■2010年01月31日（日）　 I could fly 朝霧高原へ飛びに行きました。昨日は飛びに行く気がなかったけど、数名飛びたかったので、付き合って行きました。でも、天気予報が外れ。みんな長時間飛んで楽しみました。自分は３時間。 I went flying to Asagiri plateau. I didn't feel going fly yesterday. But a few friends wanted flying. So I went with them. But the weather forecast was off the mark. We could fly for long time. We had a good time. I could fly for 3 hours.

■2010年01月30日（土）　 I was working. 仕事をしていました。天気も良かった。パラ友達は沢山飛んだと思う。けど明日は曇りで飛びに行く気がありません。今日はワイヤーカットの機械を教えてもらいました。たぶん、来週から使えると思う。 I was working. But it was a beautiful day. So I guess my friends for paragliding were flying for much hours. But it will be cloudy tomorrow. So I don't feel going flying tomorrow. Today a man taught me the wire cut machine. Maybe I could use the machine from next week.

■2010年01月29日（金）　 My left foot 左足が良くなっています。走れる気がします。けど今週は止めです。月曜から走ろうと思います。その時痛むとかなり落ち込みそう。早く走りたい。 My left foot is getting better. I'm thinking I can go running. But I won't go running in this week. I'll do that next Monday. If the toe hurts at that time, I'm disappointed it. I hope to go running soon.

■2010年01月28日（木）　 English 英会話へ行きました。３年通いました。けど最近、全然上達しません。海外旅行の予定も無いので、やる気がありません。けど今年は長野でパラの大きい大会があるので、そこへ行って、外人フライヤーと話そうと思っています。 I went to the conversation school. I have studed at the school for 3 years. But I can't improve my English these days. I don't have any plan to travel abroad. So I don't feel like studying. But this year, a big paraglider competition will be held in Nagano. I'm thinking I'll go there and try to talk with some forigner pilots.

■2010年01月27日（水）　 I worked in Toyokawa. 今日は以前買った、豊川の工場で働いていました。２０年ぐらい前にそこで働いていました。けど、機械の使い方を忘れた・・・・。でも、そこで働いていた人が教えてくれて、使って、何個か部品を作りました。 Today I was working in the factory where our company bought before. I worked there about 20 years ago. But I forget how to use the machines which I used at that time. But a man who worked there taught me how to use them. I have used them and made some parts.

■2010年01月26日（火）　 sewing パラのハーネスを縫いました。調子が悪かったので、いくつかのパーツを付けて改良しました。一人で縫えなかったのでかあちゃんに手伝ってもらいました。２時間。今週末それを使うのを楽しみにしています。 I sewed my harness for paragliding. Because I was n't comfortable it. So I sewed some parts on it and refined it. But I couldn't do that my self. So My wife helped me. We did that for 2 hours. I'm looking forward to using it on this weekend.

■2010年01月25日（月）　 new inserts 新しいインソールを接骨院で買いました、オーダーメイドで高い。１６０００円。左足の動きが悪いので買うことに決めました。仕事が汚いですが、今日仕事中に使いました。けど足には良いとおもう。でも、そのお陰で、足が良くなっているかは不明です。 I bought new inserts for running at the orthopedic clinic. These are custom-made. It's very expensive, 16000 yen. My left leg movements are very bad. So I decided to buy them. Although my work was too dirty, I used them while work today. But I think the inserts are very good for my left leg. But I don't know, my leg is getting well, because of them.

■2010年01月24日（日）　 Flying again また、朝霧へ行って３時間飛びました。楽しみました。帰ってきて、かあちゃんと新しい食べもの屋へ夕食を食べに行きました。建物は綺麗、込んでいました。食べものも美味い。エビフライを食べました。大好物です。 I went to flying to Asagiri plateau again and I flew for 3 hours again. I had a good time again. After I got home, I went eating dinner with my wife to a new restaurant. It was a very beautiful building and crowded. The food was good. I ate fried shrimp. I love it.

■2010年01月23日（土）　 Flying 朝霧へ飛びに行って３時間飛びました。グットコンディション。帰ってきた後に、家と自分の部屋を掃除しました。物置部屋と倉庫を綺麗にしないといけない。でも、毎週末飛びに行って時間がありません。 I went to flying to Asagiri plateau. It was a very good condition. I flew for 3 hours. After I got home, I cleaned my room and home. But I need to clean a lumber room and a warehouse. I don't have time to do that, because I go flying every weekend.

■2010年01月22日（金）　 our warehouse スノボー用品をネットで売りました。倉庫がいっぱいで、子供が小さいときに使ったスノボー用品やらいろいろ入っています。いらないものは捨てて、いるものは整理を少しづつしています。直ぐにできません。暇な時にやっています。 I sold my snowboard implements on e-bay. Because our warehouse is full. It had a lot of stuff and snowboard implements which my children used they were little. I have thrown away what we didn't need, I have tidyed what we needed a little by little. I can't cleand the warehouse soon. But I'm trying to do it, when I have a time.

■2010年01月21日（木）　 conversation 英会話で熟語を習いました。うんざり、我慢できないなどです。走れないのにうんざりです。また、足が悪くなっています。走らないことにしました。会社で寒すぎ、我慢できません。景気が悪くて、大きいエアコンも使えん。 I learned ideoms in the conversation. They were " be fed up with" or " stand ing" or samthing. I'm fed up with not running. My toe is getting worse again. So I decided not to go running. I can't stand this cold in the factory. We are in the bad economy, so we can't use big air conditioners.

■2010年01月20日（水）　 He was sleeping. 家に帰ったら小僧は寝ていました。スキーから帰ってきました。話すこともできなかった。起きたら直ぐにベット。けど、楽しんできたようです。 帰ってきたとき、娘も家にいました。テニスが３日間ぐらいできません。クラスで１２人ぐらい休みで、インフルエンザか何か。クラブは中止だけど、まだ、学級閉鎖にはなりません。気をつけないと。 When I got home, my son was sleeping in Kotatsu. He was baked from skiing. I couldn't talk with him about Skiing. When he waked up, he went to bed. But he seemed to enjoyed it. When I got home, my daughter was in home to. She haven't play tennis for 3 days. Because about 12 students in her class are absent. They have influenza or something. Their clubs are canceled now. Her class is not closed yet. We have to concern about it.

■2010年01月19日（火）　 Run 昨日から走り始めました。昨日と今日４キロづつ歩いたり走ったり。段々左足の裏が良くなってきてたので。けど走った時なにか変です。らまま毎日走っていいのか分かりません。でも、今週は走ります。 小僧がいなかったので今日は家が静かでした。小僧がいると、かあちゃんがいるといつも叫んでます。静かでよかった。けど明日帰ってきます。 I started to go running from yesterday. I ran and walked for 4 kilkometers yesterday and today. Since my left toe was getting better. But I have something wrrong with my toe, when I ran. I'm not sure that I keep running everyday. Anyway I'll go running this week. It was so quiet, because my son wasn't in home. When he is home, my wife always shout at him. I could relaxed. But he is coming here tomorrow.

■2010年01月18日（月）　 school trip 小僧が学校のスキーで岐阜へ出発しました。楽しみにしていました。スノボーをやる前は、スキーを良くやっていて、上手かった。けど、今はスキーはしません。できるか心配していました。たぶん、かっこいい所を見せたいと思う。スキー期間は天気が良さそう。水曜に帰ってきます。 My son left for Gifu for his school trip skiing. He was looking foward to skiing. Before he snowbard, he used to ski. He was good at skiing. But now he doesn't ski. So he worried if he ski well or not. Maybe I thought he desired to look cool himself. The weather will be fine while the trip. He'll get home this Wednesday.

■2010年01月17日（日）　 Flying 朝霧高原へ飛びに行ってきました。新城マラソン予定でしたが、まだ、足が痛くて走れません。なので飛びです。３時間半のフライト。グットコンディション。みんな楽しみました。冬の朝霧は良いです。でも、無茶苦茶寒い。 I went flying to Asagiri plateau. I was supposed to join Shinshiro marathon, But I couldn't, Because of the pain on my left toe. I still have the pain. So today, I went flying. It was a good condition. I flew for 3 and half an hour. We all had enjopyed it. In the winter Asagiri is very good condition to fly. But it was very very cold.

■2010年01月16日（土）　 wire-electrical discharge machine ある人がワイヤーの放電加工の使い方を教えてくれました。使った事がありません。会社で古い機械を買ったので、自分が使わないといけない。初めてなので難しい。でも時間があるし、その仕事が無いので、焦る必要がありません。 A man taught me how to use about a wire-electrical discharge machine. I haven't use it. My company bought an old one. I have to use it. I thought it difficult for me, it was the first time to use it. But I have a long time. There's no need to rush it. Becuase we don't have work to use it.

■2010年01月15日（金）　 an orthopedic clinic 接骨院へ行ってきました。その先生は足の先生でもあります。足を見てくれました。左足の動きが悪いって言われました。たぶん、骨折のせい。次回、イナソールを作ってくれます。１５０００円。高い！効く事に期待、 I went to see a doctor an orthopedic clinic. He is also a foot doctor. I had the doctor look at my foot. He said my left feet action was too bad. Maybe because of the broken. He'll make my inserts form me next time. It cost 15000 yen and too expensive. I hope that they work well.

■2010年01月14日（木）　 It was cold. 今日は寒い。けど英会話へ行ってきました。今日の授業は熟語。熟語は嫌いです。ミエコがリクエストしました。単語でさえ覚えれないのに、熟語なんて・・・。けど覚えようとしました。一つ覚えました。ゴーバナナ。狂うって意味です。 It was cold today. But I went to the conversation school. Today's lesson was ideom. Mieko requested it at the last class. But I don't like ideom. It is difficult even to learn words for me. So I won't memory ideoms. But I tryed to remember some ideoms. I remembered one of them "people go bananas". It is crazy and become very excited.

■2010年01月13日（水）　 Cards 夜にトランプを家族でやりました。珍しい。娘が言いだしっぺです。大富豪ゲーム。久しぶりのトランプです。子供が小学生の時ぐらいにやったと思う。美味くなっていました。毎回は勝てませんでした。時々やるのは良いかと思いました。 Our family had games of cards in the evening. It was rare. My daughter asked us to play cards. So we played millionaire. I thought we played cards after long time. I thought we played cards when they were elementary students. I thought they improved it. I couldn't won every time. I thoguht it was good to play it sometimes.

■2010年01月12日（火）　 my toe まだ、足裏痛で走れないし、まともに歩けません。けど今日は痛みがなくなって来ていると思いました。けど、もし今日走ったら、また痛くなると思ったので、今週は走らないことにしました。 I haven't run yet and I haven't walked correctly yet. But I think I feel the pain is leaving today. But I think if I ran today, I'll get felt increase of the pain. I decided not to run in this week.

■2010年01月11日（月）　 a kite ３連休の最後。曇りで誰も飛びに来ませんでした。飛べないときは大抵、沢山走っていましたが、まだ足が痛くて走れません。良くなっていきません。今日はパラの道具の掃除、その後、ブルーレイを２本見ました。最新のハリーポッターとトランスフォマー２。その後、凧を作りました。小僧の冬休みの宿題です。１つ作ったんですが、とても飛びそうにない。もう一つ作り直させて、手伝いました。けど、ほとんど自分が作りました。たぶん沢山飛ぶと思う。 It was the last day for the three days off in a row. It was clowdy. So noone came flying in Shinshiro. When I don't fly, Ordinarily I run a lot, but I couldn't. Because I still have the pain on my left toe. It haven't gotten better. Today I cleaned my paragliding gears. And then I watched two blue ray, the latest Harry Potter and Transformer 2. After that, I made a kite for my son's winter home work. He made one, but it seemed not to fly. So I had my son make another one again and I helped him. But I almost made it. I think it would fly a lot.

■2010年01月10日（日）　 Asgiri again また、朝霧へ飛びに行きました。今日も冬型の気圧配置。今日も良いと思いました。２時間以上のフライト。みんな楽しみました。明日は天気が悪そうなので朝霧は止め予定。新城にいます。家の掃除か、風がいいなら新城で飛びます。 I went flying to Asagiri again. It was a wintry atmospheric pressure today too. I also thought it would be a good condition. I flew for over 2 hours. We had a very good time. It will be a bad weather tomorrow. So we decided not to go flying in Asagiri. So I'll stay in Shinshiro. I'll clean my room or If it would be good wind, I'll fly in Shinshiro.

■2010年01月09日（土）　 A good flight 今週末は３連休。今日からスタート。飛びたかった。今日は冬型です。朝霧のエリアはバッチリだと思いました。思ったとおりバッチリ。３時間以上のフライト。富士山が綺麗でした。 This week end is three days off in a row and it started. So I wanted to fly. Today was a wintry atmospheric pressure. I thought Asagiri plateau area would be very good. So I went flying there. It was very good condition I thought. I could fly for over 3 hours. Mt. Fuji wa very beautiful.

■2010年01月08日（金）　 A new toilet seat 家に２箇所トイレがありますが、片方、壊れました。いつも熱い。座ると熱すぎ。今日ネットで注文しておいた新しいのが届きました。直ぐに取り付け。良いです。ドアは自動。部屋に入ると瞬間に暖かくなります。気に入りました。 My house has two toile rooms. One of toilet seat doesn't work correctly. It was always very hot. When I sit down on it, I felt too hot. Today, a new toilet seat arrived that I ordered over the internet before. I set it soon. It was very good. It has a automatic door. When I enter the room, it becomes warm in a twinkle. That is an energy saving. I love it.

■2010年01月07日（木）　 School begins 小僧は今日から学校が始まったので学校へ行きました。いきなりテスト。たぶん、できなかったと思う。夕方英会話へ行きました。一時止めていたミエコが参加しました。久しぶりに話しました。とにかく、今年も英語を頑張ろう。 My son went to school today and it started. First he took tests. Maybe he couldn't do very well on his tests. In this evening I went to the conversation school. Mieko who took a momentary rest joined us today. We talked with her after long time. Anyway I'll try to improve my English this year.

■2010年01月06日（水）　 I was working. 昨日から仕事です。けどそんなに沢山仕事が無いので病院へいけます。今日は前に頼んでおいたファンヒーターが届きました。直ぐに使いました。前野は動かなくなって朝使えませんでした。明日からは朝、暖かい部屋でトレーニングできます。 I have worked since yesterday. But I don't have much job. I can go to see a doctor. Today a new fan heater arrived that I ordered before. I used it soon. Last one doesn't work. So I couldn't use it in the morning. I can use new one from tomorrow, when I train in my roon in the morning.

■2010年01月05日（火）　 an orthopedic clinic 接骨院へ行きました。足の専門医です。けど、いつも混んでいるので嫌いです。電気、磁気、光治療をしてくれて、バンテージをしてくれました。けど、良くなっていくのだろうか？？？？ I wnet to see a doctor an orthopedic clinic. The doctor is a pedicurist. But I don't like the clinic. Because it is always full. He cured my toe electrical cure, magnetic therapy and laser photodynamic therapy. And he put an ankle bandage on the toe. But I'm wondering my toe can get better.

■2010年01月04日（月）　 an orthopedic surgery また、朝霧へ行きました。今日は渋滞にはまりませんでした。早く着いたけど、天気が酷かった。期待していましたが、雪がチラチラ。２時ぐらいに家へ帰りました。去年できなかった、田圃を起こして、その後、左足が少し腫れてきていたので、整形外科へ行きました。骨は異常なかったけど、先生がくれた薬が、皮膚の薬。信用できん・・・。 We went to Asagiri again. But we didn't stuck in any heavy traffic jams. We could get there early, but the weather was terrble. We had expected to fly long time, but it was snowy lightly. So I could get home before 2 p.m. I could plowed a rice field, where I couldn't do that last year. Next I went to see a doctor an orthopedic surgery. Because my left toe is swollen a little. The bone was good. But the doctor gave me a pain relief rub for skin. So I couldn't believe him.

■2010年01月03日（日）　 Flying 朝早くに朝霧へ飛びに行きました。けど、友達が集合場所に来ない。すでに何ヶ所か渋滞。朝霧に５時間かかって到着。もう沢山飛んでいました。でも１時間４０分のフライトができて、楽しめました。 I went flying to Asagiri plateau early morning. But My friends didn't arrive at the designated meeting place in time. Because there was already some heavy traffic jams. We traveled for 5 hours. It usual takes 2 hours and thirty minutes. When we got there, other friends were already flying. But I could fly for one hour and forty minutes. I could have a good time.

■2010年01月02日（土）　 snowboading かあちゃんと、妹をぬかして、一日スノーボード。ど寒い。ゲレンデは新雪でした。５時までやって、家へ帰りました。着いたのが１２時ごろ。眠い。写真は子供達。みんなは楽しんだようでした。 We were snowboading all day without my wife and my sister. It was very cold. The fields were fresh powder. We snowboaded until 5 o'clock and then we left for home. We got home around 12. I was very sleepy. The picture is our children. They had a very good time.

■2010年01月01日（金）　 Happy new year 雪でした。長野へスノボーへ行く予定でした。高速が止まっていたので、飯田まで下道。１２時前ごろ出て５時位に着きました。ご飯を食べた後にナイターでスノーボード。けど、左足がだんだん痛くなってきました。 It was snowy. We were going to Nagano to snowboard. The high way was stopped. So we went there on a general road to Iida. We left beforw around noon and we got there 5 p.m. After dinner, we snowboad in a night. But my left toe got gradually worse.
