■2012年02月29日（水）　 a death anniversary

娘の命日でした。娘がもう一人いるはずでしたが、死んで生まれてきました。悲しい出来事でした。一生忘れないでしょう。
The anniversary of my daughter's death. We was supposed to have another daughter. But she was born dead. It was a deeply sad event at the time. I never forget about it.

■2012年02月28日（火）　 my fatigue

浜松マラソンの筋肉痛がまだあります。でも酷くありません。今朝は１０キロをゆっくり走りました。京都まではハードな事はしません。疲労を抜きます。
I still have muscle aches on both legs, because of Hamamatsu marathon. But there are not severe muscle aches. This morning I went running for 10 kilometers slowly. I won't run hard until Kyoto marathon. I'll get rid of my fatigue until Kyoto marathon.

■2012年02月27日（月）　 Cedar pollen

スギ花粉が飛び始めました。小僧は花粉症なのでくしゃみ、鼻水です。かあちゃんも、自分もスギ花粉はありません。入試の時にしっかり受けれるだろうか？
Cedar pollen start to circulate in the air recently. My son is allergic to Cedar pollen. So he has a runny nose and sneezing. My wife and I don't have the allergic. I wonder if he is fine when the entrance exam.

■2012年02月26日（日）　 Hamamatsu marathon

浜松のハーフマラソンへ参加しました。１時間２５分４６秒。練習の成果が出ました。けど目標は京都です。３時間１５分以内で走りたい。マラソンの後は葬式の受付係でした。ハードな一日でした。
In the morning I joined Hamamatsu half marathon. I could run for 1 hour 25 minutes 46 seconds. The practice paid off. But the goal is Kyoto full marathon in 2 weeks. I want to run in 3 hours 15 minutes. After the marathon I was a receptionist for the funeral. It was a hard day for me.

■2012年02月25日（土）　 Funeral

昨日お隣の９０歳を超えたおばさんが亡くなりました。今朝はそのミーティングがありました。その後、訃報を各組長に配りました。それから、母ちゃんと一緒に買い物、ランニング用のタイツとパンツを買いました。夕方は通夜で受付係をやりました。明日は葬式が昼からで受付係です。午前中は浜松マラソン大会へ参加です。
Yesterday my next-door neighbor died. She was over 90 years old. This morning we had a meeting for her funeral. After that I delivered the letter about it to our area's each group leaders. After that I went shopping with my wife. I bought underpants and tights for running. In the evening I was a receptionist for the funeral wake. Tomorrow I have to be a receptionist for the funeral afternoon. I'll join a marathon meeting tomorrow morning in Hamamatsu.

■2012年02月24日（金）　 a marathon event

日曜に浜松でマラソン大会があります。ハーフマラソンです。今朝は長く走らずに、１０キロをゆっくり走りました。足はそんなに良くありません。左膝が少し痛みます。でも、１時間半以内では走りたいと思っています。
I'll join a marathon event in Hamamatsu this Sunday. It's a half marathon. This morning I didn't run so long. I run for 10 kilometers slowly. My legs are not fine well. I have a pain on my left leg a little. But I want tot run in 1 hour 30 minutes.

■2012年02月23日（木）　 It was rainning.

朝は雨で走れませんでした。仕事後は英会話へ行きました。
I couldn't go running this morning, because of the rain. After work, I went to the conversation school.

■2012年02月22日（水）　 an E-mail

メールが娘から届きました。３月末にスキーに行きたい、京都へ観光へ行きたい。まだアメリカにいるのに信じれん。自分が遊びに行くお金もないのに・・・。
I got an E-mail from my daughter. It says she wants to go skiing the end of March and then she wants to go to Kyoto for sightseeing. She is still in America. I couldn't believe it. I don't have enough money to go somewhere.

■2012年02月21日（火）　 Nothing special

特に何もなかったです。昨日沢山走ったので朝は走りませんでした。
Nothing special today. I didn't go running this morning. Because I ran too long yesterday.

■2012年02月20日（月）　 35 kilometers

今朝は３５キロのランニング。もう京都までは長い距離は走りません。でも今週末の日曜日は浜松のハーフマラソンへ参加します。
This morning I ran for 35 kilometers. I won't run long until Kyoto marathon. But I'll join Hamamatsu marathon for a half marathon this Sunday.

■2012年02月19日（日）　 diamond dust

友達２人と朝霧へ。約３時間のフライト。無茶苦茶寒くて、凍傷になるかと思った。今回もダイヤモンドダストが見れました。写真はお友達。
I went to Asagiri plateau with 2 friends. I could fly for about 3 hours. It was too cold. I felt frostbite of the fingers coming on. This time Iwe could see diamond dust too. The photo is my friend.

■2012年02月18日（土）　 snow scene

昨日の夜に雪が降りました。知らずに走ろうと家を出てビックリ。でも１０キロのランニング。道は凍っていたので転ばないように注意しました。
We got some snow last night. But I didn't know that. So when I left the house for running, I was supprised it. But I ran for 10 kilometers. The road was icy, I was careful not to slip and fall.

■2012年02月17日（金）　 It was too cold.

今日は寒かった。寒気がやってきています。明日の朝は無茶苦茶寒いかな。でも走るつもりです。
It was too cold today. A cold weather system is comming. Maybe tomorrow morning will be too cold. But I'll go running.

■2012年02月16日（木）　 new student

英会話へ行くと今日もアキヨさんが参加しました。クラスを移動しました。でも、来月には名古屋へ引っ越しだそうです。
I went to the English conversation school. Akiyo Joined us today too. She moved our class. But she is going to move to Nagoya next month.

■2012年02月15日（水）　 a written application

小僧が願書を提出しました。期待していません。落ちる気がします・・・。でも、一生懸命勉強することは良い事だと思う。
My son submited a written application to Jisyukan. I guess he'll will fail. I don't expect hin to enter there. But making efforts to study hard is good for him.

■2012年02月14日（火）　 Valentine's Day

自分も小僧もかあちゃんからチョコレートをもらいました。けど今回は小さいです。自分は来週末にマラソン大会があるのでダイエットしないといけないし、小僧はにきびがひどくなります。ナイスな判断です。
My son and I received chocolate for Valentine's Day from my wife. But this time it was small. Because I will join a marathon next weekend, I need to go on a diet. And if my son eats too much chcolate, he'll get a lot of pimples. My wife made a good idea.

■2012年02月13日（月）　 I run

朝は３０キロのランニング。土日であまり走らなかったので、足が回復しました。２時間２５分以内で走れましたので、うれしい。でも明日は走らなくいで休足したほうが良い感じ。
I went running in this morning for 30 kilometers. My legs recovered because I didn't go runing long the last weekend. I could run for in 2 hours 25 minutes. I was happy. But I shouldn't go running and take a rest tomorrow.

■2012年02月12日（日）　 I couldn't fly.

朝霧へ友達と行きましたが、風が強く飛べませんでした。風が変わるのを待てませんでした。昼前に帰りました。けど午後に風が弱くなり、待っていた人たちは飛べました。ガッカリしましたが、家に帰って昼寝と映画が見れました。
I went to Asagiri plateau with a friend. But we coudln't fly because of the windy. We coudln't wait and gave up when the winds lightened. So we left for our home before the noon. But afternoon the winds lightened, and they waiting it could fly. I disappointed it. But After I got home I could take a nap and watched movie.

■2012年02月11日（土）　 to a hospital

朝霧へ４人の友達と行きました。約２時間４０分のフライト。降りた後に友達の写真を撮りました。その友達の一人が着陸を失敗して、５メーターぐらい上から落ちました。首を痛めました。救急車を呼んで一緒について病院へ行きましたが、首の骨が少し折れて入院です。
I went to Asagiri plateau with 4 friends. I could fly for about 2 hours 40 minutes. After I landed I took pictures for my friends. When I was taking pictures of one of my friends. He made a mistake when he was landing. He fallen at about a 5 meter height from the ground. He bruised his neck. So we called an ambulance. I went to a hospital with him on the ambulance. Now he is in the hospital. he broke his neck a little.

■2012年02月10日（金）　 new toaster

新しいトースターが来ました。ネットで頼んだ物です。古いトースターはダイヤルが壊れたので、良く焼き過ぎました。明日、焼くのが楽しみです。
I got our new toaster today. I ordered it on the internet. Our old toaster's dial broke down. So I sometimes made overdone toast. I'm looking foward to making toast tomorrow morning.

■2012年02月09日（木）　 English conversation school

英会話へ行きましたがマサキさんはきません。残念。けど今日は女性がひとり参加しました。うれしかったですが、来月に名古屋へ引っ越すそうです。
I went to the conversation school in the evening. Masaki haven't come. I disappointed it. But today woman joined us. I was happy. But she's going to move to nagoya next month.

■2012年02月08日（水）　 30 kilometers

左膝がまだ調子が悪いけど、朝は３０キロを２時間３０分で走りました。もちろん、調子悪いです。
I still feel strange on my left knee. But this morning I went running for 30 kilometers for 2 hours 30 minutes. of course I feel strange on my left knee.

■2012年02月07日（火）　 rain

今日は雨。朝は結構降っていたので、走りませんでした。左膝が痛かったので丁度よかったです。たぶん、明日までぐらいには良くなるので明日は走ろうと思います。
小僧は今日豊川高校へ行って入試を受けました。朝はかあちゃんと二人で寝坊。かあちゃんは弁当をまともに作れず。おにぎり３個だけ。小僧は滑り止めで受けました。
It was rainning today. So I couldn't go running. It was rainning hard in thei morning. But it was good because I have a pain on my left knee. I guess it'll be fine by tomorrow and I'll go running tomorrow.
My son went to Toyokawa hgih school to take the entrance examination. But in the morning my wife and he woke up late. My wife couldn't completely make his lunch bag. It was only 3 rice balls.　He took the entrance exam to private high school just to be on the safe side.

■2012年02月06日（月）　 from America

昼に娘から携帯のメールで連絡がありました。ネットが使えれないというので、アドバイスをしてやった。一時間後ぐらいにメールで連絡がありました。元気だけど眠いそうだ。ホームステイ先にいるそうです。
My daughter got in touch with me by mobile phone messages. She couldn't use the internet. I adviced it by E-mail. one hour later I got a E-mail from her. it said she was fine and sleepy. Now she is with her host family.

■2012年02月05日（日）　 study abroad

朝霧へ飛びに行きましたが、雲が多く一時間のフライト。今日娘がアメリカのオレゴン州ポートランドへ旅立ちました。一か月滞在します。３月４日の帰国。英語が上達してほしいです。
I went paragliding in Asagiri plateau with a friend. It was soso. There were many coulds in the sky I only flew for an hour. Today my daughter left for in Portland, Oregon in the United States. She'll stay there for one month. She'll return home on March 4. I hope she improves her English.

■2012年02月05日（日）　 absent

会社へ行きましたかけど、片頭痛。昼ぐらいに薬を飲むと、一時間後ぐらいに治りました。でも、夜の近所の寄り合い会は休みました。
I went to work this morning. But I had a migraine headache. At the noon after lunch I took medicine. An hour later I suffered from migraine. In the evening I had a neighborhood party to go to. I absent it.

■2012年02月03日（金）　 water pipe freeze-up

今日は寒かった。けど朝は走りに出かけました。指先が凍りつきそうでした。帰って水道を使おうとしたら、凍って使えませんでした。久しぶりの事です。
It was too cold today. But I went running and got cold fingertips. After that in my house I turned on a faucet. The water pipe freeze-up. So we couldn't use water. It was in a long time.

■2012年02月02日（木）　 My son's birthday

大雪です。会社へはスタッドレスがついている自分の車で行きました。道路は渋滞です。でも朝は雪の中ランニングしました。今日は小僧の誕生日だったので、夕方はかあちゃんが買ってきた、アイスクリームのケーキで祝いました。美味しかったです。
It was a very snowy day. I went to work by my car with studded tires. The road was congestion. But I went running this morning in the snow. Today is my son's birthday. In the evening we celebrated his fifteen birthday. My wife bought a icecream cakes for him. It was very delisous.

■2012年02月01日（水）　 heavy snow in along the sea of Japan

日本海側は大雪です。でもこのあたりは昼から少し雨が降っただけ。けど寒い！明日の朝は走りたいなぁ。
bring heavy snow across the country, especially to areas along the Sea of Japan today. But around here it was rainning little from the noon. But it was too cold. I want to go running tomorrow morning.
