■2012年09月30日（日）　 The typhoon

朝は台風が向かってきていました。でも、曇りで穏やか。けど台風が近いので飛べません。朝は田んぼの草刈り、それから溝掃除をしました。キツかった。その後は付くででトレランのレースがあって、友達が何人か出ると言うので、見に出かけました。でも、途中で台風でキャンセルになったのに、気がついて引き返しました。それから、やることがないのでバトルシップを見ましたが、ナカナカ面白かったです。昼からは豊橋絵、母ちゃんと小僧と買い物。小僧はズボンにベルト。自分はランニングソックスを買いました。それから、小僧の駐輪場の契約。小僧は豊橋駅から学校へは自転車で通っています。夕方には台風直撃。凄い雨に風でした。
The typhoon was comming in this morning. But it was cloudy and a calm day. But we couln't fly because of the typhoon was comming. So I went weeding im my rice field in early morning. After that I cleaned gullys of a rice field. It was very hard work. There was a trail run race in Tsukude today and some friends joined it. So I headed for there. But it was canceled because of the typhoon. I realized it on the way and went back to home. So I didn't have nothing to do. I wathced Battleship. I found it pretty enjoyable. Afternoon I went shopping to Tyohashi with my wife and son. My son bought jeans and a belt. I bought running socks. My son signed up for bicycle-parking lot in Toyohashi station. He goes to school from Toyohashi station by bicycle. In the evening the typhoon hit our area. We were caught in a rainstorm.

■2012年09月29日（土）　 working

今日は会社は稼働していました。と言うことで仕事。曇りで、誰も飛んでいませんでした。明日は飛びたいけど台風で駄目。家でのんびりすると思う。
Our company was working today. So Iwas working all day. It was cloudy today. Noone flow in Shinshiro. I want to fly tomorrow. But the typoon is comming. I won't to paraglide tomorrow. Maybe I'll relax home.

■2012年09月28日（金）　 35km

朝は３５キロのランニング。２時間３７分。キロ４分２９秒です。良い感じですが、大阪では３時間を切りたい。キロ４分１７秒で走らないといけないので、もっと練習しないといけません。
I went running 35km in this morning. I could run for 2 hours 37 minutes. It's 4 minutes 29seconds per km. It was very good for me. I want runin 3 hours in Osaka marathon. I need to run 4 minutes 17 seconds per km. I need to practice hard.

■2012年09月27日（木）　 nothing special

今日も特になし。朝は走って、その後仕事。週末飛びたいけど、台風が来ているので、飛べないと思う。飛び方を忘れそうです。
Nothing special today too. I went running in this morning. And then I went to work. I want to fly in this weekend. But the typhoon is comming. Maybe I won't fly on Sunday. I'll forget to paraglide.

■2012年09月26日（水）　 Tokyo marathon

来年の２月に東京マラソンがありますが、申込者が１０倍で今日抽選発表がありました。もちろん、ハズレ・・・。くそぉ～～～。
The Tokyo marathon is being held next February. Runners can join tha marathon are 30000 runners. Butapplicanta are 300000. The runners were decided by lot. Today it were announced. Of cource. I wasn't chosen it. I disapponited it.

■2012年09月25日（火）　 Nothing special

今日も特別に何もなかったです。朝は１８キロのランニング。その後は仕事。今日は涼しくてエアコンは使いませんでした。
Nothing special today too. In this morning I went running 18 km. And then I went to work. It was cool today. So we didn't use air conditioners.

■2012年09月24日（月）　 usual day

朝は２０キロのラン。調子が良かったので１時間２５分で走れました。もちろん、そこから仕事へ行きました。
In this morning I went running 20 kilometers. I was fine. I could do it for 1 hour 25 minutes. Of course. After that I went to work.

■2012年09月23日（日）　 My niece's play

姪っ子が高校の演劇部で脚本を書いて、その劇をやるというので見に行ってきました。去年は全国大会へ出たそうです。分かりやすくて感動的でした。I went to see the play of a drama club in Shinshiro high school. My niece belongs to the club. She wrote the script for the play and played it. It was a moving play. They entered the national contest last year, but they couldn’t do it in this year.

■2012年09月22日（土）　 bad flights

朝は２０キロをゆっくり走りました。その後はパラを新城で。長い時間飛びたかったけど、２階のショートフライトでガックリ・・・。それからかあちゃんと、浜松へ買い物に行きました。かあちゃんはハンドバック。自分はマラソンのレースウェアを買いました。
In this morning I went running 20 kilometers slowly. After that, I went paragliding in Shinshiro. I wanted to get a long flight, but I got 2 shirt flight. I disappointed it. After that, I went shopping to Hamamatsu with my wife. She bought a hand bag. I bought race wear for marathon

■2012年09月21日（金）　 It was cool.

今朝は涼しかった。右足首も良くなっていたので３０キロのランラングへ行きましたが、３２キロ走れて２キロゆっくりのラン。３２キロは２時間３２分１９秒。１キロ４分２９秒でした。
It was cool in this morning. My right ankle was better. So I went running 30 kilometers. But I could run 32 km and 2km slowly. I could run 32km it for 2 hours 32 minutes 19 seconds. It was 4 minutes 29 seconds per kilo.

■2012年09月20日（木）　 my right ankle

今朝は１５キロをゆっくり。右足首が調子悪い。穂高へ登った時に捻りました。毎日走るので良くなりません。
I went running in this morning 15 kilometrs slowy. There was something wrong with my right ankle. I twisted it when I was hiking in Hodaka. I couldn't improve it. Because I go running every day.

■2012年09月19日（水）　 mobile phone bill

娘の携帯電話の請求書が届きましたが、２万円以上。信じれん・・・。本人に払わせないと。
I got billed for my daughter's mobile phone. It ran to over 20,000 yen. We couldn' believe it. I'll cost my daughter about it.

■2012年09月18日（火）　 Running

今朝は２０キロのランニング。けど調子悪かった。八ヶ岳を登った時に両足、筋肉痛になって疲れ気味。それでも早く走ろうとおもいましたが、１１キロ後にギブアップで後はゆっくり。１時間３２分でした。
I ran 20 kilometers in this morning. But I was feel bad. I was tired becasue I have muscle aches on my legs. Wehn I hiked mt Yatsugatake, I got them. But I tryed to run faster. After I ran 11 kilometers, I gave up it. So I ran slowly after that. I ran for 1 hour 32 minutes.

■2012年09月17日（月）　 sleepy

昨日の八ヶ岳で、眠い。早く寝る予定。でも、母ちゃんと小僧がいません。豊橋で買い物中です。待てないので今から寝ます。
I was very sleepy, because I hiked Mt Yatsugatake tomorrow. So I'll go to bed ealry. But my wife and son aren't in my house. They are shopping now in Toyohashi. I can't wait them and I'll go to bed from now.

■2012年09月16日（日）　 Mt. Yatsugatake

６時ぐらいに赤岳の山頂に向けて、ぞろっぴさん、らんののさんとスタート。ぞろっぴさんは、このちかくに別荘を持っていて、ガイドしてくれました。１１時ぐらいに山頂で２時ぐらいに終了。コースは２２キロで高低差１４１０メートルでした。
We started to hike up to the top of Mt.Akadake around 6 with Zoroppi and Rannono. Zoroppi guided us. She has a vacation home near here. We got there around 11. We finished around 2. The course was 22 km long and 1410 in height.

■2012年09月15日（土）　 I'm leaveing for Mt. Yatsugatake.

今日は仕事。夜中に八ヶ岳へ向けて出発です。明日はランニング友達と歩きます。たぶん、歩くのが早そう。早く寝なくては。
I was working all day. I'll leave for Mt Yatsugatake in this midnight. I'll hike Mt. Yatsugatake with running friends. I guesse they'll walk faster. Anyway I'll go to bed early.

■2012年09月14日（金）　 My son's glasses

小僧は前にメガネを無くして、新しいメガネも今無くして見つかりません。かあちゃんは激怒。今日学校で探したけど見つからなかったようです。ガックリ。
My son lost his glasses before. Now he has lost his new glssses again. My wife angry now. He looked for them today in his school. But he couldn't find them. We were disappointed it.

■2012年09月13日（木）　 My son's wallet.

かあちゃんが、小僧の財布を豊橋の警察署で見つけてきました。中身は８００円。財布は娘からのプレゼントでした。でも、小僧はメガネを学校で無くしています。かあちゃんは怒っています。
My wife found my son's wallet at Toyohashi police office. It has 800 yen. It was a gift from my daughter. But he still has lost his glasses at his high school. My wife has been angry.

■2012年09月12日（水）　 My son's wallet

小僧が３日前に財布を豊橋駅で無くして、その日駅員に聞きましたが、見つけれず。小僧はあきらめたけど、かあちゃんは今日豊橋駅へ行きました。駅員に聞くと、財布の落し物は警察署へ届けると言ったので、警察署へも言ってきたそうです。でも、担当部署が閉まっていたので、また、明日行くみたい。
My son lost his wallet in Toyohashi station 3 days ago. When he lost it at the station, He couldn't find it. He asked a station staff about it. But he couldn't find it. So my son gave up it. But my wife went there and asked a station staff. He said when we get wallets, we bring it to a police office as a lost and found item. So my wife went to the police office. But the department was closed. Maybe she'll go there tomorrow.

■2012年09月11日（火）　 My daughter

娘がバリから名古屋へ帰ってきたようです。新城へは帰ってこないみたい。今回は病気にならずに済んで、バイトができるようです。まだ、夏休みだそうです。
I heard from my wife that my daughter went back to Nagoya from bali. Matbe she won't go back to Shinshiro. But it's ok. She wouldn't get any sicks this time. She can work. She is still in the summer vacation.

■2012年09月10日（月）　 running

今朝は２０キロを１時間２６分。良いタイムですが、もっと早く走りたい。コツコツ続けようと思います。
I ran 20 kilometers for 1 hour 26 minutes. It was a good time. But I want to run faster. I'll keep plugging away at it.

■2012年09月09日（日）　 paragliding

昨日の夜のパーティで食べ過ぎ飲みすぎで、寝れずに、気分が悪かった。早起きしてしまったので、朝は１５キロをゆっくりランニング。その後パラへ行きました。条件はバッチリ。２時間のフライト。楽しめたけど、眠かった。
I felt bad. I couldn't sleep well last night. Because I ate and drunk a lot at the party. I woke up early morning. So I went running 15 kilometers slowly. After that I went paragliding. It was a good weather for us. I flew for 2 hours. I had a good time. But I was very sleepy.

■2012年09月08日（土）　 golf

オヤジがシングルプレーヤーになったので、ゴルフコンペとパーティを開きました。２０年ぶりのゴルフパラ友達と参加しました。スコアは１０３。楽しめました。
My fater had a golf competition and a party. He got a single player. it were a celebratory party and a competition. I played gole after 20 years. I joined with paragliding's friends. My score was 103. I had a good time.

■2012年09月07日（金）　 falling back to sleep

２度寝しました。よって走りに行けず。けど問題なし。今週はしっかり走っています。今朝は２５分の筋トレのみでした。
In this morning I fell back to sleep. So I couldn't go running. But it was OK. I have ran long in this week. In this morning I didn only muscle training for 25 minutes.

■2012年09月06日（木）　 rotary grass cutter

草刈り機を直しましたが、上手く直りました。ランディングの草刈りもできたので、週末はやることが無くなりました。気持ちよくゴルフができそうです。
I fixed our rotary grass cutter today. It worked well today. After that I weeded in the landing places. In this weekend I don't have any works. I 'll play golf pleasantly on Saturday.

■2012年09月05日（水）　 rotary grass cutter

パラのクラブの手押しの草刈り機のベルトを交換しましたが、うまく動かず。今日はあきらめて、明日直すことにしました。
I changed a V-belt of our PG club's rotary grass cutter. But it didn't work well. I gave up to fix it today. I'll fix it tomorrow.

■2012年09月04日（火）　 long phone call

家に帰ると母ちゃんが妹と長電話をしていました。一人で版ご飯食べて、寝る前まで長電話していました。よくそんなに電話できるなぁ。
When I got home , my wife talked long on the phone with my sister. So I was lonly. I had dinner alone. Before I went to bed, she talked. I couldn't believe it.

■2012年09月03日（月）　 Bali

昨日娘が家へ帰ってきました。明日まで家にいます。週末はバリへ出発。リッチです。塾でバイトしていて、先生をやっています。
My daughter came back from Nagoya yesterday. She'll stay home tomorrow. She'll leaving for Bali on this weekend. I think she is rich. She has a part-time job at a cram school. She is a cram school teacher.

■2012年09月02日（日）　 golf

朝早くは３０キロのランニング。雨が時々降りました。飛べないと思っていましたが、晴れたので、飛びに行きました。でも、飛ぼうとした時に風が強くなって、結局飛べず。差の後、草刈りをしようと思いましたが、はじめてすぐに、ベルトが切れて、回に探しまわりましたが、無くて、草刈りはできず、注文しました。その後は土曜にあるゴルフコンペの大会の練習をやりに打ちっぱなしに行きました。
In this early morning I went running 30 kilometers. While I was running it was cloudy with occasional rain. At that time we wouldn't paraglide today. But After that it was sunny. So I went paragliding in Shinshiro. But when we started paragliding, It began to be windy. So we couldn't fly. After that I started to weed in the landing field. I started weeding and before long, a belt of our mowing machine was broken. We went to some farm equipment shops and looked for it. But we couldn' find it and gave up weeding. I ordered it. After that we went to a driving range for a competition on this Saturday.

■2012年09月01日（土）　 I was working

一日仕事でした。毎週土曜は休みたいなぁ。パラ友達は午前中とんでいました。自分も飛びたかった。でも、昼から土砂降り。明日は飛びたいなぁ。
I was working all day. I want to take day offs on every Saturday. My paraglider's friends were paragliding in this morning. I wanted to fly with them. But from noon, It was rainning hard. I want to fly tomorrow.
