■2010年09月30日（木）　 A good teacher

英会話へ行きました。今日の先生はシェーン、ウェルズ出身です。サラは彼氏と、彼氏の親と旅行です。シェーンは７年ぐらい日本に住んでいるので、英語を教えるのを慣れています。けど、日本語はしっかり話せません。面白い女性でした。話が面白い。声も大きいので、聞き取りやすかった。気に入りましたが、今回だけでした。
I went to the conversation school. Today's teacher was Sian from Wels. Sarah was absent, because she was travering with her boy friend and his parents. Sian has lived in Japan about 7 years. So She was used to teach English. But she couln't speak Japanes well. I thought she was funny. Her story was very funny. She spoke clear. So it was easy to hear her voice. I liked her. But only one day.

■2010年09月29日（水）　 crawl kick

仕事の後に、小僧とプールへ行きました。２枚残っていて、今日までが締め切りです。娘が行きたいというので買いましたが、本人は２、３回しか行かなかった。小僧とバタ足で競争しましたが、２倍早い。ガックリ。へたくそすぎる。練習をしないと。
After work, I went swimming with my son. We had 2 tickets for the Gym. Those tickets were deadline in today. My daughter wated to go swimming. So I bogut tickets for my daoughter. But she only went there 2 or 3 times. I competed with my son to swim crawl kick. He was twice faster than me. I was disappointed it. I was poor crawl kick. I need to practice it.

■2010年09月28日（火）　 I ran in the rain.

朝は土砂降りの中、走りました。仕事の後、スイミングへ。最後のクロール教室です。スイミングの前に塩素アレルギーに鳴らないように、点鼻薬をぬりました。たぶん、効いたと思います。出た後に、アレルギーになりませんでした。
In this morning I went running in the hard rain. After work I went swimming to join the last crawl lesson. Before that I took nose drops for my chlorine allergic. Maybe I think it works well. After swimming, I didn't get that allergy.

■2010年09月27日（月）　 a rest day

朝は走りに行きませんでした。仕事の後もスイミングかクライミングへ行く時間がありましたが、行きませんでした。気分がのらなかった。明日は、走りに行くし、スイミングのレッスンもあります。休息日でした。疲れがとれたと思う。
In this morning I didn't go running. After work, I had time to go swimming or crimbing. But I didn't go there. I didn't feel like that. Tomorrow I'll go running and I have a swimming lesson. I have a rest day today. Now I feel restorative.

■2010年09月26日（日）　 I cut weeds.

朝７キロ走りました。その後、草刈に飛びに行きながらテイクオフヘ。２時間半草刈をしました。風が強く待っていましたが、その間にテイクへ行く道を直しました。その後３０分のフライト。それから、３０分ランディングの草刈。疲れました。８時前には寝てしまいました。
I this morning I ran for 7 kilometers. After that I went cutting weeds in the take off and flying. I cut weeds for 2hours and an half. The wind was straong. So we were waiting for flying. While we were waiting, we fixed the forest road to take off. And then I flew for 30 minute. After that I cut weeds the landing for 30 minutes. I was very tired today. So I went bed before 8O'clock.

■2010年09月25日（土）　 I ran for 31 kilometers.

朝３１キロ走りました。その後、タンボを１つ耕しに行きました。それから、前に買ってあったブルーレイの宇宙戦艦ヤマトを見ました。子供の頃に良く見たシリーズです。声優が変わっていました。ストーリーはまあまあ。見ている途中で小僧をテニスへ送って行って、また、帰ってきて、見直しました。
In this morning I went running for 31 kilometers. After that I plowed one of our rice field. After that I watched Spaceship Yamato for blue lay which I bought before. When I was child, I often watched the series. But the voice actors were changed. The story was soso. I stopped it in the middle and I took my son to his tennis class. After that I got home, I watched it in the middle again.

■2010年09月24日（金）　 Running in the rain.

今、台風が近づいています。たぶん、この辺りには、来ないと思う。けど今日は一日降ったり止んだり。朝は雨が降ってないときに走り出しましたが、後３キロで雨。ビタビタ。覚悟はしていました。１０キロ走りました。
Now the typhoon is approaching. But it won't hit our area. But it rained off and on all day. In the morning I went running when the rain stopped. But after 7 kilometers, it began to rain. I got wet. But I known what was coming. I ran for 10 kilometers.

■2010年09月23日（木）　 conversation school

英会話へ行って来ました。今回は３人。いつもよりは、先生と話す時間がありました。ミエコも他のスクールへ移りたい感じ。彼女もしゃべれる時間が無いし、ついていけないからだと思う。自分も、良いスクールがあれば移るんだけどなぁ。
I went to the conversation school. There was 3 students this time. So I had more time to talk with her than usual. I thought Mieko seemed to wanted to move other school. Maybe I think she doen't have time to talk with the teacher and she can't follow us. I'm thinking, I'll move to other school, if I find a good school.

■2010年09月22日（水）　 I feel bad.

一日、塩素アレルギーで調子が悪かった。仕事の後に薬局へ行って、点鼻薬を買ってきました。次回スイミングへ行ったときに試しに使ってみます。その時にシップと鉄のサプリメントを一緒に買ってきました。
I feel bad all day. Because of the chlorine allergic. After work, I went to a drugstore to buy nose drops. I'll test it next swimming. At that time I bought some compresses and some iron supplements.

■2010年09月21日（火）　 It was hot today.

今日も暑い。まだまだ、エアコンを使わないと。仕事の後、スポーツボックスへレッスンへ行って来ました。泳いだ後はまた、アレルギー。通いたいんだけどなぁ。週に２回は無理なので、ゆーゆーへ行った方がいいかな。
It was hot today too. We still need airconditioners. After work, I went to Sport Box to join a swimmimg lesson. After that I got chlorine allergic again. I want to to to the Gym. But I won't go there twice a week. So maybe I should go to Yuu Yuu.

■2010年09月20日（月）　 my son's soft tennis

昨日、小僧のソフトテニスの大会が小僧の学校でありました。新城市の学校対抗です。小僧のチームは２位。良かった。東三河大会へいけます。もっと練習をしないといけません。けど、たぶん１回戦で負ける。他のチームは強すぎ。
Yesterday there was a soft tennis tournament in my son's school. This turnament was nterscholastic in Shinshiro city. My son's club was the second. It was good for him. Their team can join Tousan turnament. He has to practice tennis more. But I think their team will lost the first game. Other teams will stronger than them.

■2010年09月19日（日）　 Shopping

岐阜まで飛びに行って来ました。とびはまあまあ。帰りに栗きんとんを買って帰りました。有名店です。小僧とテニスの靴を買いに行く約束をしていたので、帰ってから豊橋のゼビオへ行きました。気に入ったのを買いましたがサイズが自分と同じ。そうです。自分の靴がはけます。ついでに、自分のランニング用のシャツ２枚とトランクスを買いました。
I went flying to Gifu. Flights were soso. After that we bougth some sweet chestnuts on the back way home. It was a very famous shop. I promised my son to go shopping his tennis shoes. So After I got home, I went to Zebio in Toyohashi with my son. He bought shoes he liked. They were the same size for my foot. Yes he can wear my shoes. I bought 2 shirt and one pants for my running at that time.

■2010年09月18日（土）　 funeral wake

今日は働いてました。仕事中に同僚のお母さんが亡くなったて聞きました。通夜へ出ないといけなくなりました。という事で、小僧とテニスは止め。ほとんどが仏教式ですが、今回は神道。神道は安い。通夜の最中ズート音楽が流れていましたが、結婚式のときに良く効く音楽です。ハッパーソングだと思っていた音楽が流れていたので、変な感じでした。
I was working today. When I was working, I heard one of coworker's mother died yesterday. This evening I had to join her funeral wake. So I couldn't playing tennis with my son. Our funeral are almost Buddhism. But this time was Shinto religion. Shinto religion is cheap. While the funeral wake, a music was playing. I offten hear the music, when weddings. So I felt strange, because the happy song I thought was playing while the funeral wake.

■2010年09月17日（金）　 26kilometers

朝２６キロ走りました。もちろん、その後、仕事へ行きました。仕事の後、小僧をサナルへ送って、帰りにボルダリングへ寄りました。でも２０分だけ。それでも汗びっしょりになりました。
I ran for 26 kilometers in this morning. Of caurse. I went to work, after that. After work, I took my son to Sanaru. I went bouldering on the way back. But I did it for onlay 20 minutes. But I was all sweaty.

■2010年09月16日（木）　 It's getting cold.

雨。涼しくなってきています。エアコンは使わなくて良かったです。仕事の後に英会話へ行って来ました。今回はアキコと二人だけ。アキコさんは一番話せます。でも、先生と結構話せました。よかった。プライベートで習いたいと思いました。今生徒が４人いますが、４人いると、話す時間があんまりありません。でも、どこにでプライベートがあるのか分りません。
It was rainning today and cooler than usual. So we don't need to use the aireconditioners. After I work, I went to the conversation school. This time, Students were just Akiko and I. Akiko was the best student in us. But I had much time to tolk with the teacher. It was good for me. So I thought I wanted to join a praivate class. This class has 4 students. I don't have much time to talk when there are 4 students in our class. But I don't know where that class is.

■2010年09月15日（水）　 bridge

仕事が終わってボルダリングへ行っているときに、友達から電話がありました。早滝橋がテレビニ放送されているぞ。ネプーチューンの珍百系に近くの端が放送されました。近所の人が応募したそうです。誰か通過すると変な音が鳴ります。ランニングで通過するときに鳴りますが、一番初めは、ビックリして、怖かった。
When after work, I was going bouldring, my friend called me. He said, the bridge near your house is being broadcasted. The program was the rarel views that Neptune was host. My neighbor applied it to the program. When someone goes through the bridge, a strange sound rings. When I go running and thought the bridge, it makes "Gooooon". When the first time, I was surprised it and scared.

■2010年09月14日（火）　 the school festival

先週娘の高校で文化祭がありましたが、仕事とパラで行けませんでした。娘のクラスを９チームで分けて、各チーム１つムービーを作りました。手がこんでいます。６番が気に入りましたが、娘のチームは８番です。アドレスは以下のとおり。
There was a school festival in my daughter's high school last week. I couldn't go there, because of work and flying. Her calss mate were split into 9 teams and each teams made movie. Movies are of elaborate craftsmanship. I love No.6. But my daughter team is No.8. The adless goes like this.

■2010年09月13日（月）　 I was very sleepy.

今日は眠たかった。会社は２回の休憩と昼休みがあります。今日はその２回の休憩時間に眠れました。たぶん、昨日の草刈がきいてて、疲れてる。今晩は早く寝ます。
I was very sleepy today. Our company has 2 break times and lunch break. Break times are for 15 minutes. So today I could sleep in the both break times. Maybe I was tired, because of cutting weeds yesterday. Tonight I'll go to bed ealry.

■2010年09月12日（日）　 Cutting weeds

朝早くに10きロ走りました。それから、また、岐阜へ飛びに行きましたが、ぶっ飛び。なので、早く家に帰ってこれました。帰ってから、炎天下の中で田んぼの草刈を3時間。ヘトヘトでした。けど、小僧とマルヤへボルダリングへ1時間。ハードな一日でした。
I went running in the early morning for 10 kilometers. And then I went flying to Gifu again. But the flight was not good. I got bomb out. So I could home earlyer than I thought. So I went cutting weeds in my rice fields. It took for 3 hours in the scorching sun. I was very tired, But I went bouldering with my son to Maruya for about 1 hour. It was a hard day for me.

■2010年09月11日（土）　 To Gifu

岐阜へ飛びに行きました。とびはまあまあ。１時間２０分のフライトでした。帰って来て、小僧をテニススクールに連れて行き、その後、一緒にテニスをしました。写真は友達です。
I went flrying to Gifu. Flight was soso. I flew for 1 hour 20 minutes. After I got home, I took my son to tennis school and then I played tennis with him after his lesson.　The photo is my friend.

■2010年09月10日（金）　 bouldering

仕事の後にマルヤへボルヂリングへ行って来ました。オーナーと話していて長くはやりませんでした。彼は趣味が多い。水上バイクに水上スキー、バナナボートにウェイクボード、カヤックにオートバイ。ほかにもいろいろあります。すごい多趣味です。
After work, I went bouldering to Maruya. But I couldn't crimb so long. Because I talked too much with the owner. He has many hobbys. He has a personal watercraf, water skies, a Banana Boat, wake Boardings, many motorbikes, many kayakes and something. He is catholic in his tastes.

■2010年09月09日（木）　 I run.

朝２０キロ走りました。１時間３８分。いい記録です。でもね右足首が痛い。コースにアップダウンが多かったからなぁ。明日までに消えてくれるといいが。
I went running for 20 kilometers in this morning. The time was 1 hour 38 minutes. It was good. But I feel a pain on my rught ankle. Maybe because the coruse has many up and down. I hope the pain go away by tomorrow.

■2010年09月08日（水）　 campaign

仕事が終わって家に帰ると、小僧の友達がいて、二人で、選挙の広告を作っていました。友達が学校の生徒会の選挙に出るそうです。小僧は応援演説をするそうです。夜遅くまで作っていました。当選すると良いが。
After work, when I got home, there was my son's friend. He and my son were making a campaign advertising. He is going to run for student council election in their school. My son will make a campaign speech for him. They were making that until midnight. I hope he win the election.

■2010年09月07日（火）　 My son's test result.

小僧の休み明けてストがありました。テストの点数が悪かったので、こりゃ駄目だと思ってガッカリしていましたが、順位が良かった、ビックリ・・・・。信じれん・・・。喜んでいました。自信になったんじゃないかな。キープをしてほしい所です。
夜はクロールのスイミング教室へ行って来ました。その後、また、塩素アレルギー・・・・。
There were tests for my osn after the summer holiday. His scores were not good. So I thogut the result would be bad and I was disappointed it. But But the score were very good. I couldn't believe it. He wa very happy. I think the result gives him confidence. I hope he keeps the result.
This evening I went swimming and took crawl lesson. After that I got a chlorine allergic again.

■2010年09月06日（月）　 I'm tired.

今日は疲れています。朝は調子が良かったので、１５キロ走りました。午後から、眠い、調子も良くない・・・。けど、仕事後に、小僧とボルダリングへ行く約束をしていたので、行って来ました。でも、長い時間は登れませんでした。今晩は早く寝ます。
I'm very tired today. In this morning, I went running for 15 kilometers. I was very fine at that time. But in the afternoon, I was very sleepy and I felt bad. But I promised my son to go bouldring after work. So I went there with him after work. I couldn't climb so long. I went to bed early tonight.

■2010年09月05日（日）　 Flying

朝は２０キロ走りました。その後飛びに行きました。コンディションは良かったです。２回飛んで、１時間３０分と２時間２０分。写真は友達です。自分も同じ機体の色です。
In this morning I ran for 20 kilometers. After that I went flying to Shinshiro. The condition was good. I flew twice. One flight was for 1 hour 30 minutes. Another flight was 2 hours and 20 minutes. We had a good time. The photo is my friend. My wing color is the same color.

■2010年09月04日（土）　 Hot

今日も暑かった。土曜は会社は５時で終わります。仕事の後、小僧のテニススクールへ迎えに行きながらテニスへ行きました。テニスのレッスンの後、テニスを小僧とやりました。最近、小僧は筋肉がついてきている感じ。もっと自分がテニスの練習をしないといけないなぁ。
It was too hot today. Our work finsh at 5 o'clock every Saturday. So after work, I went to my son's tennis class to play with him and pick him. After his tennis class, I played tennis with him. I thought his muscles were getting overdeveloped. So I need to practice tennis more to play tennis with him.

■2010年09月03日（金）　 Bouldering

仕事の後、新城のマルヤへボルダリングへ行きました。今回は何人か登る人たちがいました。楽しめました。１時間ぐらい練習しました。最近、仕事後が忙しい。
after work, I went bouldering to Maruya in Shinshiro. There were some boulders this time. I enjoyed it. I practice to climb for about one hour. I have been busy when after work recently.

■2010年09月02日（木）　 English

仕事の後英会話へ行きました。最近つまらない。あんまり先生としゃべる時間がありません。２人の上級の生徒が先生と話します。中級クラスの教室なのに、なんで移動してきたんだろう？？？？本当の先生だと、まんべんなく話しますが、彼女は素人です。
After I work, I went to the conversation school. I think it's boring these days. I don't have any chance to talk to the teacher. Because two advance students talk with her. I'm wondering why they moved to our class. The class is a intermediate class. Real teachers evenly talks to us.

■2010年09月01日（水）　 the second school term

２学期が始まって、子供たちは学校へ行きました。けど、まだ、暑い。今年の夏は本当に暑い。いつから涼しくなるんだろう。涼しい国にでも行きたいなぁ。
The second school term was started today. So my children went to school. But it was still too hot. This summer is realy hot. I'm wonder from when it's getting cool. I wish I could go to a cold country.
