How To Import a File

Files can be added to a desktop, packet, part, or document. If a file is added to a desktop, packet, or part it appear as a document with a single file. Documents can contain multiple files.

1. Select the File/Import command.

2. Locate the file in the directory structure, highlight the file, and select the <OK> button .

3. Type any comment you want to appear in the document table and click <OK>.

4. Repeat the steps above until all the files you need have been added.
