■2011年01月31日（月）　 ３０４kilometers
今月は３０４キロ走りました。寒くて朝早くおきるのが辛かった。春が待ち遠しいよ。寒い中の仕事も嫌だよ。
In this month I ran for 304 kilometers. It was to hard to get up ealry morning, because It was too cold this month. I just can't wait to go running in Spring. I also don't want to work in cold like this.

■2011年01月30日（日）　 Paragliding
朝霧へ友達二人と飛びに行く約束をしていました。けど、朝玄関を出ると雪。こんなときに飛びにいった事がないけど、キャンセルの電話がないので行きました。朝霧は晴れ。でも風が怪しく、危険な感じ。ぶっ飛びました。けど、二人は止め。その後、お魚料理へ行きましたが、美味しかった。いえに変えってから、小僧をテニスへ送っていこうとしたが、メガネを学校へ忘れて、ボールが見えないので中止。時間が出来たので１１キロ走りに出かけました。その後はソルトを見ました。面白かった、終わった後、小僧が泣いているので、聞くと、サナルのテストへ行くのを忘れていたらしい。途中から行きたくないというので、諦めました。
I promised to go to Asagiri plateau with 2 friends to fly today. But when I opened the front door in this morning, it was snowing. I have never been to Asagiri when like this. But friends didn't call me not to go. So we went there. It was sunny around Asagiri, but the wind was strange and it seemed to be dangerous for us. I could fly short time, but the 2 friends didn't fly. After that we went to a fish restaurant. It was delisious. After I got home, I was supposed to take my son to tennis school But he left his glasses at school. He can't play tennis without glasses. I couldn't teke him there. So I went to go running for 11 kilometers. After that I wathced Solt blu ray. It was good for me. After that my son was crying. He forgot to go to Sanaru and take exam. He didn]'t want to go there and take the exam in the middle. So he gave up to do it.

■2011年01月29日（土）　 Working
一日中仕事でした。土曜は働きたくないなぁ。飛びに行くかスキーに行くか何かしたいよ。今、仕事が忙しいです。明日は飛びに行きたいが、天気が飛べるか予測不能です。
I was working all day. I don't want to work Saturday. I want to go paragliding or skiing or something. Now I'm very busy with my work. I want to go paragliding tomorrow, I can't predict the weather if we can fly tomorrow in Asagiri plateau.

■2011年01月28日（金）　 I sold
古いパラがヤフーのオークションで売れました。海外旅行計画をたてているので、貯金しないと。でも、娘の大学費がたくさんいりそうなので、行けるだろうか？？？？
I sold my old paraglider by the yahoo aouctuin. Now I need to save some money. Because I'm planning to travel abroad. But I'm wondering if i can do it. Because I need big mony for my daughter's education cost university.

■2011年01月27日（木）　 English conversation school
今晩はいつもの英会話へ行って来ました。マサキと二人です。アキコ、ミホ、ミエコはどうしたのだろうか？？？来月は来るのだろうか？？？？けど二人だと、先生と話す時間があっていいです。でも、上手くならないけど・・・。
Tonight I went to the conversation school. Today's students were Masaki and me. I'm wondering why Miho, Akiko and Mieko don't come and they come next month. But 2 students is good for me, because I have much time to talk with the teacher. But I won't improve my English.

■2011年01月26日（水）　 It was too cold today.
今日は寒い。昼ぐらいに雪がちらつきました。震えながら仕事をしていたので、仕事がはかどりません。
It was too cold today. We had a dusting of snow around around lunch time. I teetered shivering while I was working. I didn't make good progress.

■2011年01月25日（火）　 Nothing special
朝は１５キロ走りました。その後は仕事です。今日は特別な事はありませんでした。今日は晴れ。夜に目出帽が届きました。２週間前ぐらいにインターネットで注文したものです。まあまあな感じでした。
I went running in this morning for 15 kilometers. And then I went to work. I didn't have any specials today. It was sunny today. In this evening I got a balaclava for paragliding I ordered 2 weeks ago over the internet. It was soso.

■2011年01月24日（月）　 private university
娘の滑り止めに、私立を申し込みました。試験はなしで、センターの成績だけで合格できると思う。もし、うかると　２０万ぐらい。国立が合格すると無駄になります。
My daughter applyed to a private university for insurance. She doesn't need to take its entrance exams. Maybe she'll pass it her first-stage examination's score. But if she pass it, I have to pay 200,000 yen for it. If she passes a national university she wants, it will be waste.

■2011年01月23日（日）　 Fly Fly Fly
朝霧へまた、飛びに行きました。今日も良いコンディション。３時間のフライト。楽しめたけど、家に帰ってから、かあちゃんと小僧が喧嘩をしていて、ガックリ。とばっちりを食らいました・・・・。
I went paragliding to Asagiri plateau again with another friends. We could fly in good weather condition today too. I flew for 3hours. I enjoyed it today too. After I got home, My wife and son were in a fight. I was disapinted it. I got dragged into a mess.

■2011年01月22日（土）　 Asagiri plateau
朝霧へ友達二人と飛びに行きました。グッドコンディション。３時間４５分飛んで、高度２２００メーターのフライト。楽しめました！！！帰ってからは１０キロ走りました。
I went paragliding to Asagiri plateau with two friends. We could fly in good weather condition. So I could fly at 2200 meters altitude and for 3 hours 45minutes. We enjoyed it. After I went back home, I went running for 10 kilometers.

■2011年01月21日（金）　 It was not cold.
今日はそんなに寒くない。でも、朝走るときは寒いです。今日は１５キロ。小僧は学校へ行くときは、半ズボンですが、長ズボンが好きです。けど、みんな半ズボンで、一人じゃ恥ずかしくて着れないそうです。
It was not cold today. But of coures in this morning when I ran, it was very cold. I ran for 15 kilometers. When my son goes to school, he wears athletic short. He likes long pants. But evry student wears those. It is disgracefully to wear long pants only him.

■2011年01月20日（木）　 We are confused
娘の大学受験で混乱中です。でも、娘の体調は良い感じ。センター試験がわるかったにもかかわらず・・・・。センター試験の呪縛から開放された感じです。かなりシリアスになっていて、ここ数ヶ月微熱をだしていました。表情が良くなったので、かあちゃんも自分も喜んでいます。微熱も治るじゃないかな。でも、志望校を変えて、そこに受かるか心配です。滑り止めは無し状態。浪人しないって言ってるし・・・・。なりたい事がないから、いけないんだよなぁ。
My wife and I are confused about our daughter's college entrance exam. But she feels very good in spite of she got bad score in a first-stage examination. She looks like to state of mind that provides freedom from a first-stage examination. Her face became very good. We are delighted at it. I thought she was very serious and has a little fever for a few months. I think she'll recover from it. She changed a college she wants. But we are worry if she fail or not. She won't take any entrance exams to private universities just to be on the safe side. And she said she won't be an unemployed person student. problem is she doesn't have any careers she wants to be.

■2011年01月19日（水）　 It was cold.
月曜に降った雪は、ほとんど溶けました。朝は１０キロのランニングでしたが、レースのお陰か、左膝が痛かったので、ゆっくり走りました。最近寒いので朝早起きがつらいです。
The snow that fell last Monday almost meltted. In this morning I went running for 10 kilometers. I felt a paint in my left knee and ran slowly. Maybe because of the rase on Sunday. It has been cold recently. So it's hard to get up ealry morning everyday.

■2011年01月18日（火）　 first-stage examination
土日にあった娘のセンター試験の成績が良くなくて、たぶん、受けても落ちるのでは？という結論に達しました。浪人生は辞めて欲しいので、たぶん、他の大学を受けると思う。私立は受けないみたい・・・・・。
National and public universities require applicants to take the test as a first-stage examination, before they take a second-stage examination held by each university. My daughter took it last Saturday and Sunday. Her score was bad. So she can't take her first-choice school second-stage examination. Maybe if she take it, she won't pass it. I don't want her to be an unemployed person student. Maybe she'll take another university. But she won't take any private universities.

■2011年01月17日（月）　 heavy snow
夜に雪がたくさん振りました。家の前は１０センチぐらい積もっていました。何年ぶりの大雪だろう。こんなに降ったのは覚えていません。朝は走りに行けません。小僧を学校へ。娘を駅へ送っていきました。写真は癒えの前に置いておいた会社の車。
Last night It was snowing hard. We had snow about 10 centimeters deep in front of my house. It was for the first time in about ?? years. I forgot when it was snow hard last time like this. In the morning I couldn't go running. I took my son to school and my doughter to the station in this morning. the photo is my company's car. I parked it in front of my house.

■2011年01月16日（日）　 heavy snow
朝は５センチぐらい積もっていました。電車が動くか心配です。ＪＲの友達に聞くと、通常通りに動いていると言うので、娘はなんの心配もなく試験へ行けれました。その後は新城のマラソン大会へ行きました。交通は渋滞です。受付時間内に到着しましが、道路が凍っていて、レースが出来るのか不明。この天気で５０分スタート時間が遅れました。選手が受付時間内に到着できません。待っていると、サラとアイゼックが到着。来るとは思わなかった。うれしい。スタート時間の頃には道路の氷も溶け出して、転ばずに走れました。自分は１０キロを４１分２秒。４０歳代の部で１２位でした。アイゼックは３０歳未満で２位。表彰台へ上がりました。おめでとう！！！！その後、ご飯を食べて、歴史資料館と長篠城へ行きました。
In the morning we have snow about 5 centimeters deep. We were worryed about if the train work or ot, I asked about it to my friend who works for the train company JR. The train was working normally. So my daughter could go to Toyohashi and took the exam. After that I went to Shinshiro marathon event. But the traffic was very slow because of the snow. But I could get there in time. But I was wondering if we could run because the roads were icy. The weather delayed the rase start time for 50 minutes. The runners couldn't get there in time. When I was waiting, Sarah and Isaac arrived. didn't expect them. I was happy. Around the start time, the icy roads was melting. So we couldn't slip, when the race. I ran for 10 kilometers for 41minutes 2 seconds. I was 12th in 40s. Isaac was 2nd in under 30 without hight school students. He stood on an the podium. Congratulations! After that we went a restaurant for lunch. After that we went to Sitaragahara Museum of Historical Materials and Nagahino castle.

■2011年01月15日（土）　 The funeral wake
朝娘は、センター試験に豊橋へ行きました。２日間なので明日もあります。今日は仕事をしていましたが、仕事の後に通夜へ浜松へ行きました。帰りの途中雨の中を運転していましたが、雨が雪に変わり、突然大雪になりました。すべって、家へ突っ込むかと思いましたが、止まりました。なんとか家へ帰ると、問題が・・・。明日の朝電車が動くか心配です。動かないと、娘がセンター試験へいけれません。
My daughter went to Toyohashi to take The national university entrance examination today. It is held for 2 days. So she have to take it tomorrow. Today I was working. after work< I went to Hamamatsu to join the funeral wake. After that. Before I got home, I was driving in the rain. But the rain changed to snow around Shinshiro. But Suddenly it began snowing to beat the band. I skided and headed toward to a house. But I could stopped before it and got home safety. But we have a big problem. We don't know if the train work in the morning, because of the snow. If it won't work, my doughter can't get to Toyohashi and she can't take the exam in normal time.

■2011年01月14日（金）　 funeral
妹の旦那のオヤジが死にました。何歳か知りません。１０年以上前にあっただけです。日曜にお葬式で、マラソン大会へ出れなくなったと思ってガックリしていましたが、あまり知らないので、出なくて良くなりました。けど、明日の夜のお通夜はでないといけません。
My ather-in-law died. He is my sister's husbund's father. I don't know how old he is? I met him over 10 years ago. That funeral is held on Sunday. I thought I had to join it. I was disappointed becouse I have Shinshiro marathon event. I wouldn't join it. But I don't need join it. Because I don't know him well. But I have to join the funeral wake tomorrow evening.

■2011年01月13日（木）　 Isaac
英会話へ行って来ました。日曜に先生の彼氏のアイゼックと新城マラソンへ出る予定でした。土曜に東京へモーターショーを見に行くので、土曜のうちに帰って来れないので、参加できないそうにないらしい。残念。でも、マラソンの後、何処かへ連れて行かなくて良くなりました。新城じゃあ連れて行くところがありません。
I went to the conversations school. On Sunday I was supposed to join Shinshiro marathon with the teacher's boy friend Isaac. When the class today, the teacher Sarah said to me that he wouldn't join it, because he was going to Tokyo to see a motor show on Saturday. Maybe he wouldn't come back home in Satuday. I was sorry. But I don't need to take them to somewhere, after the marathon. It was hard to find where they are happy in Shinshiro.

■2011年01月12日（水）　 It's cold.
会社は日当たりが悪くて寒い。がまんできん！！。でも仕事しないと・・・。ストーブの近くで仕事をしています。けど、朝は走りました。最近、車の窓は凍っています。
It's cold in our factory. because there isn't sufficient sunlight. I can't stand it! But I have to work. I work near a space heater. But In this morning I went running for 10 kilometers. The windshield of my car are frozen thesedays.

■2011年01月11日（火）　 It's getting cold.
寒かった。けど日曜に新城マラソン大会があるので、走りに行きました。練習しないといけないが、あまり出来ていません。金、土は、あまり練習しないほうがいいので、後二日しかない。けど、寒くて、練習ができないと思います・・・・。
It was too cold today. But I went running in this morning. Because I'm going to participate Shinshiro marathon event on Sunday. I need to practice running. But I haven't been able to practice enough. Anyway I shouldn't practice hard Friday and Saturday. So I have only two days. But I won't practice enough because It will be to cold in the morning.

■2011年01月10日（月）　 Windows 7
家に５,６台パソコンがありますが、メインでビスタ搭載のパソコンを２台使っています。でも、会社のが７なので、使いにくい。先週７を買ってきて、アップグレードを始めました。簡単かと思ったら、面倒だった。ビスタを最新のものにしてからじゃないといけなく、ダウンロードに４、５時間かかって、それから、２時間ぐらいでバージョンアップ。疲れた・・・。でも、使いやすくなったと思う。
There are 5 or 6 computer in my house. I use Windows Vista on 2 computers of them. But in my office I use Windaows 7. So Vista is awkward to use. Last week I bought 2 Windows 7 and started to upgrade them to windows. I thought it was easy, but it wasvery hard. Before that, I need to upgrade them to Vista the latest version. I downloded them for 4 or 5 hours and then I upgrade them to 7 for about 2 hours. It was very hard. But it'll be easy to use that.

■2011年01月09日（日）　 Go paragliding
今日も朝霧です。昨日から明日までハングの大会があります。今日はたくさんのハングと一緒に飛べました。今日も３時間ぐらいのフライト。楽しめました。写真はハングライダー。
We went paragliding to Asagiri plateau today too. There aere Hangliding competition from yesterday to tomorrow. So we could fly with many hangliders.I could fly for about 3 hours today too. We enjoyed it today too. The photo is Hangliders.

■2011年01月08日（土）　 Go fying
朝霧へ飛びに行って来ました。冬の新城は風が強くてナカナカ飛べません。けど、朝霧の冬はいい。この時期は朝霧のフライトに期待しています。今回自分は３時間ぐらい飛び、みんな楽しめました。写真は友達。
I went paragliding to Asagiri plateau. We can't fly in Shinshiro in winter well, because of the windy. But Asagiri is the good place in winter. So we expect to get good flights there in this season. This time I could fly for about 3 hours. We had a good time. The photo is my friend.

2011年01月07日（金）　
寒い！簡単に起きれませんでした。もっと寝たかった・・・。けど走りに行きました。１５キロ走りたかったけど、時間を無駄にしたので、１２キロで終了。来週末は１０キロのレースです。調整しないといけません。
It was very cold today. It was not easy to get up this morning. I wanted to sleep more. But I went running. I wanted to run for 15 kilometers. But I waste my time on that. So I could only run for 12 kilometers. I have a marathon competition for 10 kilometers. Last weekend. So I need to pace my running by the day.

■2011年01月06日（木）　 Conversation school
今年、初めて英会話へ行って来ました。アキコさんしかいませんでした。ミエコさんは先月から来ていません。辞めないか心配です。まあ、様子を見るしかありません。
I went to the English conversation school. It was the first time in this year. There was only Akiko. Mieko wasn't there. She didn't come last month. So we worry she leaves this school. Anyway all we can do now is to wait and see.

■2011年01月05日（水）　 Daruma
爺さんが、娘にダルマを買ってくれました。娘は大学受験で入りたい大学があります。買ったときに片方の目を入れて、合格したときに、もう片方の目を入れます。合格するかまったく分りません。
My father bought a Daruma to my daughter. Do you know Daruma? My daughter needs to pass the entrance examination this month and next month and wasts to enter a university. New Daruma doesn't have the pupils of the eyes. When my daughter got it she made one pupuil of the eyes. I f she gets the universit, she'll make other pupil of the eyes. I don't know if she pass the exam at all.

■2011年01月04日（火）　 The first day of work this year
仕事始めです。一日仕事。けど、仕事をする気になれません。部品を作っていましたが、図面が間違っていて、聞こうにも、お客が休みで分りません・・・。順調に進みませんでした。
Today kicks off another year of work. So I was working all day. But I didn't feel like working. I was making a part, but the drawing was mistaked. I couldn't ask it, because the customer was day off. So my work didn't run smoothly.

■2011年01月03日（月）　 Paragliding
正月休みの最終日です。朝２０キロのラン、途中で中学の同級生と会い一緒に話しながら走りました。その後は新城でパラ。良いコンディションで一時間のフライト。楽しめました。帰ってからは部屋の片づけをしました。
The last day for new years holday for me today. In the mornig I ran for 20 kilometers. I met an old friend when we were junior hight school students on the way. So we ran togather to talk. After that I went paragliding to Shinshiro. It was a good condition. I flew for 1 hour and got a 1000 altitude. We enjoyed it. After I got home, I tidyed in my room.

■2011年01月02日（日）　 Snowboarding
小僧と妹家族と長野の白馬八方に泊まりました。1998年にオリンピックが開かれた所です。一日中スノーボードです。ゲレンデは硬かった・・。表面は新雪なんだけど。山の中腹は霧で見難かった。下と上は視界が良かったです。でも一日中雪がちらついていました。まあ、一日楽しめました。５時ぐらいに出発して、家には１１時ぐらいに着。そんなに、渋滞も無く到着しました。写真はスキー場の一番上です。
My son and I stayed Hakuba Happo in Nagano last night with my sister's family. We snowboarded all day. The Winter Olympic was held in 1998 in this area. I thought the slope were hard, but the face of the slope were covered with flash snow. The mountain upper half were covered in a fog. So we couldn't see clear. But the top and the bottom of the mountain were clear. But it was snowing a little all day. Anyway we had a good time. We left around 5 o'clock. The traffic was not slow. So we could get home around 11 o'clock. The photo is my son and nephews in the top of the ski area.

■2011年01月01日（土）　 new year
娘が富永神社へ初詣に大学の合格祈願へ行こうと言うので１１時に起きて、１２時前に富永神社へ行きました。１番前に並びました。４００人ぐらいいたと思います。１２時後に子供の健康と娘の合格祈願をしました。その後は、家へ帰ってまた寝ました。
バイクが趣味の友達と初日の出をパラグライダーのテイクおふから見ようと約束していたので、５時に起きました、一人で行きましたが、作手の道が雪で覆われていたので怖かった。一人で日の出前に到着。友達は雪で来れないと思いました。雲と雲の隙間から、初日の出を見れて、たくさん写真を撮れました。でもすぐに雲の中へ日が沈みました。帰ろうと思って駐車場へ行くと、友達のバイクチームが林から次々と出て来ました。道なき道を通って来ました。もちろん、彼らは初日の出を見れず・・・・。でも、雪の中を楽しそうでした。
家へ帰ってから２０キロのランニング。その後、小僧と妹家族と白馬へスノボーへ出かけました。夕方に到着して、ナイターで滑りました。今日はヘトヘト。白馬で止まりましたが、すくに寝てしまいました。
My daughter asked me to vist to Tominaga shrine for New Year to pray for passing a university entrance examination she wants to enter. So I woke up around 11:00 and we went there before midnight. We lined up in the front row. I guessed about 400 people were lined up waiting. After 12 o'clock I prayed for good health for our children and my daughter pass the exam. After that. I went back home and went to bed again.
I woke up around 5 o'clock. Because I promised a friend to go to the pragliding takeoff and see the first sunrise. He is a biker. I went there alone. But the road around Tsukude were covered with snow. I was scared it. But I got the takeoff alone before the first sunrise. I thought the friend couldn't get there because of the snow. So I could see the sun through the clouds alone and took many sunrise photos. But the sun went up in the clouds. After that, when I went to the parking lot, my friend motor team came from the trees. They didon't use the road. They looks fun with snow. I could see the friend. But they couldn't see the sun.
After I got home, I went running for 20 kilometers. And then I left for Hakuba to snowborad with my son and my sister's family. We go there the evening. So we could snowboad in lights.
We stay in Hakuba tonight. I was very tired today. So I went to bed early.
