■2014年04月30日（水）　 rainning
一日雨。朝のランはやめました。そして小僧も休み。大企業に勤めている人たちはゴールデンウイークで、うらやましいなぁ。
It was rainning all day today. I didn't go to running in this morning. And my son didn't go to school. I was working all day. People working in big company are in golden week. I wish I were them.

■2014年04月29日（火）　 My birthday
朝は雨の中１０キロのランニング。今日は誕生日で祝日でしたが、一日仕事。夜に誕生会を開いてくれました。娘から防止をもらいました。
I went running 10 kms in this morning in the rain. It was my birthday today and a national holiday. But I was working all day. In the evening we had a party. My daughter gave me a cap.

■2014年04月28日（月）　 running
朝は５キロのラン。久々に走りました。足首に違和感を感じましたが、思ったより走れました。小僧は今日も休みでした。
I went running 5 kms slowly in this morning after an week. I felt odd on my right ankle. But I could run better than I thought. My son didn't go to school today.

■2014年04月27日（日）　 paragliding and shopping
今日もパラ２本、いい感じで飛べました。そのあとは、家族でララポートにショッピング。今日も一日楽しく過ごせました。
I went paragliding today too. I got 2 good flights. After I got home. I went shopping to Lala port with my family. I had a good time today.

■2014年04月26日（土）　 cheering friends in UTMF
ＵＴＭＦに出ている友達の応援に朝早くから行ってきました。そのあとは、帰ってきて、パラ。いい感じで飛べました。以下絵かえって、母ちゃんと喫茶店へ。良い一日を過ごしました。
I went to Mizugatsuka to cheer friends joinning UTMF in the early morning. After that I went back to Shinshito and paragliding. I could get a good flight. After that I went to a coffee shop with my wife. I had a good time today.

■2014年04月25日（金）　 fallow field
今日もはれ。小僧はいかず。朝早くは、休耕田をトラクターで草が生えないように耕しました。
It was sunny today too. My son didn't go to school. I plowed my fallow field by my tractor in the early morning to prevent from growing weeds.

■2014年04月24日（木）　 sunny
晴れでパラ日和。でも一日仕事。小僧はいきませんでした。
It was sunny and good for paragliding today. I was working all day. My son didn't go to school today too.

■2014年04月23日（水）　 I can't walk.
歩けない・・・。２週間は走れそうにないです。小僧は今日もお休みです。
I can't walk. I won't go running for 2 weeks I guess. My son didn't go running today too.

■2014年04月22日（火）　 fresh-squeezed juice
小僧か゛ジュースを作るので、スロージューサーを買ってみましたが。生ジュースは美味い！
I bought a juicer for my son. He likes making juice. Fresh-squeezed juice is yummy. He didn't go to school. We are disappointed it.

■2014年04月21日（月）　 prizes for participation
今日は走れません。そこらじゅう痛い。まともに歩けません。足首がひどい。写真は参加賞です。小僧は休みました。
I couldn't go running today. I have pains on my boday. I can't walk correctly. My right ankle hurts. This shirt and bath towel are prizes for participation. My son didn't go to school.

■2014年04月20日（日）　 Fuji 5 lakes ultra marathon
今年も寒かった。走る前から、右足足首とお尻が痛かったので、テーピングと塗り薬を塗りました。結局７３キロでリタイア。足首が動かなくなって、ゴールならず。
It was too cold this time again. I had pains on my back and right ankle before the marathon. I taped them up and put medicine on them. But I couldn't make a goal. I retired at 73 km point. My right ankle couldn't move.

■2014年04月19日（土）　 check in
午前中は仕事をして、午後から富士吉田へ行きました。富士五湖のウルトラマラソンに参加するためです。受付をして、ぞろっぴさんとやまねこさんに合って、晩御飯はステーキレストラン。夜は車の中で寝ました。
I worked in the morning. After that I went to Fujiyoshida to join Fuji 5 lakes ultra marathon and checked in for it. I met Zoroppi and Yamaneko and went to a staek restaurant. We had a good time. I slept in my car tonight.

■2014年04月18日（金）　 relaxed
今朝も走らずのんびりしていました。明日も走りません。でも日曜は１１２キロに挑戦です。今日は一日雨でした。
I didn't go running. I relaxed in this morning. I won't go running tomorrow. But I try to run 112 kms in Fuji 5 lakes ultra marathon on Sunday. It was rainning all day.

■2014年04月17日（木）　 on time
毎朝小僧が電車にピッタリの時間に置きます。今日も電車がギリギリ。毎朝、かあちゃんと二人でハラハラしています。
My son gets up just in time for the train. He just made it in time today. My wife and I feel nervous about it every day.

■2014年04月16日（水）　 pain
今朝もも１０キロをゆっくり。まだ、おケツが痛いです。富士五湖の完走は無理だろうなぁ。今日も小僧は学校へ行きました。
I went running 10 kms slowly in this morning. I still have a pain on my back. I won't make a goal for Fuji 5 lakes ultra marathon on Sunday. My son went to school today too.

■2014年04月15日（火）　 tennis club
朝は１０キロのラン。小僧は今日も電車で学校へ行きました。でも、近くの駅まではかあちゃんが送っています。小僧の部活は終わったので、夕方の練習がなくなって、早く帰ってこれるようになりました。
I went running 10 kms in this morning. After that my son woke up and went to school by train. But my wife have to take him to the statino near our house. His tennis club finished and doesn't need to practice it after school. So he can get home earlyer than usual.

■2014年04月14日（月）　 go to school
小僧がが起きて、電車で学校へ行きました。うれしいですが、明日は行くのだろうか？？？今朝は１０キロのランニングでした。
My son wke up and went to school today by train. We were very happy. But we don't know if he goes to school tomorrow. I went running 10 kms in this morning.

■2014年04月13日（日）　 Paragliding in Shinshiro
小僧は今日はダブルスの大会へ学校へ行きました。結果は昨日のも今日のも聞きませんでした。自分は新城に久々のパラ。２時間４０分のフライトで、今週末はしっかり楽しめました。帰ってきて、母ちゃんと寿司を豊橋に食べに行きました。おいしかったぁー。
My son went to school today. He entered a doubles tennis tournament today. We didn't ask the result of yesterday and today. I went paragliding in Shinshiro after long. I could fly for 2 hours 40 minutes. I had very good time in this week end. After paragliding, I went to Sushi restaurant in Toyohashi with my wife. It was very delicious.

■2014年04月12日（土）　 tennis tournament
朝早く小僧が何かしていました。学校へ行こうとしていて、テニスの大会だそうな。見たかったですが、嫌がるので行けれません。小僧が出た後、朝霧へ飛びに行きました。２時間５０分のフライトで楽しめました！！！写真は竜ヶ岳。去年登りました。
My son was doing something in the early morning. He was going to school. There was a tennis tournament. It was the last game in his high schooltime. I wanted to see his game. But He didn't want me to do that. So I went paragliding in Asagiri today. I could fly for 2 hours 50 minutes. I had a good time. The photo is Mt Ryugatake I hiked up last year.

■2014年04月11日（金）　 absent
今日は新しい靴で走りまたが、まあまあでした。小僧は今日はおきましたが電車に乗り遅れて、休み、ガックリです。学校へ行けるようになるだろうか？
I went running with new shose It was soso. My son woke up today, But he missed th train and didn't go to school. We disappointed it. I wonder if he goes to school.

■2014年04月10日（木）　 new shose
今日は休足日。その後小僧は起きてこずにお休み。ネットで新しい靴を買いました。20日のウルトラマラソン用です。でもお尻が痛くて、完走は無理だろうなぁ。
I didn't go running today. it was a relax day. After that my son didn't wake up and he didn't go to school. We disappointed it. I bought new shoes over the internet for ultra marahon on 20th. But I won't finsh because I have pain on my back.

■2014年04月09日（水）　 The next day was very sore.
昨日の鍼灸で揉み返しです。でも朝は１０キロのラン。小僧は起きましたが、電車に乗り遅れてお休み。ガックリです。
Today was very sore because of the acupuncture and massage. But I went running 10 kms in this morning. My son wokeup. But He missed the train and he didn't go to school. We disappointed it.

■2014年04月08日（火）　 opening ceremony
朝は１０キロのラン。その後、小僧は起きず。会社に行きました。でもそれから起きたらしく、母ちゃんは連れて行かなかったので、始業式はお休み。ガックリ。体がそこらじゅう痛いので、午前中に鍼灸へ行ってきました。テニスボール二個を使っての背中のマッサージの仕方を教えてもらいました。
I went running 10 kms in this morning. After that my son didn't woke up and I left for work. But he woke up after that. But my wife didn't take him to school and he absent the opening ceremony. I disappointed it. In the morning I went get a acupuncture clinic. I had muscle tensions on my legs, hips and back. The acupuncturist tought me how to massage my bag by my self and how to make a massager of 2 tennis balls.

■2014年04月07日（月）　 entrance ceremony
小僧は部活で学校へ行きましたが、今日は入学式もありました。明日は始業式です。３年生はちゃんと通えるだろうか？？？
My son went to school for his tennis club. But there was an entrance ceremony in his school. There will be an opening ceremony tomorrow. I'm not sure if he can go to school in 3rd grader every day.

■2014年04月06日（日）　 tired
朝は３９キロを４時間半のランニング。そのあと、母ちゃんと娘と本宮をお清水まで登りました。娘が時間がなくて、山頂はゲットできず。２時間の登山でした。午後からは昼寝して、そのあとはコメダへ母ちゃんとコーヒー。娘が帰ってから家の周りに花の写真を撮りに行きました。
I went running 39 kms for 4 houra 30 minutes in this morning. After that I went hiking up Mt Hongu with my daughter and wife until Okiyomemizu for 2 hours. My daughter didn't have enoguht time to get the top of the mountain and we couldn't get there. I took nap in the afternoon. And then I went to a coffee shop with my wife and relaxed. After my daughter got our home, we went taking flowers phoros around home.

■2014年04月05日（土）　 It was sunny .
一日晴れでしたが、風が強かった。朝は１０キロのラン。そのあとは仕事です。明日はパラへ行きたいけど、どこも風が強そうなので、走るしかないかなぁ。
It was sunny all day, but it was windy. I went running 10 kms in this morning. After that I was working. I want to go paraglidinng tomorrow. But it'll be windy everywhere. I have no choice but to go running.

■2014年04月04日（金）　 getting fat
朝は雨の中のラン。まだ、左のお尻が痛い。最近どんどん太っています。イヨイヨダイエットしないといけないなぁ。
I went running in the rain in this mornin. I still have a pain on my left bag. And I'm getting fat. I need to diet.

■2014年04月03日（木）　 Osaka marathon 2014
大阪マラソンにエントリーしましたが、抽選なので走れるかはわかりません。去年は外れました。今朝は10キロのラン。写真は今朝の桜淵。
I entryed Osakamarathon on the internet. But it's lottery. I'm not sure if I can get the ticket. Icouldn't run last time. In this morning I went running 10 kms. The picture is around Sakurabuchi in this morning.

■2014年04月02日（水）　 update
乗り遅れてはいけないと思ってWindows 7から8にアップデートしたら、ソフトがみんな消えちゃった・・・・。当たり前か・・・。よってデータもちょっと消失。それと、モニターによって撮った写真の色が違うので、キャリブレーションのソフトを買って、画面の色を直してみました。写真がきれいになるかな？？？？I bought windows 8 and a color calibration softwarea few days ago. I updated from Windows 7 to 8.1 today. And then I lost all my softwares and somedatas. I made a mistake and disappointed it.

■2014年04月01日（火）　 Sakurabuchi
やっぱ景色を撮るには青空が必要だなぁ・・・。ということで至近距離になってしまいました。桜淵です。今日から消費税が８％になりました。I stopped by Sakurabuchi. I wanted to take view photos and blue sky. But it was cloudy. I took photos of the cherry blossoms close up. The government rised in the consumption tax to 8% from today.
