■2011年07月31日（日）　 Movies

前にナルニアの３章のブルーレイを買ってあり、今日は雨だったので、見ました。何もやる気がおこらず、ランニングも止めました。昼からは魔法使いの弟子をレンタルビデオ屋へ行って借りて来ました。ナルニアより面白かった。その後は、小僧をテニススクールへ連れて行って、その後、小僧とテニスをしました。
I bought The Chronicles of Narnia: The Voyage of the Dawn Treader for blue ray before.It was bad weather today. So I watched it in this morning. Today I don't feel like everything. I didn't go running today. Afternoon, I went to a video shop and rented The Sorcerer's Apprentice. It was better than Narnia. After that I took my son to tennis school. After his class, I played tenns with him.

■2011年07月30日（土）　 barber

朝は１５キロのランニング。今日は仕事でした。仕事のあと、床屋へ行ってきました。
In this morning I ran 15 kilometers. And then, I went to work today. After work, I went to a barber and I got my hair cut.

■2011年07月29日（金）　 postpone

富士山へ登る事になっていましたが、天気が悪くて来週に延期です。けど、来週は台風が来るかもしれない。登れるか分りません。
We were supposed to climb Mt. Fuzi this weekend. But the weather will be too bad. So we'll postpone it until next weekend. But There'll maybe be another typhoon next weekend. I'm not sure we can do it.

■2011年07月28日（木）　 Nothing special

朝は走りませんでした。足の休足日。もちろん、仕事は行きました。以後とが終わった後は英会話でした。
I didn't go running this morning. I took a day off for my legs. Of cource I went to work. After work, I went to the English conversation school.

■2011年07月27日（水）　 Mt Fuzi

今週末は友達と富士山へ登る事になっています。でも、天気予報が悪い。行けるかわかりません。朝は雨の中１０キロ走りました。
This weekend I'm supposed to go hike to the top of Mt Fuzi with friends. But the weather will be bad. So I'm not sure if we can go there. This morning I ran 10 kilometers in the rain.

■2011年07月26日（火）　 Sanaru

小僧は中３です。テニスも終わったので、高校入試の受験勉強をしないといけません。今日は午前と夕方にサナルへ行きました。
My son is a third-year junior high school student. His tennis competition was finished. He has to prepare the entrance exam for high school. Today he went to Sanaru in the morning and evening.

■2011年07月25日（月）　 the last game

小僧が蒲郡へソフトテニスの大会へ出かけました。中学最後の大会です。でも、すぐに帰ってきました。集合時間を間違えて、電車になり遅れました。かあちゃんが蒲郡まで送っていきましたが、一回戦で負けました。
My son left to Gamagouri to join a soft tennis tournament. it was the last game for my son in junior high school. But he came back home soon. He had the wrong departure time. So he missed the train. My wife took him to Gamagouri. Of cause, he lost the first game.

■2011年07月24日（日）　 running, flying and shopping

朝は１５キロのランニング。その後新城へ飛びに行きました。２回飛びましたが、ロングフライトはゲットできず。飛び終わった後は、車回収に歩いて上がりました。１時間１７分。帰るとかあちゃんが買い物に行きたいというので、豊橋まで買い物。服とバックを買っていました。今日はかあちゃんの誕生日でした。
In this morning I ran 15 kilometers. After that I went paragliding in shinshiro. I flew teice. But I couldn't get any long flights. After that I hiked to the takeoff place to get my car for 1 hour 17 minutes. After I got home, my wife wanted to go shopping. So we went shopping in Toyohashi. She bought some clothes and a bag. Today was my wife's birthday.

■2011年07月23日（土）　 Runnung, flying and weeding.

朝は１５キロのランニング。１時間２２分。その後朝霧へ飛びに行って２時間３０分のフライト。帰ってきて１時間半の草刈でした。
In this morning I ran 15 kilometers in 1 hour 22 minutes. After that I went paragliding in Asagiri and I flew for 2 hours 30 minutes. After I got home I went weeding in my ricefields. It was a hard day for me today.

■2011年07月22日（金）　 qater level

と世側の水位が元に戻りました。何箇所か地すべりがあって通れない道があります。今朝は２０キロのランニング。涼しくて気持ちが良かったです。
Water level of Toyogawa river become normal again. There are some landslids in Shinshiro city. So we can't go through some roads. This morning I ran 20 kilometers. I was very fine, it was cool this morning.

■2011年07月21日（木）　 eel

今日は土用の丑の日でした。晩御飯はうなぎの蒲焼でしたが、かあちゃんは食べれません。美味かった。その後は英会話へ行きました。
Todat is a eel day. We had grilled eels tonight for dinner without my wife. She doesn't eat eel. It was so good. After that I went to the English conversation school.

■2011年07月20日（水）　 typhoon No.6

今日は台風６号で大雨。走りにいけませんでした。で、近くの橋に豊川を見ながら写真を撮って来ました。水位は5.5ｍ上昇。会社の近くでは川幅が倍になり、野球のグランドが水没していました。小僧は学校へ行きましたが誰もいないのですぐ帰ってきました。ここらあたりは被害はなさそうです。
Today it was rainning hard, because of typhoon No.6. I couldn't go running. So I went to the bridge near my house to see Toyogawa river and to take it. The water level had risen 5.5m up. the river width was double near our company. A baseball ground was in the river. My son went to school. But he came back home soon. No one was in the school. There was no damage around this area.

■2011年07月19日（火）　 It was rainning all day.

台風６号が近づいています。今日は一日雨でしたが、朝は雨の中走りました。今夜と明日は大雨になりそうです。
The typhoon No6 is approaching. Today it was rainning all day. But the morning I went running in the rain. It'll be rainning hard tonight and tomorrow.

■2011年07月18日（月）　 all-you-can-eat buffet

今日は祝日でしたが一日仕事でした。朝は走らずに女子のワールドカップ日本ＶＳアメリカを見ました。日本が勝ちました。嬉しい。夕方は小僧が食べ放題へ行きたいって言ってたので、ソフトテニスの大会祝いに行って来ました。腹いっぱい食べました。
Today was a national holiday. But I was working all day. In the morning I didn't go running. I watched the Women's World Cup finals Japan vs USA. Japan won. We were very happy. In the evening we went to an all-you-can-eat buffet. My son wated to go there. It was as a reward for the tennis competions. I ate too much.

■2011年07月17日（日）　 I got a good flight.

朝は１０キロ走って、その後、草刈とパラをやりにセンディングへ行きました。２時間３０分の草刈。その後、３時間４０分飛びました。本宮山の山頂もゲット。楽しめました。
I the morning I ran 10 kilometers. After that I went flying and weeding in Shinshiro Paragliding Area. I weeded in the landing place for2 hours and 30 minutes. After That I flew for 3 hours 40 minutes. And I got the top of Mt Hongu. We had a good time.

■2011年07月16日（土）　 league competition

市内でで中学校のソフトテニスの団体の大会がありました。３位まで東三河大会へ進めます。２位になりました。よくやりました。明日は個人戦ですがベスト８で負けると思います。でも、ベスト８で次の東三河大会へいけます。明日は見に行かずにパラです。天気が良さそうです。
There was a soft tennis team competition in junior school in Shinshiro city. The top three teams will go through to the second tournament. My son's team was second place. They made it. There's an individual match tomorrow. But my son' team won't get in the top 4. But the top 8 teams to through to the next tournament. I won't to go watch the games, I'll go flying. Because it'll be sunny and a good condition for paragliding.

■2011年07月15日（金）　 20kilometers

平日にもかかわらず、朝早くから２０キロ走りました。左足が良くなってきています。今日も暑かった。
Even though today is weekday, I ran 20kilometers In this early morning. My left feet is getting better. It was too hot today too.

■2011年07月14日（木）　 My daughter's mobile phone.

朝からかあちゃんが怒っています。昨日の夜から娘と連絡が取れません。アパート管理会社絵電話して、調べてもらうと、部屋にいました。携帯電話を友達の家に忘れてきたらしい。今日、携帯の位置探索に申し込みました。
My wife was angry. We no way to contact her from last night. My wife called the maintenance man at the apartment. He checked her and she was in her room. She left her mobile phone at her friend' house. Today I signed her mobile phone location search service.

■2011年07月13日（水）　 It was hot.

今日も暑い。気温が上昇する前に走りにいきます。４時ぐらいにおきて、５時ランニングスタート。今日は１５キロ走りました。左足も良くなってきています。
It was hot today too. Before temperatures rise, I go running. So I wake up around 4 O'clock. I start running around 5 o'clock. Today I ran 15 kilometers. My left foot is getting better now.

■2011年07月12日（火）　 My son

小僧が外耳炎になりました。たぶん、学校の水泳でなったみたい。けど、耳栓して、泳げれます。もちろん、運動も。今週末には最後のソフトテニスの大会があります。
My son has an external otitis. Maybe he got it at school swimming class. But He can swim with an earplug and exercise. He has the last soft tennis games this weekend.

2011年07月11日（月）　

今日の朝、田んぼを耕しました。蛍を守る会が自分の休耕田に池を作って、メダカか、何かを育てています。池の中にはたくさんのおたまじゃくしがいました。
In this morning I plowed my rice fields. I have a pond in part of my rice field. Firefly Preservation Society made it. They grow killifishes and something. There were many Ladles in the pond.

■2011年07月10日（日）　 I'm tired

昨日、いろいろやりすぎて、今日は疲れ気味。でも朝は、また２０キロ走りました。その後跳びに行きましたが、またまたショートフライト。夕方は、小僧をテニスへ連れて行って、小僧のテニスレッスンの後に、一緒にテニスをしました。
I'm very tired today. Because I did everything yesterday. But I ran 20 kilometers today too. And then I went paragliding. My fligit was short today too. In the evening I took my son to tennis school and played tennis with him after his class.

■2011年07月09日（土）　 Enjoying

今朝は２０キロのランニング。その後、パラを担ぎ上げてテイクオフへ。１５分のフライト。それから、カヤックへ行きました。それから、休耕田を耕しました。疲れすぎ。
In the morning I went running 20 kilometers. After that I hiked to the takeoff place with my paraglider. And then I flew 15 minutes. After that I went kayaking. After that I plowed my rice fields. I'm very tired now.

■2011年07月08日（金）　 ISO

会社でＩＳＯを持っていますが、今日検査されました。みんなルーズなので、取り消されないだろうか？？？
Our company has ISO certification. Today they checked up our company. We are messy. So I'm not sure if we can keep it.

■2011年07月07日（木）　 the Star Festival

朝は雨の中１０キロ走りました。今日は七夕祭りですが、一日雨。星は見えません。仕事の後は英会話へ行きました。
In the morning, I ran 10 kilometers in the rain. The Star Festival today. But It was rainning allday. So we couldn't see stars. After work I went to the English conversation school.

■2011年07月06日（水）　 Hot

暑かった、本当に梅雨なのだろうか？カラ梅雨です。朝は１５キロ走りました。距離を伸ばしていくつもりです。段々左足が良くなってきています。
It was too hot today. Are we in the rainseason? We don't have much rain in this rainseason. This morning I went running 15 kilometes. I'll improve running distance. My left leg is getting better now.

■2011年07月05日（火）　 Twitter

最近、パラの友達がツィターをやっているので、今日自分も作ってみました。ランナー友達もいるので、ランナーとしてつぶやくつもりです。
Thesedays my friends for paragliding use Twitter. So today I made my twitter. But I'll murmur as a runner. I have some running friends.

■2011年07月04日（月）　 I was sleepy.

昨日の夜娘を名古屋へ送っていったので、眠い。こんばんは早く寝ます。明日の朝は走るぞ。
I was very sleepy, because I took my daughter to Nagoya last night. I'll go bed early tonight. And I'll go running tomorrow morning.

■2011年07月03日（日）　 hike

朝は１２キロ走りました。その後はパラを持ってテイクまで歩きました。１時間２３分。それから、１５分のフライト。その後、今度は友達と車で上がり、またまた、１５分のフライト、みんなは１時間ぐらい飛んでいました。タイミングが悪かった。夜は娘を名古屋まで送っていきました。眠たかった。
In the morning I ran 12 kilometers. And then I hiked to the takeoff place with a paraglider. It took 1 hour and 23 minutes. And then I flew for 15 minutes. After that I got the takeoff place by car with friends. And then I flew for 15 minutes again. My friends flew for about 1 hour. Maybe I got bad timming. In the night I took my daughter to Nagota. I was very sleepy.

■2011年07月02日（土）　 My daughter

今日も暑かった、一日仕事でした。夜には娘が明日、テニスクラブに参加するので、名古屋から帰ってきました。
It was too hot today too. But I was working all day. In the night, my daughter came back from Nagoya to join her tennis club tomorrow.

■2011年07月01日（金）　 acupuncture

鍼治療を受けて来ました。鍼治療は良かったけど、マッサージが痛くて、泣きたかった。たぶん、足に効く気がする。
I received acupuncture for the first time today. I was fine when I received it. But when I got a massage, that hurt. I wanted to cry. But I believe it'll work for my legs.
