■2010年05月31日（月）　 I feel bad.

調子悪し。鼻水にくしゃみ。６時ぐらいに仕事から帰りました。早く寝た。娘も調子が悪く、また学校を休み。まだ、病気が治らないのだろうか？いつ治るんだろう？？？？
I feel bad. I have a running nose and sneeze. So I got home early around 6 o'clock from work. And I went to bed early. Today my daughter also feel bad. So she couldn't go to school. I'm wondering if she still has the sick and when she get well.

■2010年05月30日（日）　 I couldn't fly today.

はじめに２１キロ走りました。その後、飛びに行ったが、風が強く飛べず。その後家へ帰って、かあちゃんと昼ごはんを食べに行きました。その後は、昼寝一時間。それから、小僧とプールへ行きました。
First I ran 21kilometers. After that, I went flying in Shinshiro. But I couldn't fly due to the windy. And then after I got home, I went to a restaurant for lunch with my wife. And then I took a nap for one hour. And then I went swimming with my son.

■2010年05月29日（土）　 team competition

娘が団体戦のテニスへ名古屋まで行きました。仕事で見に行けれませんでした。娘はダブルスに参加。２つシングルで１ツダブルスの大会です。２勝した方が勝ち。娘たちは勝ったけど、他が負け。一回戦負けです。娘の高校のテニスが終わりました。まだ、病気なので、終わってホットしています。
My daughter participate in a team competition to Nagoya. We couldn't go there, because of work. She joined it as a doubles player. They played 2 single games and 1 doubles. This match was best-two-of-three. My daughter won. But anothers lost. So they lost in the first game. And my daughter finished her high school tennis. We were relived. Because she still has the sick.

■2010年05月28日（金）　 A checkup

今日健康診断を受けました。たぶん、大丈夫。前回は貧血でしたが、今回は良いと思う。前回依頼、鉄分を含んだ食べ物を食べるようにしています。結果が楽しみです。
I had a checkup today. Maybe I'll be fine. Last time I had anemia. But this time I won't have it. Because since that day, I have tryed to eat foods contain iron. I'm looking foreward to see the result.

■2010年05月27日（木）　 I was very busy too.

仕事が忙しい。一人一昨日退院したので、出てきてくれるように頼みました。本当は来週からの出勤でした。ほとんどの仕事が納期おくれです。
We are so busy with our work. The coworker who was in the hospital got out the day before yesterday. So I asked him to come to work and help us. He was supposed to work next week. Most of our work miss deadlines.

■2010年05月26日（水）　 I was busy today too.

今日も忙しい。腰の手術を先月やって休んでいた同僚に来てくれって頼みました。来月から来る予定だったんだけど・・・・。すぐに来てくれました。けどまだ、たくさん仕事があります。
I was very busy today too. I asked a coworker to help me. He stayed home from work because of his lower-back surgery. He had the surgery last month. He was supposed to work next month. He came back soon. But I still have many works to do.

■2010年05月25日（火）　 Busy

会社の同僚の一人は水疱瘡で休んでいます。たぶん今週は来ません。今日、他の同僚が来ませんでした。昨日の夜救急車で病院に運ばれました。困った・・・。全部仕事をやらないといけない・・・・。今週は忙しいよ。
Now a coworker miss one week of work, because of chicken pox. Maybe he can't came this week. Today another coworker didn't come. Because he was ferried to hospitals by ambulance last night. I'm in trouble. I have to do their work. I'll be busy this week.

■2010年05月24日（月）　 Sleepy

土曜に長野で泊まったのでね眠かった。他所で泊まると眠りが浅い。けど、５時前に起きてランニングしました。昼休みは２０分ぐらい寝て、今晩は早く寝るつもりです。
I was very sleepy. Because I stayed in Nagano last Saturday. To stay other plases is I can't sleep well. But I waked up before 5 o'clock and went running. When the lunch break, I got a nap for 20 minutes. And then I'll go to bed early tonight.

■2010年05月23日（日）　 rain

長野に泊まりました。安宿を見つけることができて、朝食、夕食なしで３０００円でした。大会は雨でキャンセル。家へ帰りました。帰って、田圃のドブ掃除を一時間ぐらいしました。その後は小僧とゆーゆーへスイミング。２キロ泳ぎました。疲れて、眠い。
We stayed in Nagano. We could find a cheap hotel. The Room rates was 3000yen without dinner and breakfast. But it was rain today. The competition was canceled today. So we went back home. After I got home, I cleaned ditchs in my rice field in the rain for one hour. After that, I went swimming to Yuu Yuu with my son. We swam for 2 kilometers. I was very sleepy and tired.

■2010年05月22日（土）　 Hakuba

４時に家を出て白馬へ向かいました。途中２名拾いました。白馬で大きなパラの大会があります。見ながら＆飛ぶ予定です。今日はその前日。白馬へ着いた時は曇りだったので、八方池までトレッキングしました。普通は１時間２０分かかるところを、４０分で登りました。帰りは２０分。テイクオフへ着いた時、晴れてきたのでテイクオフしました。長時間のフライトができました。自分は３時間オーバー。飛び終わった後はウエルカムパーティに参加。外人パイロットが４０名ぐらいいたので、数名と英語で話しました。楽しめた日でした。
I left from my house at 4 am to Hakuba with a friend. We picked up 2 friend on the way. There were a big paraglider competition there. We wanted to see that and fly. Today was the previous day. When we get to Hakuba, it was cloudy. So I treked to Happo ike with a friend. It takes for one hour 20 minutes on foot. But we could get there for 40 minutes. The return time was 20 minutes. When we got the takeoff, it was getting sunny. So we took off and we could fly long time. I could fly for over 3 hours. After we flew, we joined the welcome party. There were about 40 foreigner poilots ober there. I talked with some foreigners in English. We had a good time today.

■2010年05月21日（金）　 I renewed my driver's license.

昼から豊川の免許センターへ免許の更新へ行ってきました。２年前にスピード違反で捕まっているので、違反者の２時間講習を受けました。その後は仕事へ帰りました。明日白馬へ飛びに行くので、早く寝ました。
I went to the driver's license center in Toyokawa from afternoon to renew my driver's license. I took the violator scourse for 2 hours. Because I cought for speeding 2 years ago. After that I came back to work. After I got home, I went to bed earlier, Because I'll go to Hakuba to fly tomorrow early morning.

■2010年05月20日（木）　 the chickenpox

忙しくなかったけど、一人水疱瘡で休みました。いつ帰ってこれるか不明。凄い熱らしい。入院するかも？？？？大人になってからの水疱瘡は辛いなぁ。
I was not busy with my work today. But one of my colleagues was absent today with the chickenpox. We don't know when he come back. He had very hight fever. I heard he had to stay in a hospital. The chickenpox when we get in adult is so hard.

■2010年05月19日（水）　 The funeral

朝はお葬式に行家無くてよくなったので、仕事へ行きました。昼前から行って手伝いました。今回は葬式会場で開かれたので、用意はそこのスタッフがやったので、いつもより忙しくありませんでした。
First I wen to work. Because I didn't need to go the funeral in the morning. Before afternoon, I went to the funeral to help the host of the funeral. I was not busy than usual. Because the funeral was held a ceremony hall. It was prepared by the stuff.

■2010年05月18日（火）　 I feel bad.

昼ぐらいから調子が悪い。鼻水にくしゃみ。仕事を４時ぐらいに止めて、通夜へ手伝いへいきました。その後、ビールを飲みましたが、もっと調子が悪くなった。という事で早く寝ました。
I have been felt bad since afternoo. I have a running nose and sneezs. I stopped my work around 4 and went to the funeral wake for helping. After that we ate for dinner and drank beer. So I felt worse. So I went to bed earler.

■2010年05月17日（月）　 I was tired.

疲れてました。朝１０キロを走りましたが、足が動かなくて、速くはしれん・・・。明後日お葬式で休まないといけないので、今日は忙しかった。
I was very tired. In this morning I couldn't run faster. Because my foot didn't move. But I ran for 10kilometers. Today I was busy with my work. Because I have to take a dayoff the day after tomorrow. Due to the funeral.

■2010年05月16日（日）　 Kayak

はじめに２０キロ走りました。その後、飛びに行きましたが風が強くて飛べず。テイクから歩いて降りてきました。その後、小僧と豊川でカヤック。帰ってきて、家にいると、組長が来て、近所の人が亡くなったと連絡がありました。でねみんなで集まって、葬式の段取り。その後は、小僧とプールへ行きました。忙しい日でした。
First I went running for 20kilometers. And then I went to flying to Shinshiro. But we couldn't fly, because of the windy. I hiked from the takeoff to the landing with a friend. After wards I went kayaking with my son in the Toyogawa. And then When we were in home, our leader came to home and tell me that one of our neighbors died. So we gathered and discussed about the funeral. After that I went swimming to Yuu Yuu with my son. It was a very busy day.

■2010年05月15日（土）　 tennis

仕事の後、小僧が行っているテニススクールへ行きました。かあちゃんが、送ったので、自分が拾う事になっていました。テニススクールが終わった後、小僧とテニス。段々、上手くなってきています。自分も練習した方が良い感じ。
After I worked, I went to the tennis school where my son is learning. My wife took him to the school. So I was supposed to pick him up. And after my son's class, I played tennis with him. I thought his tennis was getting better. So I thought I should prectice tennis more.

■2010年05月14日（金）　 It was a sunny day.

天気が良い。草が伸びます。田圃を耕さないと・・・・。明日の朝、耕そう考え中。それと、週末に、カヤックを小僧とやろうか考え中。まあ、天気が良ければ飛びに行っちゃうけど・・・・・。とりあえず、明日は働かないと。
It was a sunny day. So weeds are growing these days. I have to plow our rice fields. I'm thinking I'll do it tomorrow morning. And I'm thinking I want to kayak with my son this weekend. But if it is sunny, I'll go flying. Anyway I have to work tomorrow.

■2010年05月13日（木）　 I was fine.

調子が良かったので、今日は１５キロ走りました。いつもより早く走れました。夜は２週間ぶりに英会話へ行きました。今回は良く喋る二人がいなくて、自分とミエコさんだけだったので、先生の英語が分からない・・・・。次回はもっと簡単な題材にしてくれって頼みました。
I'm in fine shape in this morning. So I went running for 15kilometers. I could run faster than usual. In the evening I went to the conversation school after two weeks. Today's class there weren't any advance students. Mieko and I couldn't understand the teacer's English. So I asked her to give us more easier subject next time.

■2010年05月12日（水）　 I didn't go running.

両膝が少し痛むので、今日は走りませんでした。明日は走れると思う。今日は念のために走りませんでした。休みに走りすぎたなぁ。
I didn't go running today. Because I feel a little hurt on both my knns. But I'll be able to go running tomorrow. I took a rest today just in case. I'm thinking I ran past in the holidays.

■2010年05月11日（火）　 Working

仕事です。あまり忙しくありませんが、難しい部品を作っていたので、気が抜けませんでした。帰ってからする事が無かったので、今日も早く寝ました。
I was working, but I was not busy. But I was making a difficult part. So I was working seriously. After I got home, I was nothing to do. So I went to bed early too.

■2010年05月10日（月）　 tired

今日は仕事へ行きました。けど疲れてる。休み疲れが残っています。もちろん、朝は走っています。仕事に気が入りませんでした。仕事の後、早く寝ました。
I went to work today. But I'm tired. Because I'm still recovering from the holidays. Of course, I ran, before the work. I didn't feel like working. After I worked, I went to bed early.

■2010年05月09日（日）　 Day off 4

河口湖へ飛びに行きましたが、到着した時に風がおかしかったので、朝霧へ移動しました。でも道が渋滞・・・。でも１１時ぐらいにテイクオフできました。２時間以上のフライト。昨日より景色が綺麗に見えました。楽しめた！。家へ帰って小僧とプール。１．５キロ泳ぎました。楽しい連休になりました。
I went flying to Kawaguthiko with a friend. But when we got there, it was a strange wind. So we decided to go to Asagiri platue. But the way was very clowded. We could took of around 11 o'clock and flew for over 2 hours. It was a good condition. the view was more clear than yesterday. We were very happy and we had a good time. After I got home I went swimming with my son for 1.5 kilometers. It were good holidays.

■2010年05月08日（土）　 Day off 3

朝霧高原へ友達と飛びに行きました。雲の中や上を飛ぶことができました。幻想的なフライトでした。帰った後に１１キロ走って、その後、小僧をテニススクールへ連れて行きました。終わった後に小僧とテニス。その後アイポットを２個とミニコンポを買いに行きました。アイポットは娘と小僧の。小僧は大喜びです。
I went flying to Asagiri plateau. I could fly over and in clouds. It was a fantastic flight. After I got home, I went running for 11 kilometers. And then I took my son to the tennis school. I played tennis with him, after the class. And then we went buying two Ipods and his mini stereo. One of the Ipods was himand other was my daughter. He was very pleased.

■2010年05月07日（金）　 Day off 2

朝２０キロ今日も走りました。ほとんど雨の中のランニング。その後、かあちゃんと、買い物とマッサージに豊橋へ行きました。長袖とＴシャツとズボンを買いました。夜、良く眠れません・・・。マッサージしてもらったところが痛い・・・・・。
In the morning, I ran for 20kilometers today too. But I alomst ran in the rain. after that I went shopping with my wife in Toyohashi and I got a massage. I bought a long-sleeved, a t-shirts and pants. In the night, I couldn't sleep well. Because I got hart where I got a massage.

■2010年05月06日（木）　 Day off 1

６時ぐらいに起きました。朝ごはんを食べてから２０キロのランニング。１１時に飛ぶ約束をしていたので、飛びに行きました。けど、条件はあまり良くありませんでした。でも、飛べてよかった。明日は雨なので、マッサージへ行くつもりです。
I waked up around 6 o'clock. After I ate breakfast, I went running for 20kilometers. And then I promised to fly from 11 o'clock and went flying. But it wasn't a good condition. But it was good I could fly. It'll rain tomorrow, so I'll go to see a masseur.

■2010年05月05日（水）　 we finished the work.

明日休みたいので、みんな一生懸命働きました。８時ぐらいに終わりました。へとへとです。終わるとは思いませんでした。明日休めるので明日から４連休です。
We worked hard today. Because we wanted to take a day off tomorrow. So we could have finished the work until 8 o'clock. We were very tired. I didn't think we have finished the work. We can take a day off tomorrow. So we can take 4 days off in a row.

■2010年05月04日（火）　 I worked hard.

２個目の仕事が昨日の夕方に終わりました。今日は他の仕事を手伝いました。この仕事は大変だ。明日までに終わらないと思う。今日は疲れました。
We finished the second work last evening. So we helped another work today. But it was a very hard work. I think we couldn't have finished this work by tomorrow. I was very tired today.

■2010年05月03日（月）　 Working 2

一つ目の仕事が午前中で終わったので、２個目の仕事を始めました。もし、これが終わればノルマ達成です。この仕事も順調にいってます。
We finished the first work in this noon. So we started the second work. If this work is over, we fill the quota. This work also is going well.

■2010年05月02日（日）　 Working 1

ゴムの工場で仕事。順調に進んだので、思ったより早く家に帰れて、ゆっくりできました。
I was waorking in the Yokohama Rubber factory. Our group work was going well. So we could get eaelier than I thought. I could relax at home.

■2010年05月01日（土）　 It's sunny today.

天気が良い。今日は忙しくない。明日から四日間はゴールデンウイーク仕事で忙しい。風邪気味で今日は走りに行けれませんでした。明日はいけるだろうか？？？とにかく仕事はしないと。
It's sunny today. I was not busy today. But I'll be busy with the golden week work from tomorow for 4 days. I have a slight cold. I couldn't go running this morning. I'm wondering if I go running tomorrow. Anyway I have to work.
