ました。
I'm tired & sleepy, because of cutting weeds last weekend. I could sleep while break time for 15 minutes. Today it was good I didn't have a lot of work. After I got home, I went to bed at 9 o'clock.

■2010年08月08日（日）　 I cut weeds.

今日は走りませんでした。けど草刈を２時間３０フン。その後、とびに行きましたが、飛んでいる途中で雨が降って、あまり良いフライトではありませんでした。その後は子供のテニスの練習に付き合って豊川へ。久しぶりに２時間テニスをやりました。それから、豊橋へクライミングを１時間。テニスのところから１０分でいけます。今日も一日疲れた。明日からは２週間、休み無しで仕事です。
Today I didn't go running. But I cut weeds in my rice fields for 2 hours and half an hour. And then I went flying. But the flight was not good. Because when we were flying. it started rainning. We couldn't fly long time. After that I went Totokawa to practice tennis for my son. I played tennis wiht my son for 2 hours after long time. I still played tenis better than my son. After that we went to Toyohashi to climb. It takes for 10 minutes from there. We climbed 1 hour. I was too tired today too. But I have to work for 2 weeks without day off from tomorrow.

■2010年08月07日（土）　 I fly

はじめに１２キロ走りましたが、途中で左足が痛くなって、ほとんど歩きました。その後飛びに行って、２回飛びました。２回とも、グットフライト。その後、着陸上の草刈を３時間。無茶苦茶疲れました。写真は友達。
First I went running for 12 kilometers. But I almost walked, Because I got hurt on my left leg on the way. After that, I went flying to Shinshiro. I flew twice. Both flights were good. And then I cut weeds in the landing ground for 3housr. I was too tired today. The photo is my friend.

■2010年08月06日（金）　 study hard

最近娘が一生懸命勉強しています。一日１２時間以上。クレイジーだ。夏休みのはじめぐらいは、そんなに勉強していなかったけど、なんで、そんなに勉強をやりはじめたんだろう？？？？スキューバーダイビングも行かなくて良いって行ってます。２瞬間前に自分が行きたいって言っていたのに。
My daughter have studied hard recently. She studies over 12 hours. I think she is crazy. In earlier summer vacatiom she didn't study hard. I'm wondering why she is study too much everyday now. She said she didn't want to go scuba diving. But about 2 weeks ago, she said she wants to go scuba diving.

■2010年08月05日（木）　 tennis competition

小僧のテニスの先生がテニスの大会に出ないか、小僧に聞いてきました。けど、全然テニスの練習をしていません。それでも、大会に出ることに決めました。大丈夫だろうか？？？大会は８月１５日。練習をする時間があるのだろうか？？？？
My son's tennis teacher asked my son to join a tennis tournament. But he didn't practice tennis at all. But he decided to join it. Is he OK? The tournament will be held 15 August. I'm wondering if he has time for practice.

■2010年08月04日（水）　 I slept in my room.

自分の部屋でまあまあ、寝れました。今日は忙しくなかった。でも、機械は一日中稼動していました。今、家族で夏休み中にスキューバダイビングに行こうか考えています。けど、自分の夏休みは３日だけ。子供たちも忙しいけど、いけるのか？
I slept in my room and got to sleep so so. Today I was not busy. But my machine was working all day. Now my family is planning to go scuba diving in my summer vacation. But my summer vacation is only 3 days in a row. My chidren are also busy. Can we go doing that?

■2010年08月03日（火）　 I can sleep.

娘の友達が帰りました。自分の部屋で寝れます。たぶん、こんばんはしっかり寝れると思う。３日間しっかり勉強したし、残りの夏休みもしっかり勉強すると思う。夏休み明けのテスト結果が楽しみです。
My daughter's friend went back to her house. So I'll be able to sleep in my room. Maybe I'll be able to get sleep well this night. They could studied hard for 3 days and my daughter will study in the remainder of summer vacation. I'm looking forward to see my daughter's test result after summer vacation.

■2010年08月02日（月）　 I was sleepy.

眠かった。小僧の部屋で小僧と寝ました。娘が友達と自分の部屋を使っています。日曜から一生懸命勉強しています。小僧の部屋は２階で暑い。エアコンがうるさい・・・。良く寝れません。もう一晩寝ないといけません。
I was very sleepy. I slept in my son's room with him. My daughter and her friend is using my room. They have studied hard since Sunday. My son's room is in upstairs and too hot. And airconditioner is too noizy. I couldn't get sleep weel. I have to sleep there more 1 night.

■2010年08月01日（日）　 Flying & Bouldering

岐阜へ飛びに行ってきました。暑い！コンディションはよくは無かった。２本飛んで３０分ぐらいづつ。家に帰った後、小僧をテニススクールへ連れて行きました。その後豊橋へボルダリング。レベル５以上がまったく登れません。その後家に帰ると娘の友達がいて、一緒に勉強していました。もう二日間泊まって勉強するそうです。
I went flying to Gifu. It was too hot and the condition was not bad. I flew twice and the flight time were both about 30 minutes. After I got home, I took my son to the tennis school to Toyokawa. After that, we went bouldering to Toyohashi. I couldn't climb above the level 5 at all. After I got home, there was a girl who was my daughter's friend in my home. My daughter studied with her and they said they would study more 2 days and stay 2 night.
