■2009年11月30日（月）　 I ordered sunglasses.
インターネットでサングラスを注文しました。一ヶ月間無くしてありません。高かったんだけど。家でなくしたと思って、一ヶ月探したけど見つかりませんでした。新しいのが欲しい。でも、２万以上。けど、ネットでイギリスから買うと一万。直ぐに頼みました。ページが日本語で簡単に注文できたけど、ナンバーの入力ミスをして、担当の外人と英語でやり取りしました。けど、最終的に、日本の女性が解決してくれました。届くのを楽しみにしていますが、いつ届くか分かりません。
I placed my order through the Internet to England. I have lost my sunglasses for one month. It was too expensive. I thought I lost it in my house. But I have been looking for it for one month, but I couldn't find it. So I wanted new ones. But it was too expensive and over 20,000. But I found if I buy it from England, they're 10,000. I ordered them soon. The page was Japanese. it was easy to order them. But I made a big misstake to enter my number. So I communicated with a person in charge about that in English. But finaly a Japanese woman had got it solved. I'm looking forward to arrive me them. But I don't know when they arrive me.

■2009年11月29日（日）　 Shopping
何もする事が無かった。曇りで誰も飛びに来ないと思いました。でも２名来ました。２人をテイクへ連れて行きました。足がまだ駄目なので、飛びませんでした。二人ともショートフライト。サーマル無し。その後、かあちゃんと買い物に豊川へ行きました。けど、自分は何も買いませんでした。
I didn't have anything to do. It was cloudy. So I didn't thinky my friends come flying. But 2 friends came. So I took them to the take off. I didn't fly, because of my toe. They flew for short time. Because there were no thermals. After that I went shopping with my wife. But I didn' buy anything.

■2009年11月28日（土）　 I wanted to fly.
飛びに行きたかったけど、新城は風が強く飛べなかった。まだ指が痛むのでどこかに飛びに行くには早すぎ。で、かあちゃんと豊橋へショッピングです。ランニングシューズを買おうと思ったシューズがゼビオで無かった。帰り道に違う店に寄ったら、あって、試し履きしました。けど高かったので買いませんでした。ネットで買います。
I wanted to fly. But it was too windy ansd we couldn't fly in Shinshiro. I still had pain on my toe. It would be too first to fly somewhere. So I went shopping with my wife to Toyohashi. I would buy shoes for running in Zebio. But the shoes I wanted were nothing. We stopped other store on the way to back home. I foud them and tryed them on. But I didn't buy them, because it was too expensive. So I decided to buy it on the internet.

■2009年11月27日（金）　 remove the stitches
病院へ行きました。予約があったけど、１時間以上待ちました。看護士がガーゼをポイッてとったので、痛かった。次に、先生が３ヶ糸を取りましたが、無茶苦茶痛い。その後、歩けなかった。まだ、３ヶ残っています。
I went to see the doctor. Even though I had the resavation, I waited for over one hour. My toe too ache, when a nurse removed gauze quickly. I thought she should that slowly. Next, the doctor removed 3 stitches. That very hurt. After that I couldn't walk. I still have other 3 stitches.

■2009年11月26日（木）　 leaving
英会話へ行きました。マサキさんが今回で止めです。今年の冬は忙しくてこれないそうです。来月から一人になるので、大変だなぁ。ミエコさんに戻ってきて、もらわないと。
I went to the conversations school. Mr. Masaki said that he was leaving from the class this time. because He would be busy in this winter and couldn't come to the class. Next month the student was only me. I think it'll be hard. I have to ask Mrs. Mieko to come back again.

■2009年11月25日（水）　 Test time
小僧はテストでした。けど良くできた分かりません。昨日教科書を学校に忘れてきて、勉強できずに、かあちゃんに怒られていました。まだ、今週テストです。１位をとったら、Ｉｐｏｄを買ってやるって約束をしたけど、駄目そう。やる気が無くて、一生懸命はやっていません。頑張れば簡単な気がするんだが。娘はテスト前です、毎回一生懸命勉強をしています。
My son took tests today. But I don't know he wrote his tests well. Because He left his text books in his desk of school. So he couldn't study and my wife was angry. He still has some tests this week. I pormised him to buy a ipod, if he gets the first prize. But he won't get it. He didn't study hard and he don't feel motivation to get it. But I think, it'll be easy, if he trys to study hard. My daughter is in test-prep week. She studys hard every time.

■2009年11月24日（火）　 New DS LLi
ＤＳＬＬｉを買いました。英語の勉強する時にＤＳを使います。前のがちゃゅんと動かなくて、Ａボタンを押すと、隣のＢボタンで感知してしまいます。先週発売になったのですぐに買いました。今度のは良い。インターネットもできます。気に入りました。
I bought a new DSLLi. When I study English, I use DS. My old DS doesn't work well. When I push A button, it senses next button B. DSLLi was released last week. So I bought it right now. I think it's very good. And it can use the internet. I like it.

■2009年11月23日（月）　 Labor Thanksgiving Day
今日は勤労感謝の日で休日。でも休みではありません。仕事でした。まだ、足の指が痛いので３時で終わりました。でも、今日は痛み止めは飲みませんでした。たぶん、少しづつ良くなっていると思う。
Today is a national hoiday Labor Thanksgiving Day. But we were not day off. So we were worked. But my toe was still hurt. So I got off at 3 o'clock. But I didn' take a painkiller today. I think it's getting well.

■2009年11月22日（日）　 My toe still hurts.
午前中痛くなかったので飛ぶところへ行った。飛ぶつもりではなく、写真を撮るため。でも、曇りで良い写真は撮れませんでした。昼から痛み出したので家にいて、午前中に借りておいたブルーレイの地球が静止する日をみましたが、イマイチ。飛べないし、走ることもできん。まだ、かなり痛い。大丈夫なのか？？？？
In the morning, my toe didn't hurt, I thought. So I went to the place of paragliding. But I didn't think of flying. But I took some pictures of paragliding. But the weather was cloudly, so thoes were not good pictures. Afternoon, my toe was getting hurt. So I coudln't walk and in home. But I watched a blue ray of "The Day the Earth Stood Still" I rent in the morning. But it was not interesting for me. Anyway I can't fly and running. It still too hurts. Is it OK?.

■2009年11月21日（土）　 My toe still hurts.
足の指が痛い。ちゃんと歩けない。けど朝早くに豊川のユニクロへ出かけました。５時に起きて５時２０分に出発。６０周年で６時からセール。先着２００人にヒートテックシャツが１枚６００円で３枚。けど、着いた時には４００人ぐらい居た。たぶん。欲しいものを買うだけでかあちゃんは１時間並びました。午前中は前に買っておいたブルーレイのターミーネーター４を見ましたが、面白かった。午後からは足がもっと痛み出して、何もできず、寝ました。
My toe still hurts. I couldn't walk correctly. But this early morning, I went to UNIQLO with my wife to Toyokawa. We got up 5 o'clock and left 5:20. Because it was 60-year anniversary of UNIQLO and they started be having a sale from 6 o'clock. The shop offered 3 heat tech shirts cost 600 yen each to the first 200 customers. But when I arrived there, there were about 400 people maybe. So we couldn't get it. My wife stood in line for one hours just for paying for some clothes we want. In the morning, I watched a blue ray Terminator 4 I bought before. It was interesting. Afternoon my toe sturted to hurt more. I couldn't do anything. So I got sleep.

■2009年11月20日（金）　 I can't go running.
今日は走れない。指が痛い。けど良く寝れました。薬が効きました。今日は仕事に行かないといけなかった。お客さん立合いの検査がありました。テープを外して欲しいなぁ。きつすぎる。今から病院へ行ってきます。
I couldn't go running today. I hurt on the toe. But I could get sleep well. The medicen worked well. Today I had to go to work. Because I had a check for my work in the presence of customer. I want to remove the bandage. Because it's too tight. I'm going to the doctor from now.

■2009年11月19日（木）　 surgery
１０キロ走りました。今日から走れなくなるからです。午後に手術があります。出来物は取り除かれて、６針縫われました。夕方麻酔が切れてきて、痛くなってきたけど、英会話へ行きました。その後、帰ってきて、痛み止めを飲んで寝ました。
I ran for 10 kilometers in this morning. Because I can't go running from today. I had a surgery this afternoon. And then the skin boil was removed by surgery and the doctor sew 6 stitches. In the evening, as the anesthetic wears off, I was getting hurt. But I went to the conversation school. After that I took a painkiller and went to bed.

■2009年11月18日（水）　 running
朝１５キロ走りました。いつもは10キロですが今日は長い。明日から走れなくなります。明日の午後に足の指の手術。ガックリだなぁ。
I went running in the morning for 15 kilometers. I usually run for 10 kilometers every morning. But today I run longer than usual. Because I won't run from tomorrow. I have a surgery on my toe tomorrow afternoon. I'm very sorry.

■2009年11月17日（火）　 rain
朝雨。けど１０キロ走りに行きました。一日中寒い日だったので、今日はモモヒキを使用。まだ家ではストーブを出していないので、用意しなくては。
It was rainning in the morning. But I went running for 10 kilometers. It was cold all day. So I wore long underpants today. We haven't used our oil heater in our house yet. So I have to prepare it.

■2009年11月16日（月）　 Photo paragliding
カメラマンが新聞の写真を撮りに来ました。でも風が強くて、飛べません。なので地上の練習を撮りました。風が強くて危なかった。でも、その写真は無駄でした。絵が悪すぎ。結局、彼はテイクオフしている写真か、市の上を飛んでいる写真が必要でした。締め切りが今度の月曜です。今週は天気が悪くて撮れるか不明。
A photographer came to paragliding place to take pictures of paragliding for news paper. But we couldn't fly, because of windy. So he took pictures paraglider I was practicing on the land. But that was very dangerous, because of windy. But the pictures were not worth and not nice. He needed photos when we are taking off of flying over the city. The repot dead line is next monday. I'm not sure he can get a good photo, because the weather will be too bad in this week.

■2009年11月15日（日）　 We couldn't fly.
朝早くに走りました。風が強くて新城は飛べません。朝霧高原まで行きましたが一緒で風が強くて飛べませんでした。で、魚料理屋さんへ行って、おなかいっぱい。家へ帰った後は家族で本宮の湯へ行きました。
I went running in the early morning. We couldn't fly in Shinshiro, because of the windy. So I went flying to Asagiri plateau with my friends. But we couldn't fly, because of windy too. So we went to a good fish restaurant. We ate so much. After I got home, I went to Hongu Onsen with my family. We had a good time.

■2009年11月14日（土）　 rain
朝雨で走りにもとびにも行けませんでした。でかあちゃんと一緒に浜松と豊川へ買い物。でも、欲しいものが買えませんでした。午後から３０キロのランに挑戦。３２キロ走りました。疲れた。
In this morning, it was raining. I couldn't go running and flying. So I went shopping with my wife to Hamamatsu and Toyokawa. But we couldn't get something we want. Aftenoon I tryed to run for 30 kilometers. I could run for 32 kilometers. It was very tired.

■2009年11月13日（金）　 rain
朝は曇りだったので走りに行きました。けども昼からズート雨。天気予報は明日は雨って言ってます。明日は駄目だなぁ。長い距離を走ろうとしていたんだが。
In the morning, it was cloudy. So I could go running. But it has been rainning since noon. The weather forecast said it'll rain tomorrow. I can't go running tomorrow. I had planned to go running a long distance

■2009年11月12日（木）　 My children
娘は良くなってきています。学校へ行ってクラブもやってきました。けど、完全に良くなっているかは不明です。夜、小僧はサナルへ行ってテストを受けてきました。けど、良くできたかは不明です。
My daughter was getting well. So she went to school and joined her tennis club. But I'm not sure if she completely recovered. In the evening, my son went to Sanaru and he took tests. But I don't know if he could do very well on the tests.

■2009年11月11日（水）　 a cold
今日は久しぶりに大雨。朝、走りに行けませんでした。娘は病院へ行ってきましたが、インフラエンザじゃなくて、ただの風邪。ほっとしました。でも秋です。まだ冬は始まっていません。
It was a hard rainning today after long days. So I couldn't go running in this morning. My daughter went to see a doctor. Her cold was not new influenza, but it was just a cold. We were relieved. But now we are in the fall. The winter doesn't start yet.

■2009年11月10日（火）　 A cold
娘がここ2,3日微熱です。２、３日前に風邪を拾って病院へ行ったけど、よくなりません。娘の友達が微熱でも新型インフルエンザっだって言ったので、明日休ませて違う病院へ連れて行きます。新型怖いよ〜〜。
My daughter has a low fever for few days. She caught a cold and went to see a doctor a few days ago. But she couldn't get well. I hard from her that one of her friend had new infulenza that despite a low fever. So we decided we had her not to go to school tomorrow and we took her to see another doctor. We are afraid of new infulenza.

■2009年11月09日（月）　 My son's school
やっと小僧の学校が始まって、学校へ行きました、けど新型インフルエンザの生徒がいるかは不明。先週からテニスの練習も、運動も全然やっていません。けど今週はテストがあるので勉強しないと・・・。でもするんだろうか？？？？
My son went to school finally. His schoold opened. But I'm not sure if there are students who have a new infulenza. Anyway he haven't any practced tennis or exercised since last week at all. But he has tests in this week. So He has to study. But I don't know he study or not.

■2009年11月08日（日）　 wild yam
朝、１５キロ走りました。その後、飛びに行って２回飛びました。４５分と３５分。それほど良いフライトではありませんでした。それから、娘をテニススクールへ連れて行く予定でしたが、かあちゃんが途中で買い物をしたかったので、かあちゃんが行きました。以前友達からジネンジョをもらっていて、今日じいさんが料理してくれたので食べました。子供達は美味いって言って喜んで食べていました。その後、ブルーレイでスタートレックを見ましたが、面白かったです。
I ran for 15 kilometers in the morning. And then I went flying in Shinshiro. I flew 2 times. the first flight was 45 minutes. An other flight was 35 minutes. They were not good flights. After that I was supposed to take my daughter to the tennis school. But my wife took her there, because my wife wanted to buy something on the way. Before my friend gave me a wild yam. Today my father cooked, and we had it. My children were pleased it. And thay said yum-yum. And then I watched Star Trek blue ray. I liked it.

■2009年11月07日（土）　 I enjoyed everything.
朝２０キロ走りました。それから新城へ飛びに行って、２時間ぐらい飛びました。その後、家へ帰ってきた後、小僧をテニススクールへ連れて行って、終わった後、テニスを一緒にしました。疲れました。
I ran for 20 kilometers in the morning. After that I went flying in Shinshiro and flew about 2 hours. Then I took my son to the tennis school, after I got home. After that I played tennis with him. I was very tired.

■2009年11月06日（金）　 interview
新聞記者から電話がありました。パラの事で尋ねたい事と記事を載せたいと。その人の会社へ行ってきて、インタビューを受けてきました。写真も撮りたいって言いましたが、今からは時期が悪い。冬は風が強くて飛べない。良い写真が撮れるか分かりません。期限は今月中です。
A newspaper reporter called me. He wanted to aske me about paragliding in Shinshiro and place it in a newspaper. I went to his office and was interviewed. He asked me to take some photos paraglider. I thought it would not be good condition for paragliding from now. In winter it will be strong windy and we couldn't fly. I'm not sure if he take a good paraglider's photos. The limit is in this month.

■2009年11月05日（木）　 A new tractor
新しいトラクターを注文しました。高くていらないけど、必要です。１４０万。もったいないなぁ。草が生えないようにするだけです。とにかく頼みました。
I ordered a new tractor. I don't want to buy it, because it's too expensive. But I need a tractor. The new tractor was 140,000 yen. That's a waste. I use it not to grow weeds. Anyway I ordered it.

■2009年11月04日（水）　 muscle pain
今日は両足が筋肉痛。でも朝１０キロ走りました。昨日の夜副賞の箱を開けてビックリ。沢山の椎茸・・・。大嫌いです。いらねぇ〜〜。多分誰かに上げます。
今日も小僧が家にいます。新型インフルエンザで学校閉鎖。毎日ゲームです。
I have muscle pain on my legs today. But I ran for 10 kilometers in the morning. Last night I opened a box of an extra prize and I was surprised it. It was a lot of mushrooms. I hate it. I don't need ti. Maybe I'll gave someone it.
Today my son is in our house. Because of the new infulenza. His school has been closed this week. He plays TVgame every day.

■2009年11月03日（火）　 half marathon
新城でマラソンの大会があり、そのほとんどのレースがリレーでした。走り友達がいないので、一人のハーフに参加してきました。２週間ぐらい前に膝が痛かったので、早く走れるとは思いませんでした。けど、３位。やったぁー。それに膝も痛くない。けど、そのレースの参加者は１１名で２名女性。時間は１時間３５分。終わった後は仕事へ行きました。
There was a run festival in Shinshiro today. The races were almost marathon relay race. But I didn't have runner friends. So I joined the solo half marathon. I felt a little bad on my knee before two weeks ago. So I wouldn't run faster. But I got third. I was very happy. And my leg didn't hurt at all. But the participants of the section were only 11 including two women. My time was about one hour and 35 minutes. After that I went working to our company.

■2009年11月02日（月）　 election outcome
先週は選挙機関でした。昨日投票に行きました。今日は結果が発表されて、９名落選。多いです。前回、自分たちの市と一つの村と一つの待ちが合併して、今回議席数が減らされました。たぶん、９名は泣いています。
Last week, we were in the election time in the city. Yesterday I went to the polls. So today, the election outcome was announced. 9 candidates were voted out. It was very many, because last time our city and one town and one village were united. This time, the limit of the seats were reduced. So the 9 candidates would be disappointed it and crying.

■2009年11月01日（日）　 bisy
自分たちの組が廃品回収の担当でした。７時半から９時まで公民館へ行って集めました。その後飛びに行ったけどショートフライト。調子が悪いのと買い物へ行かないといけなかった。午後から買い物へ行って、ランニング用のジャケットを買いました。その頃から雨が降り出して、家へ帰った後、雨の中ランニング。ランフェスタが総合公園であるので、そこで走りたかった。けど、調子が悪く、鼻水にくしゃみ・・・・。
Our grup was in charge to collect disused articles today. So I went to our community center for it and worked between seven thirty and nine. After that. I went flying and flew for short time. I couldn' fly long, because I was feeling bad and I had to go shopping. So in the afternoon, I went shopping with my wife to Toyohashi. I bought a jacket for running. At that time, it started rainning. But after I got home, I went to running in the rain. I wanted to run in the comprehensive park. Because the run festeval will be held there. But I felt very bad. I had a running nose and sneeze.
