How To Add a Document by Number

From the home window, open the appropriate object by double clicking on the packet or parts icon.
You can also use the find the packet or part commands by using the Find/Packet or Find/part command, respectively.
Open the packet's contents view using the View/Contents command, or the part's BOM view using the View/BOM command.
Select the Edit/Add Document by Number command to select a document by number
The Document Selection dialog box will be displayed.
Enter an identifier in the Identifier box and select the OK button.
If the permissions are correct, the document will be added to the object from which the Add Document by Number command was selected.
