■2013年08月31日（土）　 my son 小僧はテニスで学校へ行きました。それだけでうれしいです・・・。でも、学校は卒業できないような気がしてきました。 My son went to school for tennis club. We were happy. But we guessed he won't graduate. I was working all day today.

■2013年08月30日（金）　 the opening ceremony 小僧君、いきなり、始業式を休みました。ガックリ。My son absent the opening ceremony today. We were disappointed it.

■2013年08月29日（木）　 sleepy 眠かったけど一日仕事しました。I was too sleepy, but I worked all day.

■2013年08月28日（水）　 Japan We went back to Japan.

■2013年08月27日（火）　 night scene We enjoyed the night view of Sydney from Mrs Macquaries Chair in night 27th.

■2013年08月21日（水）　 fireflies Tour We joine Fireflies Tour 21th evening.

■2013年08月21日（水）　 Gold coast afternoon We got my daughter at Brisbane Air Port. And then we went to Gold coast and swam. We stayed Gold cast tonight.

■2013年08月20日（火）　 To Australia We left for Australia from sentra.

■2013年08月19日（月）　 pain 今日も暑かった。まだ、右足首が痛い。サンシャインコーストマラソンは走れるだろうか？？？今日は仕事の合間に、旅行の仕度をしていました。明日の午後には出発です。 It was hot today too. I can't run yet. I still feel a pain on my right ankle. I'm not sure if I can run in sunshine coast marathon. I prepared for the trip during work today. We are liveing for Australia tomorrow afternoon.

■2013年08月18日（日）　 Obon construction お盆工事がやっと終わってきました。でも、何度も呼び出しがあって、そのたびに行きました。今回は暑くて疲れました。明後日はオーストラリアへ出発です。準備をしなくては。 Obon construction was almost finished. But clients called me many a time. I went there by the moment. We were too tired this time, because of the hot. Anyway I'm going to Australia the day after next. I need to prepare for the trip.

■2013年08月17日（土）　 ticks 布団から落ちて畳の上で寝たら、ダニの餌食になった・・・。バルサンを焚かないと・・・。 I droped on Tatami from Futon last night and I was bitten by ticks. I feel itchy now. I need to smoke insecticide.

■2013年08月16日（金）　 sleepy 昨日のアクシデントで帰ってい来たのが夜中の１時前。まだ、お盆工事で忙しかった。もうこれ以上働きたくない・・・。今日も暑かった！ I was very sleepy, because of the accident. I got my home before 1 am. I still be busy with Obon construction. I dodn't want to work anymore. It was too hoto today too.

■2013年08月15日（木）　 injured 仕事で、同僚が、怪我をして、新城市民から、救急車で、豊川市民へ移動。最悪な連休工事。my coworker injured, when he was working with me. he was carried by an ambulance. now we are at new Toyokawa hospital.

■2013年08月14日（水）　 Hot 今日も暑かった。天気予報は今週はずーと暑いと言っているので、ガックリしています。でも、仕事は順調です。 It was too hot tday too. The weather forcast says it'll be sunny this week. We are disappointed it. But the my works go smoothly.

■2013年08月13日（火）　 Obon construction 連休工事が始まりましたが、暑い！疲れた。立山の登山で足を捻挫したので、只今まともに歩けません・・・。でも、新城の花火大会をかあちゃんと見に行きました。 Obon construction was started today. It was sunny and hot today. we were too tired today. When i went to Tateyama I twisted my right anckle. I can't walk correctly now. But I went to see the fireworks in SHinshiro city with my wife.

■2013年08月12日（月）　 comic festival in Tokyo I took my son to Toyohashi Station. He was supposed to go to Tokyo to see the Comic market in Tokyo. When I got home, he called me and said "i missed the train. So I took his friends and him to Tokyo. I couldn't sleep at all. But I went to work. I was very sleepy.

■2013年08月11日（日）　 climbing Mt Tsurugi We climbed Mt Tsurugi In the early morning. When we arrived at the top, it was cloudy.

■2013年08月10日（土）　 climbing Three Mountains of Tateyama I climbed Three Mountains of Tateyama with friends. We stayed at Tsurugisawa camp site.

■2013年08月09日（金）　 Go Mt Tsurugi 今夜遅くに、剱岳登山へ出発なので用意しないと。楽しみです。今日も暑かった！朝ランは軽く１０キロでした。 I have to prepare for climbing Mt Tsurugi. I'm leaving there later tonight with friends. I'm looking forward to do it. It was too hot today too. I went running 10km slowly.

■2013年08月08日（木）　 hot 今日も朝は暑かった。２０キロのラン。最近良く汗をかきます、でも、痩せません。３キロぐらい痩せたいなぁ。 It was too hot today too. I went running 20 km in this morning too. I've been sweating a lot lately. But I can't lose weight yet. I want to lose 3 kg.

■2013年08月07日（水）　 fine 今日は小僧は学校のテニス。最近は学校へ送っていく必要もないので、調子が良いです。今朝は２０キロのランニングでした。 My son went to school for his tennis club. Now I don't need to take him to school. I'm fine these days. I went running 20 km in this morning.

■2013年08月06日（火）　 part-time job 小僧は、今日はテニスのクラブでしたが、雨が降っていたので、中止。会社へアルバイトに来ないか誘うと、一緒に来てくれました。機械の組み付けをやりました。 My son was supposed to go to school for his tennis club. But it was rainning hard in this morning. So I asked to go to work with me. He woke up and went to our company with me. My son helped with my work. He assembled machines.

■2013年08月05日（月）　 My son was tired. 朝は１０キロのラン。今日は小僧を連れて仕事の予定でしたが、テニスの合宿の疲れで起きれず。いつものように一人で仕事へ行きました。小僧は一日、家でネットでもやっていたじゃないかな。 I went running 10 km in this monring. My son promised to go work with me. But he couldn't wakw up. He was still tired with the tennis camp. So I went to work as usual. He was at home all day today. Maybe he was surfing the internet, I guessed.

■2013年08月04日（日）　 paragliding 今朝は朝早く走らす背に飛びに行きましたので、調子が良かったです。でも、飛びはイマイチ。１時間のフライト。下手になって気がします。今日小僧はテニスの合宿から帰ってきました手、疲れていましたが、豊川のテニススクールへ行きました。その後は豊橋へかあちゃんと買い物。 I went paragliding in Shinshiro. I didn't go running in this ealry morning. So I was fine. But I couldn't get any good flights. I felt a bit rusty and I disappointed it. I flow for one hour today. My son came back from tennis camp today. He was very tired, but he went to tennis school after long time. I took him there. After that I went shopping with my wife to Toyohashi.

■2013年08月03日（土）　 flying 今日も暑かった。一日仕事。仕事中友達は飛んでいたので、一緒に飛びたかったなぁ。明日は飛ぼうと思っていますが、コンディションはどうなのか分かりません。 It was hot today. I was working all day. My friends were flying while I was working. I wanted to fly with them. I'll go paragliding tomorrow, But I don't know if it's good conditon for paragliding tomorrow.

■2013年08月02日（金）　 hot 今日は暑かった。朝はいつもより涼しくて、１５キロ走れましたが、仕事中は暑くてクーラーの効きが悪かった。 It was hot today. But it was cooler than usual in this morning. I caould run 15 km. My company's air conditioner didn't work well while we were working, because of the hot.

■2013年08月01日（木）　 tennis camp 小僧はテニスの合宿でやまびこの丘へ行ったので、しばらく家は平和です。今朝は１５キロのラン。蒸し暑かった。 My son left for Yamabuko No Oka for his tennis club camp. Maybe our house will be peaceful wor a while. In this morning I went running 15 km. It was hot and humid in this morning.
