Kobenhavn - Odense 12:00 14:58
As a breakfast, I ate some bread and butter which Jesper bought in the morning, and a seat of chocolate, jam and milk, coffee and Japanese tea(Yamammotoyama tea bag). Background musics were Anri's songs and melodies of Japanese harp(Koto). Maybe they think that Japanese people usually listen to the melody of the Japanese harp while eating.
![]() ![]() I went to Odense that afternoon. As I have read in the guidebook, trains went into the ferry and went over sea. As guideboards in the ferry were written in Danish, I could hardly understand them. When I came back from the deck to the train, I could not open the door of the train. When I was at a loss, I was told that I should press the button which looked like an alarm button. Well, I see. ![]() ![]() ![]() I arrived at Odense. Through the Kongens Have, I went to the Hans Christian Andersen Museum. The roads there were a little complicated. Andersen's works translated in many languages, some in Japanese, were displayed. I saw a book of A Little Marmaid translated in Japanese which was published in 1930. As it was written in old style of Japanese language, it was a little difficult to apprehend it. I went a little back to Thomas B Thriges Gade and Sct.Albani Church and Sct.Knud's Cathedral. The Andersen Haven(park) next to the Cathedral was very lovely. I heard that there was a popular herb garden. The herbs there were sweet-scented, and I could see many flowers. ![]() On my way to hotel, walking along the Odense river to Kongemsgade, I found a Burger King which Ms Masako had recommended so much. I decided to have Double Bacon Cheese Burger as a dinner. It was a little savory one. |
