■2012年07月31日（火）　 new wing

新しい機体を注文しました。来月中に届くと思います。たのしみ！でも問題が、お金が足りないんだよなぁ・・・・。あはははは。
I ordered a new wing. Maybe I will be able to get it in next month. I'm looking forward to flying with it. But I have a problem. I don't have enought money to buy it. hahahahaha.

■2012年07月30日（月）　 I'm sleepy.

まだ眠いです。今朝は２０キロのランニング。１時間３２分。１時間半以内に走りたいけど、最近暑すぎ！早く走れないです。
I'm still sleepy. But I went running 20 kilometers in this morning. I ran for 1 hour 32 minutes. I wanted do it in 1 hour 30 minutes. It was too hot thesedays. So I can't run fast.

■2012年07月29日（日）　 paragliding in Shinshiro

朝は早く起きたのでも２０キロのランニングへ行きました。その後は除草剤を家の回りに撒いてから、新城へ飛びに行きました。その後、前に買っておいたブルーレイを見ましたが、以前買ったものと同じものを買ってしまった。そのまま見ました。
This morning I woke up early morning. So I went running 20 kilometers. After that I sprayed herbicide onto around my house. And then I went pargliding in Shinshiro. After that I watched a blue ray I bought before. But I made a big mistake. The blue ray was the same I bought before. But I watched it againe0

■2012年07月28日（土）　 Flying from the top of Mt Fuji.

０時からマサヤ君と富士宮から登り始めて、４時４５分に山頂到着。ご来光が見れました。その後、テイクオフへ向かい飛びました！最高のフライト！長年飛ぼうと思っていました。やりました！
I started to climb Mt Fuji from Fujinomiya start point with Masaya to paraglide from the top of Mt. Fuji around 0. We could get the top at 4:45. We could watch the sunrise. After that we moved the takeoff point and flew. It was a wondeful flight. I had wanted to do it for a long time. It was a dream come true.

■2012年07月27日（金）　 Mt Fuji climbing race

富士登山レースの五合目コースに出てきました。市役所から、五合目までで１５キロで１５００ｍ上がります。２時間半以内で走れると、来年山頂コースへ出れます。記録は１２２８人中３２６位。２時間８分４６秒でした。
I joined Mt Fuji climbing race. My course was 5th Station Race to 5 staition from Yoshida city hall. This course was 15 kilometers in length and 1,500 meters in altitude. If I could run in 2 hours 30 minutes, I can join Summit Race next year. I came in 326th place out of 1228 runners. I ran two hours, eight minutes, 46 seconds. I can join Summit Race next year.

■2012年07月26日（木）　 I'll join a climbing race.

金曜に富士登山レースへ参加です。１合目から５合目コースにでます。明日の朝早くに出発しないといけないので早く寝ます。
I'll join Mt Fuji climbing race on Friday. My course is to 5 staition from 1 station. So I have to leave for there tomorrow early morning. I'll go to bed early tonight.

■2012年07月25日（水）　 Study Abroad

娘が海外留学の試験を通りました。来年オーストラリアへ留学できます。無料です。うれしい！お金があまり要らなくて済みます。まだ詳細が分かりませんが、うれしい！
My daughter passed a study abroad exam. She can go to studay abroad in Australia next year. It's free. We were very happy. I won't need a lot of money. We don't have any details about it yet. Anyway we are happy.

■2012年07月24日（火）　 climbing race

金曜に富士登山レースに出ます。膝が良くありません。今朝は７キロをのんびり。このコースは１５キロの１５００登ります。たぶん走れるようになると思うけど。
I'll join a climbibg race in Mt Fuji on this Friday. But my right knee is not fine. In this morning I ran slowly for 7 kilometers. This course is 15 kilometers in length and 1,500 meters in altitude. Maybe I'll be able to run on this race.

■2012年07月23日（月）　 I'm s;eepy.

右ひざを白馬の登山で岩にぶつけて痛いです。ハードなランニングができません。今朝はゆっくり７キロ走りました。そして、眠い！早く寝ます。
Now I have a pain on my right knee. When I was climbing in Hakuba, I hit my knee on a rock. So I can't go running hard. This morning I ran slowly 7 kilometers. And I'm too sleepy. I'll go to bed ealy tonight.

■2012年07月22日（日）　 climbibg in Hakuba day2

朝早く起きましたが、しっかの寝ました。６時ごろに出発。不帰のキレットを通過しましたが怖かった。２時ごろについて、その後は温泉。１０時ぐらいに家に着きました、
We slept well. But we woke up early morning. We left around 6 o'clock. We passd through Kaerazu gap. I was so scared of it. We go the goal point around 2 o'clock. After that we stopped Onsen. I got home around 10 o'clock.

■2012年07月21日（土）　 climbibg in Hakuba day1

パラ友達と一緒に白馬縦走をするため、夜中に出発しました。登山口に６時ぐらいに到着。初めは大雪渓を歩きました。白馬岳の後から雨が降り始めて、天狗山荘まで降ったりやんだりでした。天狗山荘に泊まりました。
I left for Hakuba with paragliding friends for coursing longitudinally through Hakuba in mid night. We got the start point around 6. First we hiked in the big snowy gorge. After we got Mt shirouma, it was starting to rain. We hiked in the rain off and on to Tengu mountain house. We stayed there.

■2012年07月20日（金）　 It was rainning

午後から雨。今夜白馬へハイキングへ出発です。たぶん明日は雨。雨の中は歩きたくねぇー。週末晴れて欲しい。
It was rainning from afternoon. We are leaving for Hakuba tonight for hiking with friends. But maybe it'll rain tomorrow. I don't want to walk in rain. I want this weekend to be sunny.

■2012年07月19日（木）　 meeting with my son's teacher

今週で一学期が終わるので、母ちゃんが小僧の学校へ懇談会へ行ってきました。学校での態度が心配なので、先生からいろいろ聞いてきたようです。
One semester will finish by this weekend. So today there was a conversazione in school. My wife went to my son's school to meet with his teacher. My wife worryed about his attitude at school and asked about it.

■2012年07月18日（水）　 Hiking in Hakuba

週末白馬でハイキングです。楽しみにしていますが、天気が悪そう。雨の中は歩きたくないなぁ。まあ、支度しよう。
We'll go hiking in Hakuba in this weekend. I'm looking forward it. But the weather forecast says it's going to be bad. I don't want to walk in rain. Anyway I have to prepare for it.

■2012年07月17日（火）　 the rainy season

梅雨明けして、暑い！エアコンを使い始めましたが、部屋が広くて効きません。
The rainy season has finished aound here. So it was too hot today. We started to use air conditioners. But they didn't work well. They were too small for our room.

■2012年07月16日（月）　 i'm sleepy.

眠かった、でも４時には起きました。なんで２０キロのランニング１時間半で走りたかったけど３２秒の遅れ。でも、良い感じで走れました。明日は休足です。
I was realy sleepy. But I woke up around 4 o'clock. So I went running 20 kilometers. I wanted to run in 1 hour 30 minutes, but I couldn't. I was late for 32 seconds. But I thought it was a good job for me. Anyway I won't run tomorrow.

■2012年07月15日（日）　 climbing Mt. Fuji 2

日の出を見るために歩き続けます。でも８合目から、強風に雨。暴風雨です。けど歩き続けます。９合目の後で外国の人が落石で怪我をしました。係員が引き返せって言いましたが、混雑していたので、登り続けました。登頂成功。やりました！写真はランニング友達です。
I hiked all night to see the sunrize. But after 8 station, it was too windy and rainng. We were caught in a storm. And the rute was too crowded and we got stuc in the jam . But we kept it. And then after 9 station, a foreign got injored by a fallen rock. So an observer stoped us climbing to the top. But we kept it. We couldn't go down, because the way was too crowded. So we could scale it. we were very happy. The photo is my friend.

■2012年07月14日（土）　 climbing Mt. Fuji

ランニング友達と富士登山をするために一人で五合目まで行きました。７時半ぐらいにスタート。天気は良く山頂まで見えました。
I went to 5 station in Fujiyoshida alone to climb Mt Fuji with a running friend. We started to do it around 7:30. It was fine. We could see the top.

■2012年07月13日（金）　 I'll go to Mt Fuji.

明日富士山へ行きます。でも天気が悪そう。たぶん雨が降る。山頂まで行けるか不明です。
I'll go to Mt Fuji tomorrow. But the weather will be bad. It'll be rain tomorrow. I'm not sure if we can get the top. But I'll go there.

■2012年07月12日（木）　 It was rainning.

朝は雨がひどかったので、走りませんでした。今、週末にランニング友達と富士山に登ろうとしています。仕事後に準備をしました。
It was rainning hard in this morning. So I didn't go running. Now I'm planning to hike to Mt Fuji in this week end with a running friend. I prepared for it after work.

■2012年07月11日（水）　 rain

明日は雨で長い距離は走れそうにないので、今朝３０キロ走りました。昼からは雨で、明日は結構強く降ると思う。
It'll rain tomorrow. I won't run long tomorrow. So in this morning I ran 30 kilometers. Since noon it has been rainning. Maybe it'll rain hard tomrrow.

■2012年07月10日（火）　 hiking in Hakuba

次の週末に白馬でハイキング予定です。今、その準備をしています。今日は登るルートと新城からの出発時間を決めました。
We are going to hike in Hakuba next week end. So I'm prepare for it. So today we decided the way we hike and the departure time from Shinshiro.

■2012年07月09日（月）　 My son gets off at Shinshiro station

朝は２２キロ走りました。かあちゃんは毎週月曜の夜に友達と歩いています。今晩は小僧が新城駅に帰ってきたので、拾いに行きました。時々新城駅で降ります。

In this morning I went running 24 kilometers. My wife goest wakling every Monday night with her friends. Tonight My son came back to ShinShiro station. So I went there to pick him up. He sometimes gets off at Shinshiro station.

2012年07月08日（日）　

朝は１５キロのランニング。その後はパラのランディングの草刈り。飛びませんでした。それからみんなと昼ごはんして、帰ってからは昼寝。その後は小僧をテニススクールへ連れて行きました。
In this morning I went running 15 kilometers. After that I went weeding in the paragliding place for 2 hours 30 minutes. I didn't paraglide. And then I had lunch with paraglidier friends. After i got home I took a nap for an hour. And then I took my son to Tennis school.

■2012年07月07日（土）　 Star Festival

今日は七夕祭り。うちの家族は何もしませんでした。朝は１０キロ雨の中のラン。仕事が終わってからは浜松へ買い物へ出かけました。
Today is Star Festival. But our family did nothing. In this morning I ran 10 kilometers in the rain. After work I went shopping to Hamamatsu.

■2012年07月06日（金）　 hard rain

今朝は３０キロを２時間２９分。５キロ走ったところで土砂降りが１０分ぐらい続きました。ずぶぬれ。でも、そのまま走り続けました。
I ran 30 kilometers for 2 hours 29 minutes in this morning. After 5 kilometers it began to rain hard and it kept for about 10 minutes. I got soaked to the skin and I was disappointed it. But I could keep running.

■2012年07月05日（木）　 ISO

明日ISOがチェックに来るので会社を片付けないといけませんでしたが、汚すぎる。片付けが大変でした。
We needed tidying our work place. Tomorrow an auditor of ISO will come and cheack our company. Our company was too messy. So it was a hard work.

■2012年07月04日（水）　 it was hot.

昨日の天気予報では今日は曇りで下が、晴れ。暑い！。快適ではありませんでした。でも朝は走りました。汗でビタビタです。
Yesterday the weather forecast said that it would be cloudy today. But it was sunny and too hot today. It wasn't comfortable today. But in this mroning I run. I was soaked in sweat.

■2012年07月03日（火）　 rainng

朝は走れました。その後から一日雨。温度が丁度よくて、仕事が快適でした。でも九州では大雨。大洪水がありました。
I could run in this morning. But After taht it was rainng all day. It was a comfortable temperature and comfortable to work today. But in Kyusyu it was rainning hard all day and they suffered a big flood.

■2012年07月02日（月）　 my son takes tests.

３時頃小僧の目覚まし時計が鳴って、自分は起きましたが、小僧は起きない・・・。スペイン、イタリアのヨーロッパ選手権の決勝を見ました。スペインの勝ち。強かった。小僧は今週テスト機関で、先週全然勉強していない。今朝早くに起きて勉強するつもりでしたが、起きれず。朝はご機嫌が悪かった。たぶん、点数悪くて追試いっぱいです。
Around 3 am, I heard my son's alarm go off. Hee didn't wake up, but I woke up. So I started to watch the final soccer game Spain vs Italy of the All European Championship. Spain won. They were too strong. My son has tests in this week. He didn't study last week. So today he tryed to study early morning, but he couldn't. he felt too bad this morning. Maybe he'll get bad scores. He'll take some makeup exams.

■2012年07月01日（日）　 It was rainning.

朝早くは走って本宮へ行きました。山頂後から雨ザーザー。びしょぬれでした。昼からは母ちゃんと豊橋へ買い物。ランニングシューズが無くて、ハイキング用にジャケットを買いました。
In the early morning I went running to Mt Hongu. But After I got the top, It was rainning hard. I was soaked to the skin. From after noon, I went shopping with my wife to Toyohashi. I couldn't find my new running shoes, So I got a jacket for hiking.
