■2013年07月31日（水）　 preparing for the Australia trip. お盆は仕事で忙しいので、今のうちに時間のかかる物は用意してます。国際免許に、カーナビのオーストラリア地図、旅行保険に、ＡＵドル。もちろん、飛行機のチケットにＥＴＡＳ。ホテルは向うの娘に任せました。後は荷物だけで良いだろうか？？？うーーん。冒険だ。 I'll be busy, while Summer constraction. So before it, I prepare for the Australia trip. I got my international car licens and EATS. I bought travel insurance, car map and air tickes. I exchanged money.

■2013年07月30日（火）　 climbing Mt Turugi まだ疲れが残っている。最近良く寝れない。けど朝は１５キロのランニング。只今、８月１０、１１日で剱岳登山の計画中です。用意しないといけません。I'm still recovering from the race. I haven't been getting enough sleep lately. But I went running 15 km in this morning. We are planning to climb Mt Tsurugi on August 10 and 11. I have to make arrangements for the climbing.

■2013年07月29日（月）　 recovering まだ、レースの疲れがとれないけど、今朝は１１キロ走りました。今日オーストラリアの旅行保険に入って、オーストラリアドルをネットで注文しました。お盆工事の前に準備しておかなくては。 I'm still recovering from the race. But I went running 11 km in this morning. I bought travel insurance for Australia today. And I ordered Australian dollar over the internet. I have to make arrangements for the trip before Obon construction.

■2013年07月28日（日）　 a watering system 八月にオーストラリア旅行で一カ月開けないといけないので、花壇に自動散水装置を取り付けました。良い感じですが、もうちょっと改造しないと・・。オーストラリアへ行って娘に会うのを楽しみにしています。 I installed a watering system in my flower bed. Because we have to leave my house for 9 days in August for Australia trip. The system was very good. But I need to fix it a little. We are looking foward to go to Australia to see my daughter.

■2013年07月27日（土）　 severe muscle ache 筋肉痛が酷くて良く寝れなかった。でも、新城へパラへ行きました。集中できなくて、ぶっ飛びで終わりました。疲れた・・・。 I couldn't sleep well last night, because I had severe muscle ache on both my legs and my boday was hot. But I went paragliding in Shinshiro. I couldn't concentrate because of lack of sleep. I couldn't get any good flights. I was tired more.

■2013年07月26日（金）　 Fuji Mountain Race １時半に富士吉田へ向かいました。８時１０分ぐらいから寝ましたが、一昨日の夜が寝れなかったので、不十分。４時半には到着。７時からレースがスタートしました。４時間２６分４秒でゴール。リミットは４時間半。友達もゴールできて、大喜び！ I left for Fujuyoshida 1:30 am. I went to bed 8:10 last night and I could slept for about 5 hours. But It wasn't enough for me. Because I couldn't sleep well night before last. I could get there at 4:30 am. The race was started at 7. I could make a goal. I finished for 4 hours 26 minutes 4 seconds. The limite was 4 hours 30 minutes. My friend alose made a goal. We were very happy.

■2013年07月25日（木）　 I was sleepy 眠い。昨日の夜、かあちゃんが、小僧のゲームを隠したので、クローゼットから棚からグチャグチャに出して暴れたので、腹が立って寝れなかった。ガックリ・・・。明日は登山レースで夜中に出るけど、コンディションを回復できそうにないです。 I was very sleepy, because last night my wife hided my son's games and he searched them. He messed up every closets and shelves. I was sleepying at that time. But I wake up and I was very angly and couldn't sleepy. We disappointed it. I'll join Mt Fuji Race and I need to leave there early morning. I won't be able to renew myeself in body and spirit.

■2013年07月24日（水）　 Sanshaine coast marathon インターネットしていたら、サンシャインコーストマラソンが丁度開催される時にいるので、ハーフマラソンにエントリーしました。たのしみ！ When I surfed the internet, I found a marathon event in Sunshaincoast. It'll be held when we stay there. I entred the half marathon. I'm looking forward to it.

■2013年07月23日（火）　 rest 朝は五キロ。２度寝して１０キロ走れませんでした。でも、禁ょうに登山競走があるので丁度良い休みです。でも、晴れるだろうか？？？ I ran 5 km in this morning. I fell back to sleep. I couldn't ra 10 km. But it was good because I'll join Mt Fuji race. I need to take a rest. But I'm not sure if it's sunny on Friday.

■2013年07月22日（月）　 race 今日はゆっくり１０キロのランニング。金曜は富士登山競争です。レース前まではあまりハードに走らない予定。なんとかゴールしたいなぁ。 I went running slowy for 10km in this morning. There is a race to the top of Mt Fuji on Friday. I won't run hard before that. I want to make a goal.

■2013年07月21日（日）　 souvenir 朝は偏頭痛で走るのは止め。薬を飲んでパラへ出かけました。一時間のフライト。その後は、ハラハラさんから、オーストラリアのチョコレートをもらって、小幡さんからはカナダのクッキー。それから、すずさんからはスイカ。そしてアッチーは嫁さんが作ったチョコレートマフィン。お腹いっぱいになりました。 I couldn't run in this morning, because I had a headache. I took a medicine for headache and went paragliding. I could fly for an hour. After that Harahara gave us souvenirs of chocolate from Austria, Obata gave us souvenirs of cookies from Canada, Suzu gave us watermelon and Acchi gace us muffins his wife made. We were full.

■2013年07月20日（土）　 running 朝は小僧を送らなくて良くなって時間ができたので１９キロのランニング。会社も久々にいつもの時間に出勤できました。でも、今日は土曜だったので休みたかったなぁ。 I could run 19 km in this morning. I didn't need to take my son to school and I had a lot of time. I could get into office at usual time after long time. But today wa Saturday, I wanted to take a day off.

■2013年07月19日（金）　 the speech day 今日も送りましたが、終業式で最後。明日から夏休みです。ほっとしました。しばらくは送る必要が無いです。 I took my son to school today too. It was the speech day. He'll be in the summer holiday from tomorrow. I relive it. I don't need to take him to school for a while.

■2013年07月18日（木）　 tplanning summer vacation 朝は眠たかったので走るのは止め。昨日の夜、娘とスカイプしていました。オーストラリア旅行を計画中です。今日も朝は小僧を学校へ送りました。 I didn't go running in this morning, because I was sleepy. Last night my daughter skyped my wife and me. We are planning about a trip to Australia. I took my son to school in this morning too.

■2013年07月17日（水）　 additional tests. 午後から母ちゃんと、小僧の学校へ行って、先生と面談をしてきました。７個の１で、進級したいなら、追試を受けないといけません。進級したいと言っていますが、勉強できるのだろうか？？？？ I went to my son's school in afternoon with my wife and met his teacher. My son got 7 failing grades. If he want to go to the next grade, he have to pass additional tests. I don't know if he can study. But He wants to to go to the next grade.

■2013年07月16日（火）　 flunk tests 小僧は休み。ガックリでした。かあちゃんは泣いてる・・・。小僧は、まったくいうことを聞いてくれません。卒業できないと思っています。午後に先生から連絡があって、７個の１。明日は保護者会なので、行ってこようと思うが、小僧は追試が受けられるだろうか？？？ My son didn't go to school today. We were to sorry. My wife was crying. He didn't hear me at all. We guessed he won't graduate high school. Afternoon his teacher called us. He flunk 7 classes. But we didn't suprised it. Now we were wondering if he can take additional tests. There is a parent meeting tomorrow. I'll go to his school and take it.

2013年07月15日（月）　 疲れて朝は走りたくなかった所に雨・・。ラッキー。走らず。けど今日は祝日でしたが、仕事でした。 I didn't want to run in this morning, because of I was tired. At that time it was rainning hard. I was lucky. I didn't do that. It was a national holiday but I had to work today.

■2013年07月14日（日）　 cleanup day 朝早くは部屋の掃除。その後、組の行事で言えの前の道掃除。それから、車を洗って、庭に除草剤をまきました。午後はやる事が無くて英語を家で見ていました。 I cleaned my room in ealy morning. After that I sweeped a street near our house with my neighbors. because of a cleanup day. And then I washed my car ans sprayed the weeds with a weed killer in my garden. Afternoon I was nothing to do. So I watched a movie at home.

■2013年07月13日（土）　 climbing Mt Fuji 金曜の夜から御殿場口スタートで富士山を登ってきました。朝の８時前には下りれたので、朝霧へパラ。けど曇りでぶっ飛び。疲れました。 I started to climb Mt Fuji from Gotenba last night. I got the top in this morning. I walked down at the goal before 8 oc'lock. So I went paragliding in Asagiri. But the weather was cloudy. So I only flew down. I was very tired.

■2013年07月12日（金）　 not fine 今日も暑い。朝は１０キロのラン。週末は富士山へトレイニングへ行きたいところです。今日も小僧を豊橋駅まで送りましたが、調子は悪そうです。 It was hot today too. I went running 10 km. I want to train in Mt Fuji this weekend. I took my son to Toyohashi Station today too. He looked like bad.

■2013年07月11日（木）　 It was too hot today. 今朝は休足日でランは無し。小僧は作夜、眠れなかったようで休みかと思いましたが、起きました。でも、電車は乗り遅れたので、豊橋駅まで送って行きました。 I didn't go running in this morning. It was rest day. My son coldn't sleep well last night. We thought he would be absent today. My wife didn't make his lunch box. But he got up and misssed the train. I took him to Toyohashi Station.

■2013年07月10日（水）　 It was hot today too. 今日も暑い。朝はランニングしましたが、疲れていてのんびり走りました。小僧は電車に乗り遅れて、仕方ないので豊橋駅まで送って行きました。でも今日もクラスマッチで授業は無し。それでもおくらないといけないのだろうか？？？ It was hot today too. I went runing in this morning. But I ran slowly because I was tired. My son missed the train. I took him to Toyohashi station. But he didn't have any classes today too. There are class matches today too. Should I have to take him to school?

■2013年07月09日（火）　 class match 小僧は今日は学校へ行きましたが、クライマッチで授業は無し。ソフトボールの選手らしいけど、暑かっただろうに。大丈夫だったろうか？ My son went to school today. But he don't need to take classes. There were class matches today. He was a soft baseball player. It was very hot today. I don't know if he is fine.

■2013年07月08日（月）　 My son 小僧は休み。学校へ行けれません。追試がありました。ガックリです。病んでいます。かといってなにもしてやれない。進級もできない気がしています。 My son didn't go school today. He can't go to school. Today he had a makeup exam. We disappointed it. He has a ill like depression. We can't help him. I guess he fail to advance to the next grade.

■2013年07月07日（日）　 The Star Festival 小僧は岩田球場へテニスの大会へ行きました。それで昨日部活へ行ったんだ。けど一回戦負け。最近は練習もしていないので勝てるわけがない。自分は３４キロ走って、パラにカヤック。ダイハードも見ました。夜は七夕。天の川の撮影をしました。 My son went to Iwata srudium for a tennis tournament. I've got it. The rason he went to school yesterday was it. But he lost the first game. I didn't think he won. Because he couldn't practice it these days. Today I went running 34 km, paragliding, kayaking and I watched a blue ray Die Hard. Tonight was The Star Festival. The photo is milkey way from my house.

■2013年07月06日（土）　 tennis. 小僧はテストが午前中あるのに、休みました。ガックリ。でも午後からの部活で学校へ行きました。良い事だとは思います。 My son didn't go school in this morning. He had tests in this morning. I was disappointed it. But the afternoon he went to school for tennis club. It was good for him, I thought.

■2013年07月05日（金）　 My son 小僧は朝電車に乗り遅れましたが、仕事が忙しかったので学校へ連れて行きませんでした。休みです。情けない・・・。 My son missed the train in this morning. I didn't take him to school today. Because I was busy with my work. He was absent today. I think he was pathetic.

■2013年07月04日（木）　 My daughter 眠過ごして、朝は５キロしか走れませんでした。良いニュースが入りました。娘が今の英語のコースを合格して、次からは普通の授業を受けれるそうです。もし落ちたら、大学からもらった留学費を返さないといけない所だった。ラッキー。 I overslept in this morning. I only ran 5 km. It was rainning all day today. We got a good news. My daughter passed an English language coruse. She can go next class. If she fail it, we had to pay back money that we got from her unversity. We are happy.

■2013年07月03日（水）　 rain 朝は雨が降って無くて、走れました。でも、その後雨が降り出したのでラッキーでした。明日は雨だと思う。 it was not raining in this morning. I could go running. But after that it started raining. I was luckey. But It'll rain tomorrow.

■2013年07月02日（火）　 the final tests 今朝は１０キロのランでしたが、まだ、少し筋肉痛があるので足が重たかった。小僧は、まだテストなので学校へ行っています。でも、勉強はできません。たぶん赤点をたくさんとってくると思う。 I went running 10km with heavy legs. I still have a little mascle ache on both legs. My son still have some tests and goes to school. But he can't study at all. maybe he'll fail some tests.

■2013年07月01日（月）　 muscle aches 酷くはありませんが、両足筋肉痛で、朝は走るのは止めました。でも、明日は走ります。今日は一日仕事で機会を組み立てていました。 I didn't go runing in this morning. Because I have muscle aches on both legs. But it was not terrible. I can go runing tomorrow. I build a machine for work all day today.
