■2014年02月28日（金）　 Shizuoka marathon
朝は１０キロのラン。その後、小僧を学校へ送って、帰りに駅によって、日曜の豊橋、静岡のキップを買ってきました。仕事後は、静岡へ行ってゼッケンをゲット。日曜に静岡マラソンを走ります。
I went running 10 kms in this morning. After that I took my son to school. After I droped my son, I went to Toyohashi Station and got a train ticket from Toyohashi to Shizuoka for Shizuokamarathon. After work I went to Shizuoka to go through the front desk. I'll run in Shizuoka marathon on Sunday.

■2014年02月27日（木）　 rainning
一日雨で、朝は走りませんでした。その後、小僧は起きてこなかったので、会社へ。その後起きてきたそうで遅刻だったそうです。
It was rainning all day. So I couldn't go running in this morning. After that my son didn't wake up and I left for work. After that my wife took him to school. He was late.

■2014年02月26日（水）　 on time
朝は１０キロのラン。その後、小僧が起きてこなかったので会社へ行きました。まだ今日もテストです。その後起きてきて母ちゃんが送って行きましたが、ギリギリだったそうです。
I went running in this morning 10 kms. After that my son didn't wake up and I left for work. My son has to take tests today too. After that he woke up and my wife take him to school. He was on time.

■2014年02月25日（火）　 my legs
朝は１０キロを走れました。思っていたより良かったです。その後小僧を学校へ送りました。週末までに足を治さないといけない。日曜に静岡マラソンです。
I could run 10 kms in this morning. My legs were better than I thought. After that I took my son to school. I need to knock my legs on the head by this weekend. I'll join Shizuoka marathon on SUnday.

■2014年02月24日（月）　 tests
左足が痛くて、走るのは止めました。朝は小僧を学校へ送りましたが、今日から期末テストです。さあ、進級できるだろうか？？？
I couldn't running today. I still have pains on my left leg. I took my son to school in this morning. He has taken tests in this week. I wonder he can go to the next grade.

■2014年02月23日（日）　 Hamamatsu marathon
母ちゃんに送ってもらって、浜松マラソンに参加してきました。１時間３５分４６秒でマアマアでしたが、走り終わった後、左足が痛い。日曜の静岡マラソンが心配です。
My wife took me to Hamamatsu marathon and I participated in Hamamatsu half marathon. I could run in 1 hour 35 minutes 46 seconds. It was good. But After that I felt pains on left leg. I wonder if I could finsish Shizuoka marathon on Sunday.

■2014年02月22日（土）　 a lot of snow
朝霧へ飛びに行きましたが、愛知は晴れだったけど、向うは曇り。それに先週の大雪で、まだ、積雪が凄かった。パラのバックも忘れて、やる気をなくして、一回飛んだだけでした。
I went paragliding at Asagiri. It was sunny around Aichi but it was cloudy around Asagiri. And it was snowing hard last week around Asagiri. There was a lot of snow. Cloudy was so bad for us and I left a bag for paragliding. I felt bad. I only flew one.

■2014年02月21日（金）　 I was left behind
夕方、娘と小僧は長野へスノボへ出かけました。自分は置いてけぼり。仕方ないので、明日はパラ、明後日は浜松マラソンに参加です。
My son and daughter left for Nagano to snowboad. I was left behind. I'll go paragliding tomorrow and participate in Hamamatsu half marathon the day after tomorrow..

■2014年02月20日（木）　 wake up
朝は休足日。その後小僧が起きなかったので会社へ行きましたが、その後、起きてきて、母ちゃんが連れて行きました。一日仕事ができました。
I didn't go running in this morning. After that my son didn't wake up and I left for work. After I left my son woke up and my wife took him to school. I could work all day.

■2014年02月19日（水）　 on time
朝は１０キロのランその後小僧を学校に連れて行きましたが、時間ピッタリ。ハラハラしました。
I went running 10 kms in this morning. After that I took my son to school. He was just on time. I relived it.

■2014年02月18日（火）　 Hamamatsu marathon
浜松マラソンが日曜にありますが、じいさんが、小僧と娘を連れて長野へスノボへ行くと言っています。自分も行きたいけど、車へ乗れず・・・。ガッカリ。なので、浜松マラソンへ出る予定。
There is Hamamatsu marathon on Sunday. But I want to go snowboading with my son and daughter. My father will take them to Nagano on this week end. But I dodn't have my seat and can't go. I disappointed it. So I'll join Hamamatsu marathon. I went running 10 kms in this morning.

■2014年02月17日（月）　 moon
昨日のランと登山で疲れ気味でしたが、朝は１０キロ走りました。その後、小僧は起きてこなかったので、会社へ。一日仕事ができました。写真は昨日の夜のつきです。
I was tired because of running and hiking up yesterday. But I went running 10 kms in this morning. After that my son didn't woke up and I left for work. I could work all day. the moon was yesterday.

■2014年02月16日（日）　 converting
朝は、まず、２０キロのランニング。その後、カメラを天体用に改造しました。カラーフィルターの除去です。昼からは本宮に登りました。夜に改造したカメラで天体撮影をしましたが、セッティングが悪いのと、ほとんど満月で良い写真は撮れませんでした。
I went running 20 kms in this morning. After that I made alterations one of my camera. I removed a color filter to use it to take astronomical objects. In the after noon I went hiking up Mt hongu. In the evening I took some astronomical objects by the camera. But I couldn't take good photos. Because the moon was almost full moon and bad set up.

■2014年02月15日（土）　 windy
朝は雨が強くてランニングは止め。でも、仕事から帰ってきた後に１０キロ走りました。風が強かった！
It was rainning hard in the morning. I couldn't go running. So After I worked I went running 10 kms. But it was windy.

■2014年02月14日（金）　 rain
朝は雪だったので、走るのは止め。小僧を学校へ送りましたが、車の流れが遅くて、ギリギリ。午前中には雨が雪に変わりました。
It was snowing in this morning and I didn't go running. I took my son to school. But the traffic was slow. He was on the time. The snow changed to rain in the moring.

■2014年02月13日（木）　 transportation
朝は１０キロのラン。小僧が起きなかったので会社へ行きましたが、出た後に起きて、母ちゃんが送って行きました。でも、代わりに娘を豊川駅まで送りました。
I went running 10 kms in this morning. After that I went to work. My son didn't wake up when I was at home. After Ileft he woke up and my wife took him to school. But I returned to home soon and I took my daughter to Toyokawa station.

■2014年02月12日（水）　 usual day
朝は１０キロのラン。その後小僧を送って、一日仕事。
I went running 10 kms in this morning. After that I took my son to school. After that I worked.

■2014年02月11日（火）　 plant
祝日なので、小僧を送っていく必要は無し。一日仕事していました。でも昼に、バラの苗を新しい花壇に植えました。
It was a national holiday today. I didn't need to take my son to school. So I was working all day. But in the noon, I planted the 2 rose seedlings in the new flower bed.

■2014年02月10日（月）　 job hynting
朝は８キロのラン。その後、小僧を学校へ送って行きました。娘は名古屋へ就職活動の説明会。夕方はセブンイレブンでバイトをしてました。
I went running 8 kms in this morning. After that I took my son to school. My daughter went to Nagoya to take part in a seminar for job hunting. In the evening my daughter worked part-time at Seven-Eleven near our house.

■2014年02月09日（日）　 hiking
朝は２０キロのランニング。その後部屋の片づけ。午後からは本宮山を登りました。夕食後はみんなで豊川の中古本屋へ本を買いに行きました。小僧はライトノベルが大好きです。
I went running 20 kms in this morning after that I tiddied my room. In the afternoon I went hiking Mt hongu. After dinner we went shopping used books in Toyokawa. My son likes young-adult fiction.

■2014年02月08日（土）　 rain
休みでしたが、一日、寒くて、雨。走りるのは止めました。一日家にいて、ウルヴァリン: SAMURAIとエリジウムを見ました。たぶん、明日は風が強くて飛べません。走りには行こうと思っています。
I was a day off today. But it was rainning and cold all day. I didn't go running today. I stayed home all day. I watched The Wolverine and Elysium. Maybe it'll be winday tomorrow. I won't go paragliding. But I'll be able to go running.

■2014年02月07日（金）　 counseling
朝は１０キロ走りました。今日は小僧は学校へ行きました。たぶん、昨日の先生からの電話のお陰です。夜はかあちゃんと岡崎までカウンセリングを受けに行ってきました。
I went running 10 kms in this morning. My son went to school today. Maybe because of the phone call from his teacher. In the evening I went to Okazaki with my wife to get counseling. It was good for us.

■2014年02月06日（木）　 roses
朝は１０キロのラン。小僧は今日も学校へ行かずでガッカリ。夕方に先生から電話があって放したようですが、もうあまり休めないようです。
１１月に花壇を作った時に植えようと思ってネットで注文した薔薇が今頃来た・・・。しかも、一番花が咲いた後に植えろと・・・。あと何カ月後だろう・・・。
I went running 10 kms in this early morning. My son didn't go to school today too. We were disappointed it. In the evening there was a phone call for my son from his teacher and he talked with her. Maybe he can't get many off of school. I ordered these roses 2 months ago and I waited for them until now. I wanted to plant them in new flowerbed. But the clerk says "don't plant them until Spring." I disappointed it.

■2014年02月05日（水）　 conviction
今日も小僧は学校へ行かず。ガッカリ。オヤジが来て小僧と話しましたが、ムダだろうなぁ。
My son didn't go to school today too. We were disappointed it. My father came our house and tolked with him. I thought it was no point.

■2014年02月04日（火）　 band
朝は１０キロのラン。小僧は学校へ行かず。ガックリです。娘は長野の白馬へバンドの合宿で３日間いません。
I went running 10 kms in this morning. My son didn't go to school today. We were disappointed it. My daughter left for Hakuba to practice for a band. She'll stay there for 3 days.

■2014年02月03日（月）　 swelling
今日は月曜日でしたが、小僧は学校へ行きました。でも、たぶんストレスで唇が腫れています。大丈夫だろうか？？？Dspite Monday my son went to school. I took him there. But my son has a swelling on his lip. Maybe because of stress. We are worried about it.

■2014年02月02日（日）　 My son's birthday
朝は雨だったので、娘とかあちゃんで豊川へショッピング。その後は１６キロのラン。帰って来てから、映画を一本見ました。夕方は小僧のバースデイパーティ。１７歳です。その後、みんなで温泉へ行きました。
It was rainning in this morning and went shopping with my wife and daughter in Toyokawa. After that I went running 16 kms in afternoon. And then I wathced a movie. In the evening we had my son's birthday party. He turned 17 years old. After that we went to Onsen Hongunoyu.

■2014年02月01日（土）　 Nabananosato
仕事後にかあちゃんと娘と「なばなの里」へ行ってきました。イルミネーションが凄く綺麗でした。
I went to Nabananosato with my wife and daughter after work. The lights were beautiful.
