■2013年09月30日（月）　 making juice
最近小僧がミキサーでジュース作りに凝っています。毎晩ジュースが飲めます。今日はアップルジュースを作ってくれましたが、失敗。ミキサーを使ってはいけなかった・・・。These days, my son into making juice with a blender. I can drink different juices in the evening. Today he made apple juice. But he made a failed juice. He would rather not to use a blender.

■2013年09月29日（日）　 nice flight
朝は２０キロのラン。その後今日もパラで同じく、今日も鳳来寺山を期待しましたが、またしても、ショート。がっくり。下手だ。でも、今日も楽しめました。
I went running 20 km in this morning. After that I went paragliding at shinshiro. I expected to fly long time and get Mt hourai today too. It was a good condition today too. But I undershooted today too. I disappointed it. I was poor. But we had a good time.

■2013年09月28日（土）　 paragliding at Shinshiro
朝は１２キロノランニング。その後、新城へパラへ行きました。長時間フライトの鳳来寺山行きを期待しましたが、手前にランディング。ガックリ。帰ってから母ちゃんと、豊橋へショッピング。かあちゃんにフッイネス用のウェアを買ってあげました。
I went running 12km in this morning. After that I went pragliding at Shinshiro. I expected to fly long time and get Mt Hourai. But I undershooted. I dsappointed it. After I got home, I went shopping to Toyohashi with my wife. I bought sports clothes for my wife.

■2013年09月27日（金）　 safety inspection
今日車を車検に出しましたが、後５年は乗らなくては。朝は２０キロのランニングで、その後小僧を豊橋駅まで送りました。
I took my cat to a car dealer to get a car safety inspection today. I have to use it in the next 5 years. I went running 20 km in this morning. and then I took my son to Toyohashi station.

■2013年09月26日（木）　 The lottery result for Tokyo Marathon 2014
また、東京マラソンは抽選落ちでした。ガックリ。１０分の１の確率でした。朝は１８キロのランニングでその後、小僧を豊橋駅まで送りました。
I wasn't selected Tokyo marathon by lot again. I disappointed it. The rate was 1/10. I went running 18 km in this morning. And then I took my son to Toyohashi station.

■2013年09月25日（水）　 transportation
今朝は１５キロのランニング。小僧は今日は学校へ行きました。でも、豊橋駅まで送りました。
I went running 15km in this morning. After that I took my son to Toyohashi station. He went to school today.

■2013年09月24日（火）　 absent
小僧は、また、休み。たぶん、高校は卒業できない気がする。
My son was absent from school today too. We disappointed it. I guessed he won't graduate.

■2013年09月23日（月）　 Natinoal holiday.
今日は祝日でしたが、会社はやっているので、一日仕事。でも朝は２０キロのランをしました。小僧は豊橋へテニスの大会へ行きました。
It was a national holiday today. But our company worked. So I was working all day. But I went running 20km in this morning. My son went to Toyohashi to join a tennis tournament.

■2013年09月22日（日）　 paragliding
朝は２０キロのランニング。その後、パラへ行きましたが、豊川インターまで飛んで行けて帰ってこれました。たのしかったぁー。
I went running 20km after long in this morning. After that I went paragliding in SHinshiro. We could fly to Toyokawa IC and returned. We had a good time.

■2013年09月21日（土）　 working
朝は１０キロのラン。その後仕事でしたが、天気も良く飛びに行きたかった。明日は飛びに行きます！
I went running 10km in this morning. After that I went to work. I wanted to go paragliding today. It was sunny and a good day for paragliding. I'll go paragliding tomorrow.

■2013年09月20日（金）　 Making juice
今日は小僧は学校へ行かず。最近、ミキサーでジュース作りに凝っています。晩にマンゴジュースを飲みました。
My son didn't go to school today. We were disappointed it. He takes to make juice by a juicer These days. I drunk mango juice in this evening.

■2013年09月19日（木）　 PE festival
小僧は体育祭だったので、一人で学校へ行きました。夜は中秋の名月で満月。隣の子供と天体望遠鏡で見ました。
My son went to school for PE festival. So he could go to school alone. Tonight moon was the harvest full moon. I wathced the moon with the children in the neighborhood by astrometric telescope.

■2013年09月18日（水）　 art show
大阪へ機械を買いに行って、その後、ミュージーアムへ寄りました。アートショーをやっていて、マイクの友達でスエーデンの人が出品していました。結局、携帯も何も持っていないので会えずじまい。
I went to Osaka to buy a machine. After that I stopped at a museum to watch an art show. Mike's friend who was from Sweden sent her paintings to the exhibition. But I couldn't meet her. Because I couldn't contact with her. She didn't have any cell phone. She was doing sightseeing around Osaka.

■2013年09月17日（火）　 calm day
ここら辺りは台風が過ぎ去って平穏な日になりました。朝はランニングもできました。小僧は学校へ体育祭へ行きましたが、結局明日へ延期。明日は大阪へ機会を買いに行きます。
It was a calm day today aroun here. The typhoon was gone. I could go running in this morning. My son went to school for the school festival. But it was finaly postponed tomorrow. I'll go to Osaka to bu a machine tomorrow.

■2013年09月16日（月）　 Typhoon No18
台風１８号が直撃しました。朝は凄い雨に風。それでも会社へ出勤。２回短い停電がありましたが、一日仕事ができました。
Typhoon No18 hit our area now in the morning. The windy and rain were terrible. But I went to work. There were 2 short power cut twice. We could work all day.

■2013年09月15日（日）　 watch movies
走りたかったが、疲れと眠気で、止め。でも、区の道作りで後編の草刈りを１時間やりました。その後はかあちゃんと、レンタルショップへ行って、オズの魔法使いを借りてきましたが、まあまあでした。夕方はかあちゃんが、借りてきた、ラストプレゼントを一緒に見ていたら、止めれなくなって、夜遅くまで見てしまいました。と言うことで、また、寝不足・・・。
I was sleepy and tired. I wanted to go running but I felt low. So I didn't running. But I took part in Kawaji Park cleanup. I cut weeds for one our. after that I went to a rental shop with my wife. I rented Oz the Great and Powerful. It was so so. My wife rented a dorama Last present. I watched it with my wife in the evening. I couldn't stop it. So I wathced it until late at night. I could get sleepy again.

■2013年09月14日（土）　 Sleepy
昨日の夜は小僧VS母ちゃんで大変だった。お陰で寝不足。よって朝ランは無しでパラへ行きました。小僧はテニスの大会。久々に２時間のフライトで夜はパラの飲み会へ参加して、楽しめました。
There was a big fight my wife VS son last night. I was very sleepy. My son went to Toyohashi to join a tennis tournament. I coudln't go running. But I went paragliding in Shinshiro. I could fly for 2hours after long. I was happy. In the evening I joined a party for paragliding club. I had a good time today, but I'm very sleepy.

■2013年09月13日（金）　 school festival.
今日は小僧君、一人で電車で行きました。今日は文化祭でした。
My son went to school by train today. Because there was the school festival today.

■2013年09月12日（木）　 My son's sunglasses
オーストラリアへ行った時に増派メガネを無くしてきました。すぐに新しいのを買いましたが、、昨日それを無くした・・・。また、買ってきました。
My son lost his old glasses when we were in Australia. After that he bought new glasses. But he lost it yesterday. We were disappointed it. We bought new glasses again.

■2013年09月11日（水）　 Studying
小僧は昨夜は勉強できなかったみたい。今朝も学校へ送って行きました。
I guessed my son couldn't study yesterday night. I took him to school today too.

■2013年09月10日（火）　 my son's score
小僧の学校の呼び出しへ行ってきましたが、校長先生まで出てきてビックリ・・・。
I was called by my son's teacher and went school. We talked about his bad score. He might not go to the next grade next year. At that time, the school principal joined it and I was surprisecd it.

■2013年09月09日（月）　 absent
朝は１０キロのランニング。小僧は起きずに休みでした。明日は学校から呼び出しを受けているので行かないといけません。
I went running 10 km in this morning. After that, my son didn't wake up. He was absent from school today. We get a summons from school and have to go school tomorrow.

■2013年09月08日（日）　 Movie's day
朝は雨が降っていましたが、上がった後に１０キロ走りました。その後は家の掃除をしてから、ジャックと天空の巨人、アイアンマン３を見ました。両方ともまあまあ面白かった。夕方は小僧をテニススクールへ連れて行きました。
It was rainning in this morning. After the rain stopped I went running 10 km. After that I tidied my house. And then I watched Jack the Giant Killer in my house. After that I watched Ironman 3. They were good for me. In the evevning, I took my son to tennis school in Toyokawa.

■2013年09月07日（土）　 tired
庭木の剪定をして、燃やすために田んぼへ運びました。その後はランディングの草刈り。疲れましたが、一日仕事でした。
I pruned trees in my garden. I carried them to a rice field for burning. ANd then I went to the landing place and mowed. I was too tired. But I worked all day.

■2013年09月06日（金）　 cap
今日、サンシャインコーストマラソンの時に品切れでもらえなかった帽子をゲット。オーストラリアから送られてきました（笑）。まさか、送ってくるとは思いませんでした。欲しかった！ありがとう〜〜〜。
I got this cap today. It is a Sunshine Coast marathon prize for participation. I couldn't get it at that time, because it ran out. They send it me from Australia. I thought they wouldn't send it me. I was surpprised it. I wanted it. Thank you.

■2013年09月05日（木）　 hard rain
昨夜雨が結構降りましたが、水不足は解消されず。朝は１０キロのランでその後は、小僧を学校まで送りました。
In the last night it was rainning hard. But it couldn't eliminate a water shortage. We are suffering from water shortage. I went running 10 km in this morning. After that I took my son to school today.

■2013年09月04日（水）　 severe water shortages
朝はランなし。まだ、ちょっと父子首が痛いので止めました。小僧は起きれなくて、豊橋駅までの送迎。夕方は名古屋で大雨です。この辺りは、水不足なので降ってほしいなぁ。
In this morning, I didn't go running. I still have a little pain on my right anckle. My son didn't wake up at usual time. So I took my son to Toyohashi station. In the evening, It was hard rain around Nagoya. Around here is suffering severe water shortages. We need a hard rain.

■2013年09月03日（火）　 food intoxication
夜中に母ちゃんがトイレの前で腹痛で苦しんでいました。朝にはよくなってきていましたが、その事を小僧に言うと、小僧は吐いたらしい。昨日の晩御飯の牛肉だ・・。オヤジがくれた物。自分は不味くて食べませんでしたが、母ちゃんは自分が残した物まで食べました。自分はなんともありませんでしたが、みんな朝までには回復していました。
My wife was lying in front of the toilet in agony in the last midnight because of her stomach ache. In this morning she was getting better. I told about it to my son. He said that he lost his dinner last midnight. I guessed it was beef that my father gave us. I didn't eat it so much. It tasted terrible. So my wife ate my leftover so much. So I was safe. But they were fine in this morning. I relived it.

■2013年09月02日（月）　 motorways toll
オーストラリアで有料道路のお金を払わなかったかもしれない・・・。娘に頼みましたが、車を乗らないので、難しそうでした。今朝は１０キロのラン。その後は、小僧がまた、起きれなくて電車へ乗れなかったので豊橋まで送って行きました。
I couldn't have paied for motorways toll in Australia. I asked my daughter for it. But she can't drive. So it was difficult for her. In this morning I went running 10km. After that I took my son to Toyohashi station. He couldn't get up and missed the train.

■2013年09月01日（日）　 nap
朝は部屋の片づけ。お盆の仕事に、旅行疲れで、飛びに行きませんでした。昼は、昼寝！。夕方は小僧をテニススクールへ連れて行きました。
In the morning, I tidied my room. I didn't go paragliding today. Because I was tired with the trip and the Obon construction. In the noon I could take a nap. Int the evening I took my son to tennis school.
