■2011年12月31日（土）　 New Year's Eve 予定通りに仕事が終わりました。うれしい。７時ごろに家に到着。その後、じいさんの家で年末パーティでした。 We could finished our work on scheduled. We could go back home. I was very happy. I got home around 7 pm. After I got home, I went to my father's house to have the end of the year party.

■2011年12月30日（金）　 We didn't go ahead as planned. スケジュール通りに進みませんでした。朝、明日帰れないと思ったので、夜遅くまで働きました。たぶん明日帰れると思う。 We didn't go ahead as planned. We thought in this morning, we won't go back home tomorrow. So we worked late night. Maybe we'll go back home tomorrow.

■2011年12月29日（木）　 I'm exhausted. 疲れ切りました。仕事がうまくいきません。もうやりたくない・・・。でも帰れません。選択余地なし。終わらせるしかありません。 I'm exhausted. Our work didn't progressed well. I don't want to work any more. But we can't go back home. we have no choice. we have to finish this mork.

■2011年12月28日（水）　 My work 順調に仕事が進みません。31日までに帰れるだろうかわかりません。Our work didn't progressed well. I'm not sure we go back home in 31th.

■2011年12月27日（火）　 bisiness trip 朝早く三島へ出発しました。機械の改造を一生懸命していました。31日までの予定です。I left for Mishims city early mornig. And then we was working to refurbish a machine hard. We'll stay until 31.

■2011年12月26日（月）　 Taiwan 娘が名古屋のアパートから台湾へ向けて出発しました。四日間の旅行です。羨ましい。年末まで三島で一生懸命仕事しないといけません。 My daughter left for Taiwain this morning form her apartment in Nagoya. She'll travel in Taiwan for about 4 days. I envy her. I have to work hard in Mishima until the end of the year.

■2011年12月25日（日）　 wonderful ｆｌｉｇｈｔ 朝霧へまた飛びに行ってきました。標高で２４００メーターのフライト。景色が綺麗でした。でも風が強く、長くは飛べず。すぐに家へ帰れたので家の掃除をしてかあちゃんと買い物へ出かけました。その後は新しいトランスフォーマーを見ました。I went palagliding in Asagiri plataeu again. I could fly around altitude over 2400 meters. The view from the 2400 meters it was very beautiful. But I couldn't fly for a long time, because of the windy. So we could leave for home soon. After I got home I cleaned my room and I went shopping with my wife. And then I wathced new Transformer.

■2011年12月24日（土）　 Christmas Eve 朝霧へパラへ行きました。沢山飛べて楽しめました。帰ると誰もいなかったので２０キロ走りに行きましたが、１９キロぐらいで母ちゃんから電話があり、早く帰ってこい！。帰るとクリスマスケーキが用意してありました。楽しめました！ I went paragliding in Asagiri plataeu with 2 friends. We got good flights. We had a good time. After I got home, no one was in home. So I went running 20 kilometers. After 19 kilometers, my wife called me and she said come back soon. After I got home there was a christmas cake. we ate it and we had a good time.

■2011年12月23日（金）　 I run 朝早くから３０キロのランニング。３時半ぐらいから走り始めました。４時ぐらいに、ランニング友達に合いました。早く走っていたので長い間話しませんでした。３０キロを２時間２７分でした。 I went running for 30 kilometers this early morning. I startted it around 3:30. When I was running around 4, I met my friend. He also likes running. I couldn't talk him long. Because I was runnig faster. I could ran 30 kilometers in 2 hours 27 minutes.

■2011年12月22日（木）　 the last class in this year 仕事の後、最後の英会話へ行ってきました。に集荷休みです。けど２週間忙しいので丁度いい。今年は生徒が自分だけでプライベートレッスンみたいだったので、ちょっとは上達したと思います。 After work, I went to the last Engilsh class. This school close in 2 weeks. But it's good for me. Because I'll be busy in two weeks with my work. in this year, I have improved my English a little, I think. Because student was only me. It was like my privete lesson.

■2011年12月21日（水）　 I was not busy but... 自分は忙しくないけど、会社は忙しい。年末年始に機械の入れ替えに三島まで行かないといけませんが、その機会の組み立てをやっています。自分は組み立て人ではないので忙しくありません。 I was not busy, but our company has been busy recently. Because we have to replace a machine in the year-end and New Year holidays in Mishima city. Now we are assembling the machine. I'm not an assembler. So I'm not busy.

■2011年12月20日（火）　 New Year's card 仕事の後に年賀状を作りました。前に筆まめのアップグレートバージョンを買ってインストールし、文面は作ってあったので、印刷するだけでした。すぐに終わると思っていたけど、２時間かかって、早く寝れませんでした。 After work, I made New Year's Greeting Cards. Before I bought the software Fudemame upgrade version and installed it into my computer and I made the face. I was supposed to print them. I thought I could get done quickly. But I finished it for 2 hours. I couldn't go bed early.

■2011年12月19日（月）　 new shoes 朝は新しいシューズで走りました。寒くて、走っている時小雨が降りました。でも、本降りにならなかったので、靴はそんなに濡れませんでした。 I went running this moorning with new shoes. I felt good. But it was too cold. And while i was running, it sprinkled a little bit. But it was good, it wasn't raining hard. My new shoes didn't get wet so much.

■2011年12月18日（日）　 Paragliding in Asagiri 朝霧高原へ飛びに行きました。３時間５０分のフライト。標高２３００メーターを飛ぶことができました。写真は２３００からです。楽しめました！でもお友達は降りるときに木へ突っ込んで足に打撲と擦りキズです。 I went paragliding in Asagiri plateau. I could fly for 3 hours 50 minutes and around altitude 2300 meters. I took the photo from altitude 2300 meters. We had a good time. But my friend got a bump and a scratch on his leg. He hit into a tree when he landed.

■2011年12月17日（土）　 weeding 朝は１８キロ走りました。その後は仕事。仕事の後は畔の草刈りをしました。 I went running 18 kilometers this ealry morning. After that I went to work. After work, I weeded my footpath (between rice fields).

■2011年12月16日（金）　 30 kilometers 朝早くから３０キロ走りました。寒かった。２時間２７分で走れました。 I went running this early morning 30 kilometers. It was too cold. I could run for 2 hours 27 minutes.

■2011年12月15日（木）　 Nothing special 朝は１０キロ走ってその後、仕事。仕事の後は英会話でした。 I went running this morning 10 kilometers. And then I went to work. After work, I went to the English conversation school.

■2011年12月14日（水）　 running 朝、新しいシューズのゲイル３で１１キロ走りました。調子いい。でもちょっと右が大きいかな。次は２０キロぐらい走ってみます。 I went running in this morning 11 kilometers with new shoes TARTHERGALE3. They fit me. But right was a little big, I thought. Next time, I'll run with them in about 20 kilometers.

■2011年12月13日（火）　 new shoes 靴を二つ買いました。アシックスです。一つはターサーゲイル３、もう一つはフリークスです。古い靴は消耗してしまいました。走りたくて仕方ないので、明日、朝走ります！ I bought 2 pair of running shoes. The maker is Asics. one names are TARTHERGALE3 and the others are FREAKS JAPAN. My old 2 pair ofrunning shoes were attrited. I eager to go running with them. So I'll go running tomorrow morning.

■2011年12月12日（月）　 business trip 静岡の三島へ出張へ行ってきました。大体、高速で２時間半。年末に改造する機会を見てきました。難しそう。年末にやりたくありません・・・。 I went to Mishima in Shizuoka prefacture for a business trip with coworkers. It took for about 2 hours 30 minutes by car on the high way. We checked a machine which we refurbish in the end of this year. This construction will be too difficult. I don't want to do it in the end of this year.

■2011年12月11日（日）　 the total eclipse of the moon 昨日の夜中に皆既月食があったので、かあちゃんと、小僧で見ました。月が赤色になりました。元に戻りはじめる時は神秘的でした。今朝は８キロのランニング。そのあと、また、朝霧までパラをやりに行きました。今日も３時間オーバーのフライト。良い週末でした。 In the middle of the last night, a lunar eclipse occured. It was a total eclipse of the moon. I sew it with my son and my wife. The moon became red. When the moon start to became normal light again, it was very beautiful. Int his morning I went running 8 kilometers. After that I went paragliding with friend in Asagiri again. We got good flights. I could fly for over 3 hours again. It was very good week end for me.

■2011年12月10日（土）　 paragliding 朝霧へ飛びに行きました！朝霧ではグットコンディション。でも寒かった。みんな長い時間飛べました。自分は約３時間３０分のフライト。帰ってきてからは１１キロ走りました。写真はず号の新グライダー。 I went paragliding in Asagiri plateau. It was a good day for paragliding in Asagiri. But it was very cold. We could fly for a long time. I flow for about 3 hours 30 minutes. After I got home I went running 11kilometers. Thw photo is my friend Mr Suzu with his new wing.

■2011年12月09日（金）　 30kilometers 今朝は３０キロ走りました。週に１回３０キロを走りたいし、明日は朝霧へ飛びに行きたい。という事で、今朝走りました。３０キロを２時間４０分でした。 I went running 30 kilometers this morning. Because I wanted run 30 kilometers once in every week and I want to go flying to Asagiri plateau tomorrow. So I ran this morning. I could run for 2 hours 40 minutes.

■2011年12月08日（木）　 Home work 英会話へ行きました。ジョンが宿題を４つくれた。ヒゲをのばす。ネッスンドーマを聞く、今日習った動詞を二つ覚える。最後一つ忘れました・・・。まあ、全部復習しておけば良いや。 I went to the conversation school. This time the teacher John gave me 4 home works. growing a beard and listening Nessun Dorma and remembering 2 verbs i learnt today and I forgot one. Anyway I should review my today's lessons.

■2011年12月07日（水）　 I'm sleepy. 昨日の夜娘を名古屋へ送って行ったので、眠い。朝はランニングをせず、でも、筋トレを３０分しました。今晩は早く寝ます。 I'm sleepy today. Because I took my daughter to Nagoya last night. So I couldn't go running this morning. But I worked out for 30 minutes. I'll go to bed early tonight.

■2011年12月06日（火）　 to Nagoya 娘が頭痛と微熱が続いて、週末まで我慢できずに、豊川の病院へ来ました。見てもらった後に、かあちゃんと名古屋まで送って行きました。たぶんストレスが原因です。 My daughter has a headache and a slight fever for a few weeks. She couldn't stand it until this weekend. She went to see a doctor in Toyokawa by train. After that I took her to Nagoya with my wife. maybe it's from stress.

■2011年12月05日（月）　 I was working. 忙しいです。今月は沢山仕事があります。冬休みなし。月末は三島まで出張です。 I've been busy. We have a lot of work to do in this month. I won't take winter holiday. And I'll have to travel for our business to Mishima the end of this month.

■2011年12月04日（日）　 Mt Hongu 朝早くから走って本宮の頂上へ３０１号を使って行きました。昨日、娘が服が欲しくて帰ってきていたので、走り終わった後、母ちゃんと娘と一緒に浜松へ買い物。ジャケットを一つ買いました。娘は服やら、なにやらいっぱい買っていました。その後、自分は小僧を豊川のテニススクールへ送って母ちゃんは娘を豊橋のテニスクラブへ送りました。それから、母ちゃんと二人を迎えに行って、娘を国府駅へ送りました。それから、３人でラーメン屋へ行きました。食べ過ぎ！写真は南アルプス。本宮からです。 In the early morning I ran to the top of Mt Hongu. I used the rute 301 closed. My daughter came back home yesterday. Because she wanted some clothes. After I ran,I went shopping in Hamamatsu with my wife and daughter. I bought one jacket. But my daughter bought many clothes or something. After that I took my son to his tennis school in Toyokawa. My wife took my daughter to her tennis club in Toyohashi. After that My wife and I picked up them. And we took my daughter to and from Ko station. After that we went a Chinese noodle restaurant. I ate too much. ■2011年12月03日（土）　 the end-of-the-year party ９組の忘年会を清月でやりました。たぶん平均年齢は６０歳以上。ぬ見たくなかったけど、みんな飲むのが好きです。沢山ビールを飲まされて、酔っ払いました。 Our community Group 9 had the end-of-the-year party at Seigetsu Japanese style restaurant. Our neighbors were old, with an average age of over 60 maybe. I didn't want to drunk too much. But they liked drinking and they gave me too much beer. So I was drunk.

■2011年12月02日（金）　 running in the rain 朝は雨の中走りました。寒かった。１６キロぐらい走ろうと思いましたが、できずに、１１キロ。明日もたぶん、雨。２０キロ以上は走りたいけど、無理だな。３月の京都マラソンでは３時間１５分以内で走りたいなぁ。 I went running this morning in the rain. It was too cold. I was supposed to run 16 kilometers, but I couldn't. I ran 11 kilometers. Maybe it'll be rainning tomorrow. I want to run over 20 kilometers, but I won't do it. I want to run in 3 hours 15 minutes in Kyoto marathon in March.

■2011年12月01日（木）　 The conversation school 夜は英会話へ行きました。今日もジョンと会話です。でも、英語が上達しているとは思いません。まだ生徒は自分だけです。いつ他の生徒が入るだろう？ I went to the conversation school this evening. I tolked with John today too. But I don't think I can improve my English. Now student is still only me. I'm wondering when another student join us.
