I happened to find out my diary in which I wrote about my trip around Denmark several years ago. There, Jesper, who had been in our office as a trainee, helped me so much. It was hard to get a ticket back to Japan, and then, three days before I left Japan, I managed to get one via London. So, though I had not planed to, I had to find accommodation in London. I had already got a accommodations list in London just in case, so I thought I could make a reservation while transferring in London, and I left Japan. During the trip, the whether was mainly cloudy. If the whether was better, it would be able to take better photographs. |
NRT(Narita) - ANC(Anchorage) - LHR(London/Heathrow) 21:30 11:05 5:55
I could have enough time before departure, as it was a late flight from Narita. The airline was British Airways. After checking in at the Airport, I felt somewhat exciting. At boarding, I was told that my seat was in upstairs. It was my first time to board on a double-decker airplane! After shifting to level flight, In-flight meals were served. The contents of first meal were Japanese Soba noodles with soi dressing and filet of beef Okaribayaki, garnished with pois mange-tout (snow pea) and sauteed peppers, and cocotte potatoes and raspberry flan with fresh seasonal fruit. I expected that meal would be served soon after departure, so I hadn't had eaten dinner yet. It was good decision. After finisihing the meal, I put off my glasses and fell asleep for a while. Then I woke up and went through aisles half asleep, and I knocked my head against in-flight screen. Two flight attendants ran towards me. My trip began in such way. |
