■2013年03月31日（日）　 It was rainning.
朝早くは本宮山往復４時間。その後雨が降ってきたけど、パラ友が集まっていてので、行きました。新しいラーメン屋でランチ。それから帰って昼寝。その後は母ちゃんと豊橋へ買い物へ行きました。写真は昨日撮ったものです。
In the eary morning, I ran to Mount Hongu on a road. It took me 4 hours the way to and from. After that it started to rain. But my paragliding friends togatered. So I went there after running. We went to a new Chinese noodle restaurant for lunch. After that I went back home and took a nap. And then I went shopping with my wife. The photo is I took yesterday.

■2013年03月30日（土）　 taking pictures
やっと晴れの日が来ました。と言うことで日中に桜淵へ写真を撮りに行ってきましたが、またもや、良い写真が撮れず。下手だ（笑）。
Sunny came at last today. I went to Sakurabuchi park to take pictures during the day. It was busy with people having a look. But I coudln't get any good pictures again. I'm not good at taking photoes.

■2013年03月29日（金）　 In Sakurabuchi
仕事が終わった後に桜淵公園へ母ちゃんと行きました。綺麗な写真を撮りたかったのですが、夜に撮るのは難しい。と言うことで、うまく撮れませんでした。
After work, I went to Sakurabuchi with my wife to see cherry blossoms. I wanted to take good pictures. But to take picture in night was too difficult. So I couldn't get any good pictures.

■2013年03月28日（木）　 a doubles tennis tournament
小僧の学校のテニスクラブでダブルスの校内戦があったので、小僧は朝早くから学校へ行きました。授業が無いと行けます（笑）。春休み後はちゃんと行って欲しいなぁ。
There was a doubles tennis tournament in my son's club. So he left for school ealry morning. He can go to school without classes. Anyway I want him to go to school after spring vacation.

■2013年03月27日（水）　 feel bad
朝は１０キロ走りましたが、その後は体調不良。でも、仕事は行けました。明日は走るのは止めよう。早く寝ます。
I went running 10 kilometers in this morning. After that I was going to be sick. But I could go to work. I won't go running tomorrow. I'll go to bed ealrier.

■2013年03月26日（火）　 my cough
今朝も１０キロゆっくりラン・早くは走れません。まだ、咳が完全には治っていなくて、薬を飲んでいます。小僧も今日はテニスで学校。校内戦があるそうです。
I went running 10 kilometers in this morning too. I couldn't run faster. I can't recover completely from my cough and I'm takeing cold medicines. My son went to school for his tennis club. There is a tournament in his club.

■2013年03月25日（月）　 my sickness
今朝はゆっくり１０キロ。風邪はよくなってきています。でも先週走れなかったので゜、段々太ってきています。今日は小僧はテニス部の練習で学校へ行きました。
I went running 10 kilometers slowly in the morning. I'm getting better from sickness. I couldn't go running last week. So I'm on the road to being fat. My son went to school for his school tennis club.

■2013年03月24日（日）　 Paragliding in Shinshiro
今日は調子が良かった。朝は１０キロをゆっくり走りました。その後、小僧は学校があったので豊橋駅まで送って行きました。それから、新城へパラ。２本飛べて楽しめました。それから家へ帰って部屋の片づけ。それから、小僧を豊川のテニススクールへ送りました。段々調子は良くなってきています。
I felt good today. So I went running slowly in this morning. After that I took my son to Toyohashi station. He had classes today. And then I went paragliding in Shinshiro. I flow twice. We had a good time. After that I got home and tiddied my room. And then I took my son to tennis school in Toyokawa. I'm getting better.

■2013年03月23日（土）　 headache
今日は頭痛で動けず飛びに行けなかった。午前中はゴロゴロ。昼に母ちゃんと昼ごはんに出て、ビデオを２本借りました。その後２本鑑賞。明日は飛びたいなぁ。
I have a headache today. I couldn't move as usual. I couldn't go paragliding. In the morning I was staying on bed. But I went a reataurant for lunch with my wife in the noon and a video rental shop and got 2 movies. After that I watched the movies. I want to go paragliding tomorrow.

■2013年03月22日（金）　 tennis toutnament
小僧君、今日はテニスの大会で学校へ行かなくても良かった。と言うことで送る必要も無し。昨日の夜は、薬が効いて、咳が止まりました！熟睡。良かったぁ。
My son didn't need to school today. Because he had a tennis tournament in Toyocawa. So we don't need to take him to school. But I don't know if he win any games. I could sleep well last night. Mediceines I got yesterday worked well and stopped my cough. I was rearly happy.

■2013年03月21日（木）　 terrible cough
小僧君は日曜まで学校です。今日は学校へ電車で行ってくれました。良かった。まだ咳が酷くて、良く寝れず。午前中に違う病院へ行ってきて、沢山薬をもらってきました。夕方はパンターズ彗星を見ようとしましたが分かりませんでした。
My son has to take classes by Sunday. So he went to school today too. He went there by train today. We were relieved. I still have a terrible cough. I couldn't sleep well last night too. So In this morning I went to see another doctor and got a lot of mediciens. In the evening, I tryed too see Panters comet, but I couldn't see it.

■2013年03月20日（水）　 it was rainning.
今日は祝日でしたが、会社はやっています。今日も咳が酷くて寝れなくて、走れませんでした。週末の板橋シティマラソンのホテルをキャンセルしました。とても、走れそうにないです。ガックリ。
Today was a national holiday. But our company was working. I couldn't go running, because of the bad cough. I didn't sleep well last night neither. Today I canceled my hotel reservation for Itabashi city marathon. I won't be able to run in the marathon. Because of the bad cough. I disappointed it.

■2013年03月19日（火）　 bad cough
風邪が酷い、また寝れなかった。薬は効かなかった。今朝は小僧君、自力で行こうとしましたが、乗り遅れて、母ちゃんが学校まで送りました。
I have a bad cold. I couldn't sleep well last night neiter. The medicen i got yesterday didn't work well. In this morning my son tryed to take the train. But he missed the train. So my wife took him to school.

■2013年03月18日（月）　 I have a cold.
小僧を学校へ送りましたが、久々に月曜登校です。名古屋マラソン語に調子が悪くて、風邪を拾ってきたみたい。軽いと思っていましたが、土曜と日曜の夜が咳で寝れず。今朝も走りましたが、昼から病院へ行ってきました。薬をもらったので今日は寝れるはず。でも、週末の板橋マラソンは走れるか分かりません。写真は機能の朝撮った花。
I took my son to School today. But he went to school Monday after long time. After Nagoya marathon, I have felt bad. I thought I cought a cold. But I thought it was light. But I couldn't sleep Saturday night and Sunday night. because of cough. I developed a severe cough. But I went running in this morning 10 kilometers. Afternoon I went to see a doctor and got some medicines. Maybe I wiil be able to sleep well this night. But I'm not sure if I cant run in Itabashi marathon on Sunday. I took this photo on yesterday morning near my house.

■2013年03月17日（日）　 paragliding
久々に新城でパラ。３０分ぐらいかな、飛んだ後に、ハラハラさん、木の上に墜落。背中を打って、みんなで運びました。その後、病院へ連れて行って、MRI検査。大丈夫でしたが、まともに歩けないので、家まで送って行きました。
I went paragliding in Shinshiro after long time. About 30 minutes after I took off. Harahara crashed to a tree. She hit her back on the tree. We went helping to her. She couldn't walk. We carried her on a stretcher. It was hard work. Aki and I took her to a hospital in Toyokawa. She got MRI on her body. Her born s were safe. She bruised her back. But she couldn't walk. We took her to her appartment.

■2013年03月16日（土）　 Comet PANSTARRS
今日は仕事をしていて、仕事が終わった後、パンターズ彗星を見ようとしましたが、視界が悪くて、全然見えませんでした。ガックリ。その後、星の写真を撮ろうとしましたが、うまく行かず。難しすぎる。また、近いうちにトライしようと思います。
Today I was working. After I got home, I tryed to see Comet PANSTARRS. But I couldn't see it, because of the seeing. I disappointed it. After that I tryed to take srars. But I couldn't take any good photos. I disappointed it againe. Maybe it was bad seeing niether. I thought to take stars is difficult. I try it again in the near future.

■2013年03月15日（金）　 a calm day
風邪引きですが、今朝は走りました。次の週末はマラソンがありますが、走れるか分かりません。今日は小僧が家にいなくて平和な日でした（笑）。
I have a cold. But I went running in this morning. I have a marathon next weekend. I'm not sure if I can run. Today was a calm day. Because my son wan't home.

■2013年03月14日（木）　 My son wasn't home.
小僧の学校は高校入試で小僧は今日から休み。会社を終わって帰るといません？？？友達とバスでスノボへ出かけました。一緒に行きたかったですが、風邪引きです。
There is a high school entrance examination in my son's high school. He is days off fron today. After work, I got home and he wasn't home. He went snowboarding with friends by bus. I wanted to go there togother. But I have a cold now.

■2013年03月13日（水）　 Spring is comming.
朝は２０キロのラン。まだ筋肉痛なのでゆっくりです。今日は小僧は学校へ行かないと思いましたが、行くというので豊橋駅まで送って行きました。良かった。
In this morning, I went running 20 kilometers slowly. Because I still have muscle aches on both legs. After that we guessed my son didn't go to school today. But he said I'll go there. So I took him to Toyohashi station. We were happy today. the photo is plum blossoms.

■2013年03月12日（火）　 Great Nebula of Orion
小僧は今日も行かず、明日休むと、木、金で入試なので一週間休みです。写真は昨日、撮ったオリオン大星雲。
My son didn't go to school today too. If he doesn't go to school tomorrow, he won't go to school in this week. Because there is an entrance examination on Thursday and Friday. The photo is Great Nebula of Orion that I took yesterday.

■2013年03月11日（月）　 My son
今日は小僧は学校へ行きませんでした。ガックリ。昨日の名古屋マラソンで筋肉痛です。
My son didn't go to school today. We were disappointed it. We have no idea. Today I have muscle aches on my both legs, because of Nagoyamarathon.

■2013年03月10日（日）　 Nagoya women marathon
I joined Nagoya city half marathon. I could run in 90 minutes. After that, I have a chance encounter with 2 blog friends. One of them realized me wearing a Blog T shirt. And then we ran to Nagoya Dome and watched Nagoya women Marathon.

■2013年03月09日（土）　 Nagoya
名古屋へ明日のシティマラソンの受付と前夜祭に行ってきました。前夜祭は楽しめました！
I went to Nagoya to join a party and to checked in Nagoya city marathon at Nagoya Dome today. We could enjoy ourselves at the party.

■2013年03月08日（金）　 snowboarding
小僧は週末スノボーです。オヤジと兄貴の家族と一緒に志賀高原です。自分も行きたかったけど名古屋でマラソンので行けません。残念。
My son will goes to snowboarding in this weekend. My father and my brother's family take him to Shiga ski area. They are leaving for there in this eveing. I wanted to go togather. But I have a marathon and I can't go there. I disappointed it.

■2013年03月07日（木）　 it was sunny.
朝は２０キロのラン。その後は小僧を豊橋駅まで送って、仕事。今日は平日なのに、飛んでいました。飛びたかったなぁ。日曜は名古屋でマラソン大会です。
I went running 20 kilometers in this morning. After that I took my son to Toyohashi station. And then I went to work. Although week day, My friends were paragliding in Shinshiro. I wanted to fly. On Sunday. I'll join a marathon in Nagoya.

■2013年03月06日（水）　 allowance
今日も小僧は電車の時間に起きず、かあちゃんも調子が良くないので、学校まで送りましたが、豊橋駅で下ろせました。また、カフェモカを飲みましたが、小遣いが無くなります。
My son didn't wake up the train time. We guess he doesn't want to take trains in morning. My wife felt bad. So I took him to school. But I could take him to Toyohashi station too. I drunk Caffe Mocha today too. But I'll lose my allowance.

■2013年03月05日（火）　 Caffe Mocha
小僧は起きれなくて、学校まで送りましたが、豊橋駅に下ろす事が出来ました。スターバックスに寄れてカフェモカを飲めました
I took my son to school in this morning. He didn't wake up at the train time. But I could took nim to Toyohashi station and I stopped at Starbucks. I love Caffe Mocha.

■2013年03月04日（月）　 test week finished.
今日まで小僧はテスト週間でした。明日から学校へ行くのだろうか？？？？朝は２０キロのランニングでした。
My son had tests today too. The test week finished today. My wife and I were happy. But we can't gess if he goes to school from tomorrow. In this morning went running 20 kilometers.

■2013年03月03日（日）　 the Orion Nebula
朝霧へ飛びに行きましたが、飛ぼうと思った時に風が強くなって飛べませんでした。帰ってからは、２０キロのラン夕方はオリオン星雲を観測しました。
I went paragliding in Asagiri. But when I taking off, the wind began to blow hard. I coudln't fly today. After I got home, I went running 20 kilometers. In the evening, I tryed to observe the Orion Nebula through an astronomical telescope.

■2013年03月02日（土）　 Saturday
朝は１２キロのランをした後仕事へ。土曜だったので５時で終了でした。明日はパラ予定。たぶん条件は良いと思う。
I went runng 12 kilometers in this morning. After that I went to work. But today was Saturday. We could get off at 5:00. I'll go paragliding tomorrow too. Maybe it'll be a good condition.

■2013年03月01日（金）　 commencement ceremony
小僧はテスト週間ですが、今日は卒業式で、テストは無し。そのかわり月曜に延期です。月曜も登校の心配をする必要が無いです。
My son is in test week. But there was a commencement ceremony in his school today. So there was no tests today. But it was postponed next Monday. My wife and I don't need to worry about his boycotting schoolnext Monday too.
