Mining
Breaking smaller @The stratum of lime stone is exposed by removing topsoil and it's face is exploded with the gunpowder.

The lumps of lime stone are broken as large as human's head with the driller.
GURI-ZURI
The broken lumps are rolled on the big slide which is called "GURI-ZURI" in order to take away mud or small stones (under 5 cm) except lime stone.
Showering onto the lumps
Showering water onto the lumps takes down mud on the surface of the lumps.

Coarse Crushing
Putting the lumps in The washed lumps are put into the 1st Crusher and crushed to smaller stones under 10cm.
2nd Crusher
Crushed stones are carried with the belt conveyors and put into the 2nd Crusher. They are crushed to sand under 11mm.
Sand Silos
The crushed sand is stored up in the silos and waiting for being carried to the factory.

Loading to dump truck The sand in the silo is loaded to dump truck and carried to the factory.

Putting the sand in
Sand Pit The sand carried from the mine is put into the Sand Pit and stored up in the Sand Tank.

Smashing
Roller Mill Constant amount of the sand is carried from the Sand Tank to the Mill machine.
The Mill machine smashes the sand into the powder.

Classifying
Classifires The smashed powder contains various sizes of particles.
There is a need to separate them to big particles and small particles.
The Calcium Carbonate powder of same size is made by some steps of classifying with the Air Classifiers which separate the particles by air stream.

Removing large particles or alien substances by the Sifters
Sifters There may be some large particles or alien substances in the powder.
They are removed by making the powder through the sifters.

Storing up in the silos and Packing.
Air-Transporting Pipe Lines After the sifters, the powder of Calcium Carbonate goes to the product silo through the air-transporting pipe.
Product Silos
The powder in the product silo is packed to paper bags by the Auto Packer and they become the products of Heavy Calcium Carbonate.
Palletizer
The paper bags move to the Palletizer and they are piled up on the pallet.
For some customers, the powder is packed to flexible container bags of rubber or loaded to tank trucks directly from the silo.

Stocking and Forwarding
Loading to the truck Packed products are kept in the warehouse and wait for forwarding.
The products are loaded to the truck and carried to customers or relay storehouses.


By these steps, the Heavy Calcium Carbonate products are made from the limestone.
