■2013年04月30日（火）　 running

今朝は８日ぶりのランニラング。体が重たかった。写真は日曜に行った、朝霧の芝桜公園です。
I went running this morning after 8 days. My body was heavy. the photo is Creeping phlox park in Asagiri. I took it last Sunday.

■2013年04月29日（月）　 my birthday

小僧がギブアップして、かあちゃんと、一日一つは宿題と英単語を覚える約束をしました。もし続けれない場合はカウンセリングを受ける約束です。これで良くなるのだろうか？？？よって家に帰れて、誕生日ケーキを食べれました。
My son gave up. He promised my wife to do one of hopmeworks and remember one English word everyday. If he can't keep it, he gets counseling. But I wonder if he gets better. We could back home. Today was my birthday. I could eat my birthday cake.

■2013年04月28日（日）　 Double Diamond Fuji

朝霧へダブルダイヤモンド富士を見に行ってきました。凄く綺麗だった！その後は芝桜を見に行って、それからパラ。２５００以上をフライトできました。返ってきて、休耕田を耕しました。夕方、かあちゃんと、小僧が大げんか。母ちゃんと一種に家出となりました。東栄町のスターフォレストという所へ星を見に行ってきました。
I went to Asagiri early morning to see Double Diamond Fuji. It was very beautiful. After that I went to Shibasakura park to see Creeping phlox. And then I went paragliding there. I could fly over a 2500 atitude. After I fot home, I plowed my ricefield with my tractor. In the evening, my wife got in a bad fight with my son. I left home with my wife. And we went to Star Forest in Toei town to see stars. We stayed in a car.

■2013年04月27日（土）　 Ultra-Trail Mt.Fuji

朝霧へパラへ行きましたが、風邪が強くて飛べで。UTMFの応援にしました。みんな頑張っていました。一人参加している友達に会えませんでした。写真は友達のヤマネコさん。膝を捻って苦戦していました。
I went paraglidin in Asagiri. But we couldn't fly, because of the windy. So we went cheering for friends joining it. All in all they hung on really well. But I couldn't catch one of my friends. The photo is my friend Yamaneko. He got twisted his knee.

■2013年04月26日（金）　 go school

今日も小僧を学校へ送って行きました。今日休むようなら、明日は飛びに行けないなぁと思っていましたが、行けそうです。
I took my son to school today too. If he absent today, I won't go paragliding tomorrow. I can go paragliding tomorrow.

■2013年04月25日（木）　 overcoming

今日は小僧は学校へ行きましたが、いつもの時間に起きれず、送って行きました。何か立ち直れるように考えないといけません。
My son went to school today. But I took him to school. H e couldn't wake up at usual time. We have to make a plan to overcome hime.

■2013年04月24日（水）　 no choice

小僧は今日も休み。ガクリです。カウンセリングへ行って欲しいのですが、嫌だって言って行ってくれません。説得するしかないよなぁ。
My son couldn't go school today too. We were disappointed it. We want him to have a counseling. But he doesn't want to do it. We only get him to do it.

■2013年04月23日（火）　 stress tolerance

小僧はストレスに弱い・・・。２年になって初めて休みました。ガックリです。どうしていいか分かりません。
My son has a low tolerance for stress. He was absent from school. It was the first time in 2nd grader. We were disappointed it. We have no idea.

■2013年04月22日（月）　 feel bad

調子が悪い・・。マラソンと風邪のせい。でも一日仕事をしていましが、定時に上がって床屋へ行きました。
I felt bad all day because of the marathon and a cold. But I was working. I got off work around 5 and had a haircut.

■2013年04月21日（日）　 Fuji 5 lakes ultra marathon

雨で無茶苦茶寒かった。完走できず、３８キロ手前でギブアップ。ガックリです。まともに歩けません。レース前に体調管理の失敗です。
It was rainning and too cold. I couldn't finish it. I gave up before 38km point. I was very sorry. I cant walk correctly. I couldn't keep me in good shape before the race.

■2013年04月20日（土）　 snowing

昨日の夜からまた風邪をひきました。微熱。午前中は仕事。昼から富士吉田へ出発しました。ブログ友達と合流して、ホテルへ止まりましたが、雪・・・。開かれるのだろうか？？？？？
I caught a cold again from last night. I have a little fever. I disappointed it. In this morning, I was working. From the noon, I left for Fujiyoshida for Fuji 5 lekes marathon. I joined blog friends there and stayed at a hotel with them. But it was snowing. I was not sure if the marathon was hold.

■2013年04月19日（金）　 the weather forecast for the weekend

週末の天気予報が雨で寒そう。１１２キロが雨の中になりそうです。完走できるだろうか？？？まったく自信がありません。
It'll be rain and cold on the weather forecast for the weekend. I'll ran in the rain 112 kilometers. I'm not sure if I can finish it. I have no confidence at all.

■2013年04月18日（木）　 my son

久々に小僧が起きれなくて、学校へ送って行きました。校門の反対側へ下ろしましたが、横断歩道を渡る時に、教科書をばらまいていました・・・・。天気が良く帰りの道は気持ちの良いドライブでした。
I took my son to school after long time. He couldn't wake up. I dropped him on the opposite side of the gate. When he ran across the street, he dropped his texts in a crosswalk. It was sunny today. I was happy to drive to work on the return road.

■2013年04月17日（水）　 work out

今日も暖かかった。走る予定でしたが、起きれずに止め。それに足の感じも悪く思えて・・。でも筋トレを少しやりました。
It was hot today too. I was supposed to run in this morning. But I couldn't eake up early morning. And I felt bad on my legs. But I could work out a little.

■2013年04月16日（火）　 recover

今朝は１２キロ走りましたが、本宮の山登りで、調子はイマイチ。日曜までには良くなると思う。１１２キロを走りきるぞ！！
I went running in this morning 12 kilometers. My legs were not good, because of climbing Mt Hongu. But I can recover them by Sunday. I'll finish 112 kilometers.

■2013年04月15日（月）　 muscle pains

昨日、本宮山を登って筋肉痛。朝は１０キロを走りましたが、体が重たかった。ゆっくりしか走れませんでした。
I hiked up Mt. Hongu yesterday and got some muscle pains on my legs. I wnet running with them 10 km in this morning. They were too heavy. I ran slowly.

■2013年04月14日（日）　 the Japan bike trial

日曜に全日本トライアル選手権大会を桜淵へ見に行ってきましたが、終わってた・・・・。スケジュールが大雑把過ぎ（涙）。花と練習風景を撮ってかえってきました。 I went to see the Japan bike trial in Sakurabuchi. But it was finished when I got there and I couldn’t see it. I just took flawors and boy to practice bike.

■2013年04月13日（土）　 paragliding in Ashio

茨木の足尾までクロカンフライトをやりに行ってきましたが、まともにクロカンできず・・・・。でも楽しめました。飛んだ後に帰ってきましたが、夜遅かった。
I went paragliding in Ibaragi for long distance flight. But I couldn't get it. But I could fly. We could enjoy it. After flight we went back home in midnight.

■2013年04月12日（金）　 cold

今朝は寒かった。夜露は凍ってました。でも、１０キロをゆっくり走りました。週末は足尾で飛びたいけど、天気がよくわかりません。どうしようかなぁ？？？？
I wet running 10 kilometers slowly in this morning. It was too cold today. The night dew was freezed. I want to fly in Ashio this weekend. But I don't know if we can fly there. What should I do?

■2013年04月11日（木）　 fall back to sleep

朝は走らず、でも４時ぐらいに起きました。朝ごはんを食べてもう一度、寝ました。今日はしっかり寝れた。仕事へ行く前には筋トレを２０分。ランのかわりにしました。
In this morning I didn't go runing. But I woke up around 4. I had a breakfast. After that I went back tp bed again. I could sleep well today. Before I went to work, I worked out for 20 minutes instead running.

■2013年04月10日（水）　 20 kilometers

今日は２０キロのラン。３日続けて２０キロです。ウルトラまでは長い距離は走りません。後は咳を治すだけです。
I went running 20 kiloeters today. I could run 20 kiloeters for a 3th straight day. I won't run over 20 kilometers from today before Fuji 5 lekes marathon. I just cure a cough.

■2013年04月09日（火）　 opening ceremony

今日は小僧は始業式。自分で学校へ行きました。不登校にならないか心配です。元気に行って欲しいなぁ。
There were an opening ceremony in my son's school today. He went to school by him self. We worry about his boycotting school. I want him to go to school cheerfuly.

■2013年04月08日（月）　 no confidence

今朝は２０キロのラン。来週末はウルトラマラソンにでます。富士五湖を一周。完走できるか不明。自信はありません・・・。
I went running 20 kilometers. I'll join a ultra marathon last weekend. The race is we run the circuit of Fuji 5 lakes. I'm not sure if I can make a goal. I have no confidence.

■2013年04月07日（日）　 Shopping

雨で、パラは行けず。咳があるのでランニングも止め。午前中は部屋の片づけをしました。午後からはかあちゃんと岡崎へ買い物。ウルトラマラソン用にふくらはぎのタイツと、山登り用のマグカップを買いました。
It was rainning today. I couldn't go paragliding. And I didn't go running, because I still have a cough. In this morning I tidied up my room. After that I went shopping with my wife to Okazaki city. I bought calf supporters for Ultra marathon and a mag cup for climbing.

■2013年04月06日（土）　 storm

朝は、今日も２０キロのラン。嵐が向かってきています。たぶん今晩は大荒れ。明日は走れそうもありません。今日は一日仕事でした。
I went running 20 kilometers in this morning. The storm is comming. Maybe it'll be hard rain tonight. I won't run tomorrow. I was working all day.

■2013年04月05日（金）　 sunny

朝は２０キロのラン。今日は天気も良く暖かかった。パラにもバッチリなコンディション。飛びに行きたかったけど一日仕事。週末は雨みたい。
I went running 20 kiloeters in this morning. It was sunny and hot today. And it was a good condition for paragliding. I wanted to fly. But I was working all day. It'll be rain this weekend.

■2013年04月04日（木）　 Sunny

晴れ。朝は２０キロのランニング。小僧は学校へテニスへ行きました。暑かった。久しぶりの青空でした。
It was sunny. I went running 20 kilometers in this morning. My son went playing tennins in his school. It was hot today. I could see a blue sky after long.

■2013年04月03日（水）　 It was rainning.

一日雨で走りませんでした。まだ軽い咳が止まりません。桜淵の桜もこの雨で散り始めました。
It was rainning all day. I didn't go running. I still have a light cough. cherry blossoms atarted to fell in Sakurabuchi park, due to rain.

■2013年04月02日（火）　 My son's passport

小僧がパスポートの申請をしました。８月にオーストラリアへ娘に会いに行く計画をしています。でも、行けるかは不明。行きたいなぁ。
My son applied for a passport today. We are planning to go to Australia in August to see my daughter. But I'm not sure if we go there. But we want to go there.

■2013年04月01日（月）　 New fiscal year

朝は昨日のランニングで筋肉痛なので、走りませんでした。新年度がスタートしましたが、特になにも変わった事はありません。
I didn't go running in this morning. I have pains on my legs, because of yesterday's running. New fiscal year started. But we have nothing special.
