■2009年03月31日（火）　 a special tennis class 小僧と娘は今春休み。なので暇。小僧をテニスの強化クラスへ申し込んだ。今日は一日目。上手くなって欲しいが、運動音痴だからなぁ・・。四日間じゃ無理か。 Now my daughter and my son is in spring holidays. So they are free now. I signed up a special tennis school for my son. Today it was the first class. I want him to improve his tennis. But he is poor sports ability. I think he won't be able to improve it for 4 days.

■2009年03月30日（月）　 The final episode of Charo 月曜日の朝にチャロって言う迷子の犬の英語の物語を見ています。今日は最終回。楽しみにしていました・・・。けど、放送されない・・・・。昨日に変更された。ガックシ。 I watch a English drama every Monday morning. The drama tittle's is Charo. The story is a missing dog's story. Today's episode was supposed to be the final episode. I was looking forward to watching it. But but... The drama wasn't broadcasted. Because it was moved to yesterday. I was very disappointed it.

■2009年03月29日（日）　 Flying また、朝霧へ飛びに行った。曇っていたので、昨日と一緒のコンディションと思ったけど、飛び始めた頃に、晴れ始めた。たくさんサーマルがあったけど、ハードだった。まあ、でも楽しめました。家に帰った後、小僧とテニス。小僧が中級コースを楽しみにしています。 I went flying to Asagiri today too. I thought today's condition was the same yesterday's. Because it was cloudy. But when I stated flying, it started to clear up. There were many hard thermals. It was hard for us to fly. But we enjoyed it. After I got my house. I went playing tennis with my son. Because he is excited about his middle tennis class.

■2009年03月28日（土）　 Flying 朝霧へ飛びに行ったけど、雪が降っていた・・・・。信じれん・・・降るとは思わなかった。なので違うエリアへ移動した。自分は飛べたけど、風が強くて、他の人は飛べなかった。でも、ショートフライト。家に帰って、小僧をテニススクールへ連れて行った。スクールが終わった後、先生が小僧に２階級特進だって言った。うれしい！でもそのクラスの生徒について行けるのだろうか？？？？まあ、とにかくうれしい。教えたかいがあった。写真は静岡市。 We went flying to Asagiri. But it was snowing. We can't believe it and we didn't hink it was snowing. So we moved to another area. I could fly, but others friends couldn't. Be cause of the strong windy. But the flight was a short flight. After I got back home. I took my son to his tennis school with my wife. After the tennis school. His teacher said to him. You move to the middle class. He got promoted to double-rank. He was pleased and my wife and me too. But I'm wonder ing if he can follow the students. But anyway we were happy. It was worth I have tought he to play tennis. The picture is around Shizuoka city, when I flew today.

■2009年03月27日（金）　 running 今朝１０キロをゆっくり走った。けど、左足はあんまり調子よくない。早く走って良いのか、良く分からないけど、今は早く走る必要がない。怪我しない方が大事。けど、１０キロ走って良いのか不明・・・・。故障するまで走ると思う。 I ran 10 kilkometers in the morning slowly. But my left leg was not very good. I don't know if I run fast, it's good for my left leg. But I don't need to run fast now. I need not to get hurts on my legs now. But I don't now if I run 10 kilometers. I'll keep to run 10 kilometer, untill I get injured.

■2009年03月26日（木）　 Dino's last class 英会話へ行った。ディノの最後の授業。新学期は豊川のスクールで教えるらしい。たぶん、教え方が悪くて新城校はクビだとおもう。彼の英語はむずかしい。もっと自分が話せると良いんだけど。今は無理だ。自分にとっては代わってくれて良かった・・・・。良い奴なんだけど。 I went to the conversations school. This class was the last Dino's class. Next year he'll teach at Toyokawa school, maybe. I guess his teaching is bad, so he was fired from Shinshiro school. It was hard for me his English. If I speack Eniglish well, I would be good. But now I can't understand him. This changeing is good for me. He was nice guy.

■2009年03月25日（水）　 I'm happy 幸せ・・・。今までの１年間警察に捕まらなかった。１点しかなかったので、今度捕まったら２ヶ月運転できなかった。けど、点数が戻った！捕まらないとは思わなかった・・・。安全運転をしよう。 I have been very happy. I couldn't be cought driving infraction by police for last year so far. I have only one point of my drivers lisence. If I would be cought again, I couldn't drive for 2 months. But I have recovered my driver's points. I didn' think of being cought by police. I'll drive safe.

■2009年03月24日（火）　 Sunnyday 良い日で暖かい。けど朝は寒い。もっと暖かくなったら足と体に良いんだけど。でも、今週は寒いって天気予報が言ってる。今週末は飛びたいなぁ。茨城へクロカンに行こうって約束しているんだけど、多分無理かな。天気予報が良くなくて。もし天気が良くなったら行きたいなぁ。 It was a beautiful day and hot. But it was cold in the morning. If it is hotter in every morning, it would be good for my legs and body. But the weather forecast said "It'll be cold this week". I'd like to fly this weekend. I prmised my friends to go to Ibaragi for flying for a distance flight. But I thionk it wouldn't go there, due to the weahther. But if it is good weather, I want to go there.

■2009年03月23日（月）　 Run また、朝走り始めた。けど足に良いのかわからない・・・。ゆっくり７キロ。午後医者へ行ったら、ウォーキングして良いよって言われので、ハイって言っておいた。けど歩きたくないので、明日も走ろう。 I started running again in the morning. But I didn't know if my lega were OK or not? Today I ran slowly and for seven kilometers. Afternoon I went to see the doctor. And he told me to go wolking. And then I said " Yes". But I don't want to walk. So I'll go running tomorrow too.

■2009年03月22日（日）　 Snowboarding 3 雨がパラパラでも、風が強かった。ゴンドラはストップ。一つだけリフトが動いていたので、昼間で滑った。昼頃出発して７時ぐらいについて、焼肉屋へ行った。子供達が毎回スキーの後の焼肉を楽しみにしている。写真は昨日作った雪だるま。 It was just spitting. But it was very windy. The gondola was stopped. One of a lift was working, so I could snowboarding and skiing on just one course. We skied and snowboarded untill noon. But it was very cold and wet. We left from the hotel afternoon and we got Shinshiro around seven o'clock. And then we went to Yakiniku restaurant. Our children are always looking forward to going to a Yakiniku restaurant after skiing and boarding. The picture is a snowman which was made by children yesterday.

■2009年03月21日（土）　 Snow boading 2 昨日ホテルについて、沢山寝ようと思ったが部屋が暑くて寝れなかった。けど前回よりは良いコンディション。天気はバッチリ。沢山滑れた。ホテルも良い。ゴンドラの駅とくっついていて、食べものも良い。朝、晩バイキングスタスル。でも、温泉が無い。疲れていたので、早く寝だけど、明日の天気は悪い・・・・。 We arrived at the hotel yesterday. I thought to get sleep well, but I couldn't. Because the room was very hot. But I felt better than last time. It was very beautiful day. We could snowboading and skiing very well. The hotel was good. Because the hotel was connected a gondola station and foods were good. The dinner and breakfast were buffet style. But The hotel doesn't have Onsen. Since I was very tired, I went to bed early. But the weather will be bad tomorrow.

■2009年03月20日（金）　 snowboarding 今晩滋賀へスノボーに出発します。けど雨。雪があるか？雪が柔らかいか心配。でも、明日、明後日は晴れで良い。準備をしないと・・・。まだしていません。昨日、接骨院へ行ってきたけど、まだ走るなって言われた。スノボーへ行くから走れないんだけど・・・。でも、スノボって自分の足に良いかな？？？ We're living for Shiga to snowboad this evening. But it's raining today. We're worried if there is a lot of snow and if the snow is soft? It's good for us, it'll sunny tomorrow and the day after tomorrow. I have to prepare to go there. I'm still not ready to go? Tomorrow I went to see a doctor of an orthopedic clinic again. He told me not to run yet. But I can't run because the ski trip. But I'm wondering if my legs are ok to snowboad?

■2009年03月19日（木）　 graduation ceremony 小僧の卒業式があった。小学校を卒業した。卒業式のときに制服を着たんだけど、面白い！笑った。中学生みたい・・・・。今伸びているけど、自分より大きくなって欲しい。 There was a graduation ceremony for my son. He graduated his elementary school. When the graduation, he wore junior hischool uniform. It's funny him. I coundn't help laughing. He looks like a junior high-school student. He is growing now. I want him to get bigger than me.

■2009年03月18日（水）　 first anniversary of our dog death 今日はルフィの一周忌。まだ、ケージが部屋に置いてあります。もう、しまっても良いだろう。いつまでも、ルフィの事は忘れないだろう。 Today is the first anniversary of our dog death. We have kept his cage in our room. I think that's enough it put away. We know We'll miss him forever.

■2009年03月17日（火）　 My left leg hurts. 朝１２キロ走った。けど、１０キロ走った後ぐらいから、走れなくなった。左足が痛い・・・。病院へ行ったら２日間走るなって言われた。走るなって言われると思ってた。それと、ストレッチをしたほうが良いって言われた。沢山しよう。 I went running for 12 kilometers this morning. But I finaly couldn't run after I ran 10 klometers. Because I got a pain in my left leg. So I went to see a doctor and he said to me "Don't run for 2 days". I guessed he would say that. I won't run tomorrow. And then the doctor said "You should release the stress from your body by stretching" I'll do that a lot.

■2009年03月16日（月）　 air purification system ２週間前に空気清浄機を注文した。良いシステムがいくつかあって人気商品で売り切れの注文過多。小僧が花粉症で必要なんだけど、古いのがあったので急がなかったから、それを注文した。１ヶ月待ち。けど二週間で来た。良かった。４月まで待ったら、花粉の時期が終わってしまう。 I ordered an air purification system 2 weeks ago. It was supposed to come to us after one month. Because it was sold out and due to the high volume of orders at that time. We eagered to buy it because it had some good systems and very popular. My son need it because of the hay fever. But we were not in hurry, because we had an old one. but it was delivered to us after 2 weeks we ordered. It was good. Because if we would wait until April, the hay fever time would have ended.

■2009年03月15日（日）　 Good flight 久しぶりに朝霧でグットフライトをゲット。最近、天気と仕事で良いフライトが無かった。富士山が綺麗だった。たぶん昨日山頂付近で雪が降ったから。次回は新城で良いフライトをゲットできると良いな。 I've gotten a good flight in Asagiri high land after long time. I couldn't get any good flights because of the weather and my work these days. Mt. Fuji was very beautiful, because maybe it was snowing around the top of the mountain yesterday. I hope to get a good flight in Shinshiro next time.

■2009年03月14日（土）　 New snowboard boots 前回スノボードへ行った時靴が壊れた。来週行くので、新しいのを買わないといけなかった。かあちゃんが買って良いって行ったので、雨なので買いに行った。良さそうな感じだけど、使ってみないと分からない。 When I went snowboading last time, my boots was broken. I'll go snowboading next weekend. So I need to buy new one. My wife let me to buy that. Today it was rain, so I bought it. They looked like very good for me. But I'm wondering if they are good or not, when I use them.

■2009年03月13日（金）　 Congratulations 朝は雨が降ってなくて、昼から振り出した。明日はたぶん雨。なので今朝は大目で１６キロ走った。疲れていたので、ちょっときつかった。ということで足が痛い。でも、大丈夫。でも疲れてる・・・。良い知らせがありました。甥が入試に受かった！おめでとう！けど、スキーの日にちを変えなければ良かった・・・・。 In the moning it was not rainning, but afternoon it started to rain. Tomorrow it'll rain, so I ran for long distance in the morning 16 kilometers. I was tired, so it was very hard and got my legs hurts. But I'll OK though, I'm tired. And I got a good news. MY nephew passed the exam. Congratulations on passing the entrance exam for my nephew. But I shouldn't change the day when we go skiing.

■2009年03月12日（木）　 My son's bed. 前に注文した小僧のベットが今日配達された。喜んでる・・・。高いベット。娘のも高いんだけど、オヤジが買ってくれた。けど今回は買ってくれなかったので、自分が買ったんだけど、買いに行った時に、高いのが良いって聞いてくれない・・・・。負けて買わされました。 We ordered a new bed for my son before. Today it was delivered and my son was so happy. That bed is very expensive. My daughter's bed is very expensive too, because my father bought it. But this time my father didn't buy it for my son. So I bought itfor my son. When we went buying that, my son eagered to buy the expensive bed, because his sister's is expensive. I didn' want to buy it, but I did. He won.

■2009年03月11日（水）　 Ski trip 昨日の夜、娘がスキー旅行に行けないって言い出した。ガックリ。初めは自分の家族だけで行こうと思ったのに・・・。かあちゃんと娘がいけない。何しに行くんだ？？？でも小僧は楽しみにしています。 Last night, my daughter said, "I can't go to ski trip." I was disappointed it. At first, I thought I went skiing with my family. But my wife and my daughter can't go there. I don't know the reason why I go on the ski trip. But my son is looking foward to going to the trip.

■2009年03月10日（火）　 Ski trip スキー、スノボーの予約を志賀高原で予約した。けど、かあちゃんが行けれない。丁度、寄り合いがある。本当は自分が行かないといけないけど、代わってくれた。全員子供達が揃う時がない。けど雪があるだろうか？今年は暖冬。２０日に行きます。 I made a resavation to go sking and snowborading to Shiga high land. But my wife can't go there. Because of a community meeting. Actually I have to attend the meeting though, my wife replace me for that. We don't have a chance to get all our family's children together. But I don't know if there are snow. We have a warm winter this year. We're going to go there 20th.

■2009年03月09日（月）　 Sleepy 眠い。昨日良く寝れなかった。たぶん、疲れすぎ。一昨日１７キロ走って、昨日１５キロに、飛んで、テニス。そんなにハードだとは思わなかったけど、眠れんかった。他に理由があるかな？ I was very sleepy. I couldn't sleep well last night. Because maybe I've been very tired. The day before yesterday I ran 17 kilometers and yesterday I ran 15 kilometers and flew and played tennis. I didn't hink is was hard. But I couldn't get sleep well. I'm wondering if I have the other reason not to sleed well?.

■2009年03月08日（日）　 cloudy 天気予報が曇りで夕方は雨だって言ったので、今日はぶっ飛びだと思った。なので朝１５キロ走って、疲れていたんだけど、その後、飛びに行った。けど、晴れ。よく飛べた。娘とテニスの予定だったので、とんだ後慌てて帰って、テニスをした。疲れた。夕方は映画のハルクをみたけど、まあまあだった。続編が見たいなぁ。 The weather forecast said that it would be claoudy today and it would be rain in the evening. I though I wouldn't fly for long time and I would get a short flight. So I ran 15 kilometers today. I was a little tired though. And then I went flying. But It was sunny. We could get a long flight. I was supposed to go playing tennis with my daughter at 3 o'clock to 5 o'clock. After I flew, I returned back home soon and went to playing tennis. I was very tired. In the evening I have watched Hulke. It was soso for me. I thought I want to see the sequel. I can't wait to see that.

■2009年03月07日（土）　 Ski trip 自分の家族と妹の家族とオヤジで来週末スキー旅行の予定だった。けど甥っ子がいけない。公立の入試を受けたんだけど、落ちるって言ってる・・・・。もし落ちると、その土曜に私立の高校へ行かないといけなくなる。スキーの日にちを変えた。来週末豊橋マラソンがあって出たかったのに・・・。申し込みをしておけば良かった。 Our family and my sister's and my father were supposed to go ski trip on next weekend. But my nephew won't be able to go there. Because, he took a public school entrance exam this week. He is saying that he may fail the exam. If he fail that, he have to go to a private high school next Saturday. We changed the date for ski trip There are Toyohashi marathon next weekend. I wanted to join it. I should have applyed it.

■2009年03月06日（金）　 It was rainning today. 今日は雨。なので、入りにいけなかった。ゆっくり寝ようと思ったが、体がだるいのと肩こりで寝れなかった。けど疲れては居ない。今晩は早く寝よう。 It was rainning today. So I couldn't go running. I would try to sleep well, but I couldn't. Because I feel weak and stiff in my shoulders. But I think I didn't feel tired. I'll go to bed early tonight.

■2009年03月05日（木）　 My son's cram school 小僧の塾の時間割りが変わった。火曜日と木曜の７時から１０時。送っていかなくて良くなった。いつも９時半ごろに寝ていたけど、１０時まで大変だ。大丈夫だろうか？ My son's cram school made its time schedule change. He have to go there every Tuseday and Thursday from seven o'clock to ten o'clock. I don't have to take him there. But it's hard for him to get up until ten, because he usualy went to bed at nine thirty. I'm wondring if he is OK?

■2009年03月04日（水）　 hurt 毎朝のランニングで足が痛い。左の方が痛い。４年前に骨折したでかな？今まで痛まなかったので、痛くなるとは思わなかった・・・。 My legs hurt, because of running every morning. My left leg has been hurter than right leg. Because of maybe I broken my left leg 4 yers ago. I didn't get legs hurts so far. So I didn't think I get the pain on my left leg.

■2009年03月03日（火）　 Hina Festival ひな祭り、女の子の古い伝統。娘が生まれた時に買ったので、飾らないといけない。という事で、２週間ぐらい前にかあちゃんが飾った。パーティなんだろうけど、小僧は塾。娘はテスト期間で勉強。でも、料理は上手かった。 It was Hina festival which is an old traditional for girls. My father bought the dolls when my daughter was born. We have to decorate them before March 3rd. So my wife have done that 2 weeks ago. And today we would have the party, but we couldn't. Because of my son went to an after-school cram school and my daughter have been an examination time and she had to study. But the dinner was good, my wife cooked.

■2009年03月02日（月）　 244kilometers ２４４キロ２月に走った。疲れてる・・・。今日は６キロにした。疲れているので早くはしれん・・・。今日社員の一人が去ります。去年北海道から来て入社したんだけど、ホームシック。不景気で丁度良い。まあ、北海道に帰って元気でやって欲しい。 I ran 244 kilometers in February. Now I have been tired, so I ran 6 kilometers today. Since I'm tired, I can't run fast. Today one of colleague is leaving from our company. He joined our company last year and he was lives in Hokkaido. He always misses being back in his hometown, so he got homesick. Since we are in a bad time, it was a good time to leave. I want him to be a happy in Hokkaido.

■2009年03月01日（日）　 rain 雨だったので、飛べなかった。なので、１０キロ走った。その後、小僧とテニス。その後はかあちゃんと小僧と一緒に、小僧のベットと空気清浄機を買いに行った。帰ってきて、英語の友達と先生のディノと夕食へ行った。夕食代をディノが払った。払って欲しくなかったんだけど・・・・・。残念。 Since it was rain, I didn't go flying. So I went running 10 kilometers. After that I played tennis with my son. And then My son and wife and I went shopping to buy an airconditioner and a bed for my son. After I returned back home. I went to a restaurant for dinner with my English friend and teacher Dino. I didn't think Dino paid for dinner. I didn't want to be paied for it by Dino. I have been sorry.
