Lieutenant Kagaya sortied
on December 30, 1944 as a Kaiten pilot of Kaiten Group "Kongo",
boarding Submarine I-36 and died in the mission on January 12,
1945.
Sub-lieutenant Yoshimoto sortied on January 9, 1945 as a Kaiten pilot
of Kaiten Group "Kongo", boarding Submarine I-48. Missing in action.
