■2013年01月31日（木）　 my son goes to school

小僧は火曜からは休まずに学校へ行っています。朝は何も言わずに怒らないようにして、ただ、「起きなさい」のみ。うれしいですが、いつまで続くだろうか？？？
My son went to school from Tuesday to Today. We said nothing to him every morning. My wife just said "wake up". We didn't upset. We were happy. We don't know how long he keeps it.

■2013年01月30日（水）　 running 20 kilometers

朝は２０キロのランニングでしたが、久しぶりに平日に２０キロを走りました。まだ早くは走れなくて、ゆっくり走りました。
In this morning, I went running 20 kilometers. It was after long to run 20 kilometers in weekday. But I can't run faster. I just ran slowly.

■2013年01月29日（火）　 My son

今日も小僧は起きれず。何もせずに見守っていましたが、行きました。でも、遅刻です。
My son didn't wake up at usual time today too. We said nothing. We just followed him. He went to school. But he must be late for school.

■2013年01月28日（月）　 counseling

朝小僧が朝いつもの時間に起きれず。怒ったら、結局学校へ行けず。カウンセリングを受けたほうが良いとおもって、午後に名古屋まで、娘も一緒に受けてきました。
In this morning, my son didn't wake up at usual time. My wife and I were aungry. So he didn't go to school in the end. I thought we should receive counseling, at that time. In the afternoon. My wife and I went to Nagoya to get counseling with my daughter.

■2013年01月27日（日）　 paragliding in Asagiri

今日も友達と、朝霧へパラ。良い条件だったけど、一本目のサーマルの後で、バリオが壊れました。ガックリでしたが、３時間飛びました。
I wen paragliding in Asagiri with friend today too. It was very good condition. But after the first thermal, my barometer broke down. I disappointed it, but I could flow for 3 hours.

■2013年01月26日（土）　 hike up Mt Hongu

朝は２０キロのランニング。その後は家の片づけ。昼からは本宮を久しぶりに登りました。帰ってきて、トータルリコールをみましたが、まあまあでした。夜は、オヒマチに参加しましたが、久しぶりに沢山飲みました。
In the morning I went running 20 kilometers. After that I tiddied my house. In the afternoon, I hiked up Mt Hongu after long time. And then I watched Total Recall. It was so so. In the evening I joined a community party. I drunk a lot after long time.

■2013年01月25日（金）　 cancel

週末はスノーボードへ行く予定でしたが、小僧はいかないって言うし、甥っ子はまだ、調子悪いで、キャンセルになりました。と言うことで、パラか、家を片付けようと思います。
I was supposed to go snowboarding in this weekend. But it was canceled. Because my son didn't want to go and one of my nephew still had a sick. So I'll go paragliding in Asagiri or tiddy my house.

■2013年01月24日（木）　 my cameras

もっているカメラのファームウェアをバージョンアップしました。最近カメラに凝っています。ＲＡＷ現像ソフトを注文しました。これからＲＡＷファイルで撮ろうと思っています。新しいレンズもほしいなぁ。
I updated the firmwares of my cameras to the latest today. I'm really hooked on cameras these days. I ordered a raw software. I'll take photos with raw files from now. I want a bew lens.

■2013年01月23日（水）　 I could run

朝は１０キロをゆっくり走りました。早く走ろうとすると痛みを感じて走れない。まあ、走れたので良かったです。明日も走ります。
In this morning. I could run 10 kilometers slowly. But I started to run faster, I felt bad in my right hamstring and I couldn't run. But I was happy that I could run. I'll run tomorrow too.

■2013年01月22日（火）　 go to school

朝は雨。まだ、右のハムストリングが痛いので、走りませんでした。朝は時間をもてあましたので、倉庫の片づけ。今日は小僧は起きたけど、電車に乗り遅れて、母ちゃんが、学校まで送りました。
In the morning, it was rainning. I still have a pain on my right hamstring. So I didn't go running in this morning. I had a lot of time. So I tidied up the barn. After that my son woke up. But he miised the train. My wife took him to school.

■2013年01月21日（月）　 school-phobic

小僧は学校を休み。不登校です。理由は不明。かあちゃんが学校へ電話すると。冬休みの宿題を出していないので、居残りで部活動ができなかったそうです。
My son didn't go to school today. He refused to go to school. We didn't know the reason why he didn't go. My wife called his teacher. During the past week, he couldn't participate in an activity. Because he didn't give in his winter homework. He was given detentions last week.

■2013年01月20日（日）　 paragliding in Asagiri

走れないので、朝霧へ飛びに行きました。大会があったけど、コンディションが悪くキャンセル。その前に１地時間ぐらい飛びました。その後帰って倉庫の掃除。
I couldn't run. So I went paragliding in Asagiri alone. There was a paragliding competition there. But the condition was bad. So it was canceled. Before it, I could fly for about an hour. After that I went back home and tidied my barn.

■2013年01月19日（土）　 a race with my niece

朝走って見たけど、３キロで走れなくなりました。と言うことで明日のレースは止め。一万円払いました。でも、夕方になって、熱を出したらしい。インフルエンザかも？？？勝負は無しになりそうです。
In the morning, I went running. But I couldn't run, after 3 kilometers. I decided not to join in shinshiro marathon. I payed my niece 10,000yen. In the evening, I heard she had a fever. She may get an influenza. Our race will be canceled.

■2013年01月18日（金）　 It's slow today.

今日中に入る予定の材料が入ってこなくて、今日はのんびりでした。機械の掃除に、道具の片づけ。
It's slow today. Because I couldn't get materials that I was supposed to get in today. So I was clean my machines and tidied my tools.

■2013年01月17日（木）　 I get rest

今朝は痛いので走りませんでした。できるなら、新城マラソンにでたいなぁ。土曜に走って見てから、決めます。姪をやっつけたいところです。
I didn't go running in this morning, because of the pains. I want to run in Shinshiro marathon, if I can. I'll decided it on Saturday, after I run. I want to beat my niece.

■2013年01月16日（水）　 My right thighs

何故か判らないけど、右足の太ももを痛めました。まだ、胸も痛い。日曜に新城マラソンがあります。姪と勝負する約束をしているけど、走れるか分かりません。
I hurt my right thigh. I don't know why I get it. I still have a pain on my chest. There is a 10 kilometers race in Shinshiro city on this Sunday. I have promised to race my niece. I'm not sure if I can run in the race.

■2013年01月15日（火）　 unlucky day

娘は朝帰りで、母ちゃんは寝ずに待っていました。娘は午前中に寝た後に名古屋へ帰って行きました。小僧は朝、電車に乗り遅れて、母ちゃんに学校へ送ってもらう始末。母ちゃんは災難の日でした。
My daughter came home with the milk. My wife was staying up and waitting for her all night. After she got sleep in the morning, she went back to Nagoya. My son missed the tain in the morning. My wife took him to school. It was an unlucky day for my wife.

■2013年01月14日（月）　 Adults' Day

成人式で祝日でしたが、一日仕事。雨で朝は走りませんでした。日曜には新城マラソンに参加しますが、姪のヨシエと勝負です。
It was Adults' Day and a national holiday. But our company was running. So I was working all day. It was rainning all day and cold. I didn't go running in this morning. On this Sunday, I'll join Shinshiro marathon. I'll have a match with my niece Yoshie.

■2013年01月13日（日）　 coming-of-age ceremony

朝霧へパラへ行きました。飛んだ後にすぐ帰って、娘の着物姿を見に成人式が開かれている文化会館へ行きました。３時前について写真がとれました。
I went paragliding in Asagiri. After paragliding, I went back to home soon. I wanted to see my daughter with Kimono and took pictures of her. I could got home in 3 o'clock and went to the cultural hall in Shinshiro city that my daughter attended. I could take pictures.

■2013年01月12日（土）　 My daughter

明日成人式なので、娘が昨日から家にいます。明日はパラへ行きたかったけど、娘が見て欲しいというので、朝霧へパラへ行って、３時までに帰ってこようと思います。
My daughter is in my house from yesterday. She is going to join a coming-of-age ceremony tomorrow. She said she wanted me to see her. I wanted to go paragliding tomorrow. So I decided to go paragliding in Asagiri and go back to shinshiro before 3 o'clock.

■2013年01月11日（金）　 duodenal ulcer

甥が一二指潰瘍で入院。年末のパーティの時に青白い顔をしてゲーゲーしていましたが、納得。２、３日で退院できるそうです。
My nephew cultivated duodenal ulcer. So he is in a hospital now. When a party of the end of year, he vomited and was pale. Then I understood everything. He will get out from the hospital in a few days.

■2013年01月10日（木）　 My son's bicycle

小僧は豊橋駅から自転車で通っていて、豊橋市役所の駐車場に止めています。去年の最後の学校の時に雨で他の所へ止めたら、市役所に持って行かれました。言わずに、電車で通っていたようで、今日、市役所からハガキが来ました。かあちゃんが、小僧と取に言って、罰金を払ってきました。
My son bikes to school from Toyohashi station. He parks his bicycle at a bicycle-parking area of the Toyohashi city. But When last school of the last year, he parked it another area because of the rain. His bicycles was confiscated by Toyohashi city. Today we got the letter. He didn't tell us about it. He went to school by train. My wife went to Toyohashi city office with him and payed off a fine for it and got his bicycle.

■2013年01月09日（水）　 my computer

パソコンがちゃんと動かない。画面を表示しません。今日、新しいグラフィックカードが届いたので交換しました。表示しました！
My computer didn't work well. Its monitor disply nothing. Today I got a new graphics cardthat I ordered before. I replaced it with the new one and it displayed. I did it.

■2013年01月08日（火）　 microwave

仕事は忙しくないけど、家では忙しい。ブログの更新。電子レンジが年末に壊れたので注文。パソコンの画面も動かないので、直さなくてはいけない。
I'm not busy with my work. But I have a lot of things to do in my house. I have to update my blog for 2 weeks. And I have to order new microwave. Because our microwave was on fire at the end of last year. And my computer' monitor didn't work at the end of last year too. I have to fix it.

■2013年01月07日（月）　 pain my breastbone

まだ、胸骨が痛い。昨日まで近くの整形外科が休みだったので、今日行ってきました。骨は大丈夫！。でも、早く走れなくて、ゆっくり走ることしかできません。
I still have a pain my breastbone. An orthopedic clinic near my house was closed until yesterday. In this morning I went to see a bone specialist today. My breastbone was fine and releved. But I can't ran fast. I just can run slowly.

■2013年01月06日（日）　 Paragliding in Asagiri

今日も朝霧へパラ。まあまあのフライトで一時間ぐらい飛びました。家に帰った後は、小僧を豊川のテニススクールへ送りました。明日から働きたくないなぁ。
I went paragliding in Asagiri plateau with friends today too. My flight was soso. I could fly for about an hour. After I got home, I took my son to his tennis school in Toyokawa. I don't want to work from tomorrow.

■2013年01月05日（土）　 Swans

In the morningI went running 30 kilometers. After that I went paraglifing in Shinshiro. We went to bird-watching to Toyogawa river around Kamo, after paragliding. We couldn't get any good flights. There are wild swans in the river. There was a family of a couple and 3 children. I didn’t know there were swans in the river. They are very beautiful.

■2013年01月04日（金）　 good old couple

I went paragliding in Asagiri plateau with friends. I bombed out around Shibakawa. After packing my wing and started walking. A oild woman called me and ran after me. She gave me a rice ball. And she offered me to take me to the landing. I was very lacky and I allowed it. I went to her house and she gave me lunch. And then her husband took me near the langing by his car. I had a good time. I was very happy with their warmth.

■2013年01月03日（木）　 snowboarding day 2

We stayed in Nozawa Onsen. I had a terrible face, because of the bad fall yesterday. I could snowboarded slowly. But after a few hours, my chest started to hurt. I snowboarded through the pain. We left for home, around 6 o'clock. We got home around 11 o'clock. I could drive.

■2013年01月02日（水）　 snowboarding day 1

I went snowboarding in Nozawa Onsen with my son and my nephew. We left for there around 3 o’clock and got there around 8 o’clock. It was sunny, But it was too windy around the top of the mountain. We could snowboard all day. But I tripped up and fell down around 3 o’clock. I got a split lip and hit my head and my chest. After that, I couldn’t snowboard any more. But they snowboarded by 5 o’clock.

■2013年01月01日（火）　 the first sunrise

I went to see the first sunrise of the year to Mt ryugatake newr Asagiri plateau with Mr Aki. We left for there around 3 o'clock from Toyokawa. We arrived at the base of the mountain around 5 o'clock and started to climb to the top of the mountain. We saw the first sunrise short of the top. Because the top was too crowded. After we saw it, we went paragliding in Asagiri. We had a good time today.
