■2013年10月31日（木）　 Flowerbed No2 日曜から第２花壇を制作中。ほとんどできていますが、枠が欲しいなぁ。お金も無いので、かあちゃんに頼みこんでいます。朝は２０キロのラン。小僧は今日も行きませんでした。 I have been makeing flowerbed no2 since last Sunday. It is about done. But I want retaining walls. I don't have enought money. I'm sorry. I asked my wife to buy them. In this morning I went running 20 kms. My son didn't go to school today too.

■2013年10月30日（水）　 New sofas 朝は休足日で走りに行かず。小僧は今日も学校へ行きませんでした。夕方に新しいそふぁが届いて、自分が帰った時には小僧がセットしてくれてありました。只今、リビングの模様替え中です。 In this morning I didn't go running. It was a rest day for my legs. My son didn't go to school today too. In the evening new sofas was delivered. When I got home my son changed the sofas! We're reorganizing the living room.

■2013年10月29日（火）　 24th wedding anniversary ２４回目の結婚記念日にバラの苗を買ってきました。けど、小僧は学校に行けずで、二人ともご機嫌斜め。と言うことで、御馳走は無しでした。 It was 24th wedding anniversary today. I gave my wife a rose seedling. But my wife felt bad, because my son couldn't go to school. So no party. I was sorry.

■2013年10月28日（月）　 New TV 不良品のテレビが別の新しい物と交換されました。大きくて、テレビボードに入らないので、なんとか、解体して、置きました。新しいテレビボードが欲しいなぁ。 The defective TV was changed new one. We were happy. It's big I couldn't set it on the Television rack. Because it was small. I broke up upper it and I could set it. But we want a new television rack.

■2013年10月27日（日）　 a busy day 朝早くは３０キロのランニング。その後は新しいテレビが届きました。その後は川路運動会。帰ってきて、すぐに休耕田の田耕し。夜にテレビを見ていると急に止まって、その後、見れませんでした。不良品・・。すぐに電話すると、明日変えてくれることになりました。 In the early morning I went running 30 kms. After that new Tv was delivered. And then I joined Kawaji sports festivaltive. After I got home, I went plowing my rice fieled. In the evening when I wathced TV, it was stopped suddenly. After that I couldn't watch TV and it was a defective. I called Yamada Denki soon. It'll change a new one tomorrow.

■2013年10月26日（土）　 TV 台風は午前中に通過。午前中はゴーストライダーを見ていました。昼からは、小僧が夜遅くにテレビを見ないと約束したので、かあちゃんと豊橋へテレビを買いに行きました。明日の配達です。 The typhoon passed around here in the morning. I wathced Goast Rider in the morning. In the afternoon I went to Toyohashi to buy TV with my wife. My son pomised to wathc TV late every night. It will be delivered Tomorrow.

■2013年10月25日（金）　 The typhoon 台風が来ていますが、テレビもないのでどこにいるの個さっぱり分かりません。朝はランニングして、小僧を送った後は、仕事でした。明日は台風で、とこも行けそうにないです。 The typhoon is comming. But I don't know where it is. We don't have any TVs or informations. In this morning I went running. After that I took my son to school. And then I went to work. I won't be able to go somewhere tomorrow because of the tyhoon.

■2013年10月24日（木）　 sleepy 朝は１２キロのランニング。朝は小僧を学校まで送って行きましたが、寝むそう。夜、何していたんだろう？？ただいま来月の神戸マラソンで泊まるホテルを探し中。 I went running 12 km in this morning. After that I took my son to school. He looked sleepy. I didn't know what he was doing in the night. I'm looking for a hotel when I join Kobe marathon next month.

■2013年10月23日（水）　 transmitter 朝は２０キロのランニング。その後小僧を豊橋駅まで送りました。今週は学校へ行っていますが、毎日送らないといけないから、疲れる。只今、２個台風が日本に接近中です。 I went running 20 km in this morning. After that I took my son to Toyohashi station. He has been to school this week. But I have to take him to Toyohashi every day. It's hard work. Two typhoon are approaching to Japan now.

■2013年10月22日（火）　 rainning 朝は１５キロのランニング。小僧は遅れたので、今日は学校まで送って行きました。朝早く以外は一日雨でした。 I went running 15 km in this morning. After that my son was late. So I took my son too school today. It was raiining all day today without early morning.

■2013年10月21日（月）　 allowance 小僧は学校へ行きましたが、もちろん、豊橋駅まで送りました。出発するときに、小遣いをくれって言ってきましたが、２００円しか渡さなかった・・・。怒っていました。 My son went to school today. Of course I took him to Toyohashi station. When we left, he asked us for money. We only gave him 200 yen. He was angly.

■2013年10月20日（日）　 rain 川路の運動会がありましたが、雨で日曜に延期。次の日曜に出ないといけなくなってガックリ。朝は雨の中１０キロ走りました。その後、ゴーストライダーを見て、昼からはララポートと豊橋のニチリへ買い物へ出かけました。夕方は小僧を豊川までテニススクールへ送りました。 There was Kawaji Sports Fesitval today. But It was postponed because of the rain. We have to join next Sunday. I disappointed it. I went running 10 km in this morning in the rain. After that I wathced Goast Rider. In the afternoong I went shopping with my wife to Rara Port in Iwata and Nitori in Toyohashi. In the evening I took my son to Toyokawa for tennis school.

■2013年10月19日（土）　 usual day 一日仕事で朝は１０キロのランニング。今日は土曜で休みだったので、小僧は学校へは行きませんでした。 I was working all day today. In this morning I went running 10 km. It's Ssturday and a holiday today. So my son didin't need to go to sachool.

■2013年10月18日（金）　 reading glasses 朝は１３キロのランニング。昨日１００エンショップで２．０，２．５、１．５を買ってきて、１．５が丁度良いのですが、呼んだ後目がやたら疲れます。 I went running 13km in this morning. I bought 2.0, 1.5 and 2.5 reading glasses at a hundred-yen store and tried on them. I chosed the 1.5. I can read books. But After that I got eye strain.

■2013年10月17日（木）　 After long time 小僧が久々に学校へ行きました。先週は行かなかった。今日の授業はテストで、全部悪かったと思う。学校へ行くのが良い事か分かりませんが、とにかく、送って行かないといけない。 My son went to school today after long time. He didn't go to school last week. Todays classes were all tests. Maybe he made bad scores. I don't know if he goes to school is good or not for him. Anyway I'll have to take him to school or Toyohashi station.

■2013年10月16日（水）　 Typhoon 台風が夜にこの辺りを通過していきました。テレビがないので情報がまったくわかりません。仕事に行きましたが、小僧は今日も行かないだろうと思って起さず。自分が出た後に、学校へ行こうと起きたが、台風で閉鎖でした。 Typhoon passed around here last night. But we didn't know about it, because we didn't have any TV. I went to work. We didn't wake my son up. We gueesed my son couldn't go to school today neither. After I left for work. He woke up and tryed to go to school. But today It was closed because of the typhoon.

■2013年10月15日（火）　 diarrhea 熱が下がりましたが、下痢は継続中。今日は小僧がテストなのに学校へ行けれずに騒動でした。家でゆっくりしたかったですが、できず。 My fever went down, but I still have diarrhea. But today we had a big problem. My son had tests today. He couldn't go to school. I wanted to relax at home today, but couldn't.

■2013年10月14日（月）　 fever 仕事へ行きましたが、調子が悪く、体温を計ると３８．５度。仕事を止めて家へ帰って、病院へ行きました。夜中には３９．１度まで上がりました。それに酷い下痢。 I went work today. But I felt bad. I take my temperature. It was 38.5. I stopped working and went home back. And then I went clinic. In tonight my body temperature rised up 39.1. And I had diarrhea.

■2013年10月13日（日）　 traversing Three Mountains of Shirane 白峰三山縦走でした。写真は日本で４番目の高さの間ノ岳今日も山頂付近は風が強く、寒かった。 We traversed Three Mountains of Shirane. Photo is Mt Ainodake where is the 4th highest mountain in Japan. It was very cold and windy around the top of mauntains.

■2013年10月12日（土）　 Mt Kitadake 北岳を登りました。日本で２番目の山の高さ。北岳山荘に泊まりました。強風で下が天気は良かった！ We climbed Mt Kitadake where is the second highest mountain in Japan. We stayed Kitadake mountain retreat. it was very strong windy. But it was sunny.

■2013年10月11日（金）　 Living for South Alps 明日の午前一時に南アルプスへ出発です。８時ぐらいに寝ましたが、かあちゃんに起されました。小僧が僕の携帯のゲームで遊んでいたのが気に入らなく、とり上げれなかったので、大変。またもに寝れませんでした。ちなみに今日も学校は休み。 I'm living for South Alps around 1 am. I went bed ealry arounf8 o'clock. But my wife woke me up. My son took my celphone and playing games. She was hite it and couldn't get away it. So I couldn't sleep well. He couldn't go to school today too.

■2013年10月10日（木）　 No internet テレビ、パソコン、アイパッドにノートパソコンを捨てて、ネットはキャンセル。スマホも止めて、ネットができない携帯にしました。今日から、家でネットはできません。 I threw away TV, cmputers, Ipad and notebook. and then I bought my new cellphone and threw away my smartphone .Because my son is addicted to the Internet. I canceled all Internet accesses today We don't have an Internet connection at home from today.

■2013年10月09日（水）　 counseling 友達の紹介でカウンセリングを受けてきました。彼を信じることに決めました。 My wife and I got counseling. My friend introduced me to the counselor. We decided to believe him.

■2013年10月08日（火）　 My son 今日も休み。来週テストがあるので、プレッシャーを受けてるようです。 My son absent today too. There are tests next week. He feels pressure.

■2013年10月07日（月）　 Andromeda Galaxy 小僧君今日も学校へ行きけれませんでした。大丈夫なのか分からないけど、このまま続くと卒業ができないかもと、心配しています。写真は昨日の夜に天体望遠鏡を使って撮影したアンドロメダ銀河。 My son couldn't go to school today neither. I don't know if he is OK or not. But If he keep it, He won't graduate. We are afraid of it. I tryed to take Andromeda Galaxy yesterday last night through my astrometric telescope.

■2013年10月06日（日）　 paragliding 捻挫して以来、初の３０キロを走る事ができました。その後はパラ。２時間のフライトで楽しめました。 I could run 30 km for the first time since l twisted. After that I went paragliding at Shinshiro. I could fly for2 hours. We had a good time.

■2013年10月05日（土）　 school 今日は、来年入りたい中学生が、小僧の学校に見学に来るので行きました。母ちゃんが連れて行ってくれたのでいつもの時間に出勤。小僧は調子が良いのかよくわかりません。 Today my son's school was open. Because jonior students who want to enter the school came to view. My wife took my son to school instead me today. So I could go to work at usual time. I don't know if my son feels good or not.

■2013年10月04日（金）　 take my son to school 朝は２０キロのラン。その後小僧を豊志は駅まで。電車で行ってくれなくなりました。急いで豊橋駅か学校まで送るのはツライ。 I went running 20 km in this morning. After that I took my son to Totohashi station. He didn't go to school by train. It's hard work to take him to Toyohashi station or school in a hurry.

■2013年10月03日（木）　 Andromeda Galaxy 昨日の夜はアンドロメダを撮ってみましたが、イマイチな写真でした。朝は１５キロのランニング。小僧はまた休み。ガックリ。 I took Andromeda Galaxy last night by my camera. I think the photo is not good. I'll try it again. I went running 15 km in this morning. My son absent from school tday. I disappointed it.

■2013年10月02日（水）　 compensation day 今朝は２０キロはしれました。小僧は次の土曜の代休で休みだったので、送る必要はありませんでした。遅刻もせずに一日仕事。小僧は一日ライトノベルを読んでいました。 I could go running 20 km in this morning. I didn't need to take my so to school. It was the day off to make up for next Saturday. So I wasn't late for work and could work all day. My son read young-adult fictions all day.

■2013年10月01日（火）　 Starbucks 朝は１５キロのランニング。その後、小僧を豊橋駅まで送りました。毎回、スターバックスの前に下ろしますが、そのたびにコーヒー。小遣いが無くなります。 I went running 15 km in this morning. After that I took my son to Toyohashi station. He gets off my car in fronto of Starbucks. So I cant drink coffee each time. But I lose my allowance by the moment.
