■2009年12月31日（木）　 cleaning my machines 会社はやっていましたが、自分の担当の工事は終わりました。他がまだ終わっていなかったので、いつも使っている機械を掃除しながら待っていました。その後、じいさんの家で年末パーティ。楽しく過ごしました。 Our company was working. But I've finished my work in charge. So I was waiting for it and I cleaned my machines I useing everyday. But another construction wasn't finished yet. So I cleaned my machines I use everyday. Our family had a An end of the year party in my father's house. We had enjoyed it.

■2009年12月30日（水）　 I worked 最近、年末工事で忙しい。正月に家族と妹の家族でスノボへ行く事にしました。楽しみにしていますが、足が痛くて滑れるか不明です・・・・。 I have worked hard these days. Because the end of the year construction. I desided to go snowbauding on New Year's Day with my family and my sister's family. I'm looking forward to it. But I have the pain. I'm not sure if I can snowboading.

■2009年12月29日（火）　 I run 仕事が終わった後、娘と走りました。しこせとか背終わった後に歩こうと思っていました。出ようとしたときに、娘が一緒に歩くと言いました。今、左の足裏痛ですが、歩き始めが調子が良かったので、ゆっくり走ることにしました。久しぶりに娘と走りました。５キロのラン。 I ran with my daughter, after I worked. I though I wanted to walk, after work. When I went out, My daughter said that she would go walking with me. Now I have a pain on buttom of ym left feet. It was fine, when I started to walk. So I decided to ran slowly. After long time, I ran with my daughter for 5 kilometers.

■2009年12月28日（月）　 orthopedics 工事で忙しかった。でも、足の裏が痛くて整形外科へ行きたかった。でも、近くは全部休み。来年まで待つしかありません。来年まで待つしかありません。でも年始にスノーボードへ行きます。滑れるのか？？？？結局一日しごとをしていました。 I was busy, because the consturaction. But I wanted to go to an orthopedics. I had a pain on my bottom of my left feet. But the orthopedicses were all closed near here. I gave up. I just have to wait until next year. But I have to go snowboading at the beginning of the new year. I'm not sure if I can snowboard. In the end I was working all day today.

■2009年12月27日（日）　 Flying 朝霧へ数名と飛びに行きました。グットコンディションで今年最後のフライトでした。２時間半飛びました。楽しみました。たぶん、明日からの年末工事は頑張れると思う。写真は友達と富士山。 I went paragliding to Asagiri with some friends. It was very good condition and the last time to fly in this year. I have flewn for 2 hours and half an hour. We had a good time. Maybe I could work hard for my job on the end of year consturaction. The picture is my friend and Mt. Fuji.

■2009年12月26日（土）　 Not busy 今日は忙しくなかった。けど、年末は働かないといけません。たくさん工事があります。忙しい。けど、明日は休みなので、飛びにいけます。工事の後の年始は何日か休みがあるので、スキーを計画中。 Tosay, I was not busy. But our company has to work during the end of the year. It must be very busy. We have many consturactions. But we are taking day off tomorrow. So I can go flying. After the consturactions, mabey we can take a few day offs on the beginning of the year. I'm planning to go skiing somewhere.

■2009年12月25日（金）　 I hadn't run recently. 最近走っていません。足の裏が痛い。でも、今日、夕食に中華屋までの５キロをゆっくり走りました。足にいいかは良く分かりません。でも、そんなに痛くなかった。自分が着くより先にかあちゃんと小僧が着いて、注文してありました。自分はシュウマイ、中華飯、ニラレバ炒めを食べました。 I hadn't run recently. Because I have pain on bottoms of my left feet. But today I ran to Chinese restaurant for dinner for 5 kilometers very slowly. I don't know if it's good for bottoms of my left feet. But it didn't so hurt. My son and wife arrived there and ordered what I wanted, before I arrived. I ate shao mais, Chinese rice and Stir-fried liver and Chinese chive.

■2009年12月24日（木）　 Christmas Eve 今日はクリスマスイブ。夕方、子供達は居ません。小僧は塾。娘はデート。帰って来た時に、貰った花束を見せてくれました。綺麗だったので、写真を撮っておきました。 Today was Christmas Eve. But in this evening there weren't our children. My son went to a cram school. My daughter went out on a date. When she got home, she showed me a bunch of flowers what she got from her boyfriend. The flowers were beautiful, so I took pictures.

■2009年12月23日（水）　 The previous day クリスマスイブの前日ですが家でパーティを開きました。明日もあさっても子供達が家にいません。娘が張り切って、ケーキにスープにサラダを作りました。ピザともう一つケーキは注文しました。楽しみました。 Although today was on the day before Christmas Eve, we had a Christmas party in hour house. Because our children are going to go somewhere tomorrow evening and the day after tomorrow. My daughter was fired up for making a cake and soup and salada. And then we ordered another cake and a pizza. We had a good time.

■2009年12月22日（火）　 winter holidays 小僧の学校の２学期が終わって、通知表を持ってきました。見たけど、良くなっていました。７つ上がった。でも、もっと上げれると思う。夕方娘が勉強合宿から帰ってきましたが、結構大変だったようです。 My son's school has come to the end of the second school term. So he showed me his score. His grades have improved seven up. It was good, but he will be able to improve it more. In the evening, my daughter came back home from the study camp. I haerd from her about the camp, it was so hard.

■2009年12月21日（月）　 My feet bottom 左の足の裏が痛い。たぶん、傷をかばって走っていた。今日、ちゃんと歩けません。今日は走らない日です、でも、明日走れるか分かりません。誰かなんとかしてくれ。 My left feet bottom hurts. Maybe I think I favored the cut and ran. Today I can't walk right. Today is day off for running. But tomorrow, I'm not sure if I can go running. I need your help!

■2009年12月20日（日）　 constipated 朝早くに朝霧へ飛びに出発したかった。けど、トイレに入ったら、便秘だった。初めて・・・・。トイレで一時間格闘・・・。暗いうちに出ようとしたが、すでに明るくなっていました。でも、飛ばして２時間で着きました。フライトはチョットデインジャラス。それでも、楽しめました。その後、家に帰って、一時間ぐらい田圃を耕して、その後、１３キロ走りました。その後、組長会でした。 I wanted to left for flying in the early morning to Asagiri plateau. But when I took a crap in the bathroom, I got constipated. It was the first time. So I was suffering it in the bathroom for an hour. I tryed to left before it got light. But it had aready light. After that, I drove at a breakneck speed. I just got there for 2 hours. The flight was a little bit dangerous. But I had enjoyed it. And then I got home, I plowed one of our rice fields for about an hour. And then I ran for 13 kilometers. And then, in the evening I join the leader meeting.

■2009年12月19日（土）　 Snow 今日の朝は雪。暗くて気がつかずに、走りに出てしまいました。２０キロのラン。娘は今日学校の勉強合宿で蒲郡へ行きました。三泊四日です。かあちゃんと、小僧はクリスマスパーティでお出かけ。一人で晩飯でした。 It was snowing in this morning. But I didn't realized it, because of dark. So I went out running. I ran 20 kilometers in the snow. Afer that, I went to work. Today, my daughter went to Gamagouri for a studying camp. It is held by her school. She is going to stay for 3 nights and 4 days. In the evening my son and wife went to a Christmas party. So I had dinner alone.

■2009年12月18日（金）　 appendicitis かあちゃんの風邪は盲腸でした。けど急性じゃないので、手術はなしだろう。今の所、薬を飲むだけです。けど、痛み出したら、手術しないといけない。 My wife didn't have a cold, but she has an appendicitis. But it's not acute appendicitis. She won't have a surgery. So far she take the medicines just the way her doctor tells. But if the appendicitis start to huts, she have to go in for surgery.

■2009年12月17日（木）　 my wife's cold 朝、かあちゃんはまだ寝ていました。小僧と娘も起きて来ません。娘が起きてきた時、すでに寝坊。駅まで連れて行ってくれって言ったけど、断りました。帰りに迎えにいけない。朝のクラブを諦めて自転車で行きました。次は小僧が起きて来ません。起こしに行ったけど、すでに寝坊。たぶん、間に合わなかったと思う。かあちゃんが１０時ぐらいに起きた時には、熱はありませんでした。ホッとしました。 In the morning, my wife was still sleeping. And my son and daughter didn't get up. When my daughter got up, she already overslept. She asked me to take her to the station. But I refused it. Because I couldn't pick her up at the station in tonight. So she gave up to join her tennis club and went by bicycle. Next my son didn't get up. So I made my son get up. But he already overslept. Maybe he couldn't be in time for his tennis club. When my wife got up around 10, she didn't have fever. So I was relieved. 英会話の時にクリスが訂正してくれました。 My teacher Cris revised the diary, when the conversation. In the morning, my wife was still sleeping. And my son and daughter didn't get up. When my daughter got up, she had already overslept. She asked me to take her to the station. But I couldn’t, because I wouldn’t be able to pick her up at the station tonight. So she missed her morning tennis club by going by bicycle and a later train. My son also didn't get up on time. So I made my son get up quickly. But he had already overslept. Maybe he wouldn’t be on time for his morning tennis club. When my wife got up around 10, she didn't have a fever, so I was relieved.

■2009年12月16日（水）　 a cold 家に帰ったとき、かあちゃんが調子悪そう。夕ご飯を作った後に、熱を測ると３７度。直ぐに寝に行きました。新型か心配。明日から自分の事は自分でしないと・・・・。 My wife was feeling bad, when I came back home. My wife checked her temperature, afte she made dinner. She has a temperature of 38 degrees. She soon went to bed. I'm afraid if she has a new influenza. We have to take care of ourself from tomorrow. 英会話の時にクリスが訂正してくれました。 My teacher Cris revised the diary, when the conversation. My wife was feeling bad, when I came home. She checked her temperature, after making dinner. She had a temperature of 38 degrees. So she soon went to bed. I'm afraid she might have the new influenza. Our children and I have to take care of ourselves from tomorrow.

■2009年12月15日（火）　 new sunglasses イングランドから買った新しいサングラスが届きました。そのサングラスかけていると、小僧が笑っていました・・・・。失敗したかな？とにかくイングランドから買えました。また、違うサングラスを買おうと思う。そのメーカーは日本の価格と比べて４０パーセントぐらい安いです。 My new sunglasses I boought on the internet from England before arrived. When I wear it, my son was laughing. I was wondering if I made a mistake? Anyway I could buy something from England. I think I'll buy another sun glasses again. Because everything of the glass production company is about 40 percent off the Japanese price.

■2009年12月14日（月）　 exercise bike かあちゃんがネットで中古のエアロバイクを買ったので、今日の朝、走りに行かなかったので、３０分やってみました。簡単ではありません、疲れました。使っていない筋肉を使います。月曜と木曜は走らないので、やろうと思います。 My wife bought a used exercise bike on the line. I didn't go running this morning. So I did that for 30 miniutes. I thought it was not easy. I was tired, because I don't have the developed muscles. I don't go running every Monday and Thursday. I'll try to do that days.

■2009年12月13日（日）　 I couldn't fly. 朝霧へ飛びに行きました。けど条件が悪すぎ。曇りでみんなぶっ飛んでいました。みんなぶっ飛びは嫌だって言うので、ちょっと話して帰りました。途中に焼きそば屋に寄りましたが、美味かった。帰った後、新しいトラクターで田圃を耕しに行きました。前のより全然良い。でも終わらせれな買ったので、またやらないといけない。 Today I went flying to Asagiri plateau. But the condition was too bad. It was cloudy. Everyone was flying straight. Our members didn't want flying straight. So we didn't fly and we just talked with friends. We soon went back home and we stopped at Yakisoba shop on the way home. It was very good Yakisoba. After I got home, I went plowing our rice fields with the new tractor. The tractor was much better than old one to plow. But I couldn't flinished that. I have to do that again.

■2009年12月12日（土）　 working 仕事でした、でも、仕事していた時にトラクターの会社から電話があり、今、新しいトラクターを運んでいるって、電話でした。知らせてくれていなかったので、断りました。でも、昼に持ってきてもらいました。けど、仕事中だったので、長い時間は使えませんでした。夕方は、組の忘年会を開きました。湯谷温泉。楽しみました。 I was working. But when I was working, there was a telephone call from a tractor company. They was carrying my tractor to my house. But they didn't tell me when they carry it to me. I refused it. But I asked they to carry it at the noon when I was in lunch time. I got my new tractor. But I couldn't use it for long time, because of I was at work. In the evening I had to hold the end year's party for our neighborhood's group as a group leader. I hold it in Yuya Onsen. We had a good time.

■2009年12月11日（金）　 It was rainning. 朝、走りたかったけど、雨で行かなかった。手術から飛んでいません。たぶん一ヶ月飛んでない。今週末は飛びたい。明日は飛べない、風が強いし、曇ると思う。それに夕方に忘年会があります。日曜日は飛べるところに行くつもりです。 I wanted to go running in the morning. But I couldn't go running, because of the rain. I haven't flown since I had the surgery. Maybe I didn't fly for one month. So I want to fly this weekend. Maybe we won't fly tomorrow, because it'll be windy and cloudy. Them I have an end-of-the-year party in the evening. I'll go somewhere we can fly on Sunday.

■2009年12月10日（木）　 Not only me 英会話へ行って来ました。一人で教えられる予定だったけど、上のクラスの生徒が参加しました。１時間２０分１人だときついので、ホッとしました。でも、自分より喋るので、時々ついていけなくなります。 I went to the conversation school. I was supposed to be taught only me. But this time a woman hight level student joined our class. It's hard for me to be taught alone for one hour and 20 minutes. So I was relieved to join her. But she could speak English better than me. So I sometimes couldn't follow their conversation.

■2009年12月09日（水）　 My left knee hurts a little. １０キロ走りました。まだ、足の指は良くありません。多分走り方がおかしい。今、左膝が少し痛みます。そんなに酷くは無いけど、いつもより多くストレッチをしました。また左膝が痛くなるのは嫌だなぁ。 Today I ran for 10 kilometers. But my toe isn't good yet. Maybe I run wrong. Now my left knee hurts a little again. But it's not serious yet. I stretch longer than usual tonight. I don't want to have a pain on my left knee again..

■2009年12月08日（火）　 New shoes 前にネットで２足ランニングシューズを買いました。今日、１足使いました。良い感じ、フィットしてるし、軽い。今日は走っているときに流れ星を見ました。日本では流れ星が落ちている時に３回願い事を心の中で言えると、願い事が叶うといわれています。けど、今回もできませんでした。とにかく、落ちた後に、３回唱えておきました。たぶん、叶う、信じています。 I bought 2 pair of shoes for running before on the line. Today I used one pair of shoes. Those were very good and light and fit me. Today when I was running, I saw a shooting star. In Japan legend has it that While we see a shooting star, if we can pray for a wish to come true 3 times in our heart, the wish come true. I blieved it. But I couldn't it this time too. Anyway I tryed it after the shooting star gone. Maybe the wish comes true and I believe it comes true.

■2009年12月07日（月）　 My toe 指は良くなってきています。けどちゃんとは歩けない。けど、走りには行けます。たぶん、靴底が硬いのと、しっかり靴を履くので、間接をそんなに動かさなくて良い。でも、歩く時は靴をちゃんと履いていないので、指の関節を動かさないといけない。何か液体が傷口から少し出ています。早く治らないかな。 My toe is getting better. But I can't walk correctly. But I can go running. I think when I go running, I dodn't need to work the finger joint too much. Because I can wear shoes tightly and the soles of shoes are hard. But when I walk, I don't waer shoes tightly and I need to use the finger joint. So something iquor or secretion is coming out of the wound a little. I hope it resolve soon.

■2009年12月06日（日）　 talismans 朝、神社へお札を焼きに組長として行ってきました。まず、神社を綺麗にしました。でも、まだ、台風で壊れたので修理中です。その後、果物や、花をお供えして、神主さんに拝んでもらいました。その後、お札を焼きました。お弁当をゲット。いつ神社の修理が終わるかは、まだ、良く分かりません。 I went to our shrine to burn our talismans as a group leader in the morning. Fist we cleaned the shrine. But it was still being repaired, because of the typhoon. Then we mada offerings of food and flowersas to the God. And then a Shinto priest prayed. After that we burned our talismans. And then we got lunch. We are not sure when the shrine have been finished to repair.

■2009年12月05日（土）　 I worked. 今日は１０キロ走りました。２週間ぶりです。きつい。足が筋肉痛です。走った後に、傷を確認しましたがね良くなってきています。でも、流血していました・・・・。１０月、１１月は土曜が全部休みでしたが、今日は忙しくて仕事でした。年末に工事が沢山あります。 Today I went running for 10 kilometers after 2 weeks. It was very hard. Now I have muscle pains on my legs. After that, I cheaked my toe. I was getting better. But my blood oozed from the cut. In this November and October, every Sunday was day off. But today I worked, because we were busy. We have many constructions in the end of year.

■2009年12月04日（金）　 removed the stitches 病院へ抜糸に行きました。無茶苦茶痛かった。一箇所深すぎ。簡単に抜けませんでした。ヤブ医者だ。痛み止めの注射より全然痛い。その後、走りに行きました。でも医者は一週間走るなって言ってましたけど、走りたかったので行って来ました。５キロ。傷からは血が出ていました。家に帰ってからは、ヤブ医者だっていい続けていました。明日も走るつもりです。 I went to see the doctoe to be removed the stitches. It really hurt. The doctor sewed it deep. It wasn't easy to remove one of them. I thought he was a horse doctor. Thge pain was more hurt than a shot of painkiller. After that I went running. But the doctor said that I shouldn't run for one week. But I really wanted to go running. So I ran for 5 kilometers. My blood oozed from the cut. After I got home, I kept to say that the doctor was a horse doctor. But I'll go running tomorrow.

■2009年12月03日（木）　 to explain about my company 英会話へ行きました。みんな止めてしまったので、今日からプライベート授業。自分の仕事の説明を教えてもらいました。先生が自分の仕事のことが分からないので、大変。初めに自分の仕事を写真を使って説明して、その後に、教えてもらいました。個人授業は大変だ。 I went to the conversation school. The class was my private class from today, because all students quit this class without me. So today I asked me to teach how to tell about my work. It was very hard it, because the teacher doesn't know about my job. First I explained with some photos. next teacher taught me about it. Anyway private class is too hard for me.

■2009年12月02日（水）　 New shoes ２足月曜にネットで注文した靴が届きました。いい感じの靴です。一つはベーシックなタイプでもう一つは、少し上級モデル。履いて走るのを楽しみにしています。今はまだ走れません。 I ordered 2 pairs of shoes last monday over the nternet. They arrived today. These shoes are good feeling for me. One pair is basic type, another pair is more advanced type. I'm looking forward to running to wear them. Now I can't go running yet.

■2009年12月01日（火）　 My toe 段々足が良くなっています。でもちゃんとは歩けない。早く糸をとって欲しい。走りたい。じゃないとドンドン太ります。今日小僧が前にやったテストを見せてくれましたが、まあまあ良かった。でも、一番ではありません。友達が上をいっています。１位でアイポットを約束していましたが、買って上げれません。 My toe is getting better. But I couldn' walk correctly. I hope the stitches are removed fast. I want to run, otherwise I gain a lot of weight. Today my son showed me his result of the test he did last week. The score was soso. But the result was not announced yet. But he won't be first. Because he know, his friend was better than him. I pomised him to buy a I pod. But I couldn't buy it for him.
