■2012年01月31日（火）　 It was cold too.
今日も寒かった。天気予報は今週は寒いと予測しています。朝走るのが辛そう。今朝は休足日で走りませんでした。
It was cold today too. The weather forecast said it'll be cold this week. I'm thinking it'll be hard to go running every morning. Today I didn't go running because of a rest day.

■2012年01月30日（月）　 It was cold.
朝は２５キロのランニング。寒かった！今月は４８９キロ走りました。うれしいです。段々足が強くなっています。次の大会では成果を出したいなぁ。
In this morning I ran for 25 kilometers. It was too cold. In this month I ran for 489 kilometers. I'm so happy. My leggs are getting stronger. I want to make a better result next marathon.

■2012年01月29日（日）　 relaxed
朝に１１キロ走ってから朝霧へ行きましたが、風邪が強くて飛べず。昼に焼きそばを食べました。うまかった！。帰って３０分ぐらい昼寝してから、カンフーパンダ２を見ました。気に入りました。それから、筋トレにストレッチ。良い休みでした。
In this morning I ran for 11 kilometers. And then I went paragliding Asagiri plateau today too. But we couldn't fly because of the windy. We disappointed it. We ate pan-fried noodles for lunch. It was yummy. After I got home I took a nap for 30 minutes. And then I watched Kung Fu Panda 2. I liked it. After that I worked out and did stretching exercises.I had a good day.

■2012年01月28日（土）　 paragliding
朝霧へ飛びに行きました。グッドコンディション。けど昼からは曇ってきました。１本目はトイレが我慢できずに、約一時間。２本目は１時間半ぐらいでした。その後は娘を名古屋へ迎えに行きました。来月アメリカなので、荷物を運んで、家で支度をしないといけません。その後は、豊橋へ買い物へ出かけました。
I went paragliding in Asagiri plateau with a friend. It was a good condition. But from the noon it was cloudy. My first flight I couldn't hold off on a trip to the bathroom and I landed. The flight time was about an hour. My second flight was about 1 hour 30 minutes. I enjoyed it. After that I went to Nagoya to pick up my daughter. Because she'll go to America next month. She needed to carry many baggages and to make arrangements for studying abroad in our house. After that we went shopping to Toyohashi.

■2012年01月27日（金）　 It was too cold.
今日は寒かった。でも朝は３０キロのランニング。空気が冷たくて喉を痛めました。マスクして走った方が良いなぁ。今日は３０キロを２時間１７分で走れたので良かったです。
It was too cold today. But in this morning I went running for 30 kilometers. I've got a sore throat. Because the cold air. I thoguht I should wear a mask when I run. Anyway I could run 2 hours 17 minutes for 30 kilometers. It was good for me.

■2012年01月26日（木）　 come back
得て勝てをへ行きました。マサキが次の授業から復帰します。良かった。病気がかなり悪いと思っていました。けどプライベートレッスンは終了になります。
I went to the conversation school. I heard Masaki would come back next week. I'm happy to hear that. I guessed his sick was too bad. But my private class will be dismissed.

■2012年01月25日（水）　 pocket warmer
最近ホッカイロを背中に付けて仕事しています。けど、今朝は忘れて気がつきませんでした。さむいと思って気がついたのが、昼ごろ。ホッカイロ無しでは働けません。
Thesedays I use pocket warmer on my back when I'm working. But this morning I left it and I didn't realized it. So I felt too cold. Around noon I realized it and I thought I won't be able to work without it.

■2012年01月24日（火）　 my daughter
娘が久しぶりに帰ってきました。けど、スノボーの服を買ってくれ・・・。認めましたが、来月アメリカへ行くのに、いつ行くのだろう？？？？
My daughter came back home after long. But she asked me to buy her new snowboard wear. I let her it. But she'll go to America next month. I wonder when she go snowboarding.

■2012年01月23日（月）　 I have a pain.
左膝が少し痛みます。週末走り過ぎました。今朝は走りませんでした。明日も長い距離は走らないと思う。明後日ぐらいには良くなって走りたいなぁ。
I have a little pain on my left knee. I have run long distance last weekend. So today I didn't go running. Maybe I won't go running long tomorrow. I want to get better my knee the day after the tomorrow and go running.

■2012年01月22日（日）　 I run
朝はいつもより遅く起きました。筋トレをして、朝食。その後、３９キロ走りました。それから床屋へ行って髪を切ってもらい。ビデオ屋さんへ行ってスーパー８を借りました。面白かったです。
In the morning I wake up later than usual around 6 o'clock. I did muscle training. And I ate break fast. After that I went runnig for 39 kilometers. And then I went to a barber and I had my hair cut. After that I went to a rental video shop and rented a blue ray super 8. After I got home I watched it. I liked it.

■2012年01月21日（土）　 to change tires
今日カーショップへ、スタッドレスの交換へ行ってきました。たぶん今シーズンでこのスタッドレスも終わりです。ノーマルタイヤも駄目なので、戻す時に新品を買わないといけません。高いんだよなぁ。
Today I wento to a car shop. And I got them to change tires of my car to my studless tires. Maybe my studless will be died in this winter. My normal tires were died. So next time I have to buy normal tires. They are too expensive.

■2012年01月20日（金）　 it was rainning all day.
今日は一日雨。されに寒かった。朝は走りたかったけど、できなくて残念。明日の朝は曇りなので、走れると思います。
it was rainning all day today. And it was too cold. So I couldn't go running this morning. I was sorry. I wanted to do it. Maybe tomorrow morning it'll be cloudy, I'll do it.

■2012年01月19日（木）　 home work
仕事の後に英会話へ行きました。ジョンが宿題をくれました。アバターとアイアンマンの説明です。難しすぎる。でも頑張ってみます。
I went to the conversation school after work. John gave me a home work. Next class I have to describe about avatar's plot and ironman's plot. It's difficult for me. But I'll try it.

■2012年01月18日（水）　 whole attendance
小僧の調子が段々良くなってきています。今日は学校へ行きました。まだ、調子は良くなさそう。中学になって無欠席でしたが無くなりました。残念。
My son is getting better. Today he went to school. But he seemed to be not good yet. He was a whole attendance during junior high school. But he lost it. I was sorry about it.

■2012年01月17日（火）　 English school
市が先週、英会話の講座を開いたので、今日、申し込みました。でも、生徒が少なくてキャンセルになっていました。ガッカリ。
Shinshiro city hold a Englishi class last week. I realized it after the first class. Today I applyed it. But it was canceled, because of the poor attendance. I disappointed it.

■2012年01月16日（月）　 absent
小僧が高熱です。３９度あります。昨夜、かあちゃんが病院へ連れて行き薬をもらって、飲ませました。けど、朝は動けず、学校へ行けれません。最後のテストも受けれませんでした。でも、かあちゃんが先生に電話した時に、風邪が治ってから受けれると約束してくれました。
My son has high fever. he has got a fever of 39 degrees. Last night my wife took him to a clinic and got some medicines. And he took them. But this morning he couldn't move. He couldn't go to school and take the last test. But when my wife called to the tacher, he promised my son taked the test after he gets well.

■2012年01月15日（日）　 Shinshiro marathon
新城でマラソン大会がありました。１０キロのレースへ参加。４０分を切りたかったのですが、１０キロぐらいの練習をしていなく、長距離の練習ばかりしていたので、全然自信がありませんでした。でも３９分２３秒で走れました。やりました！帰ってからは昼寝。その後、グリーンランタンを見ましたが面白かった。夕方は豊川へ母ちゃんと夕食へでかけました。家へ着くと、小僧も図書館から帰ってきました。高熱・・・。明日からテストなのにどうするんだ・・・・？
There was a marathon in Shinshiro today. I joined a 10 kilometers race. I wanted to run in 40 minutes. But I didn't have confidence. Because I haven't practiced running about 10 kilometers. But I've run long distance recently. But I could run for 39 minutes 23 seconds. I was very happy. After that I got a nap. And then I watched Green Lantern. It was very good for me. In the evening My wife and I went to Toyokawa to have dinner. After I got home, my son came back home from the library. He has a high fever now. What should he do?. He has a test from tomorrow.

■2012年01月14日（土）　 paragliding competition
朝霧へ飛びに行きました。パラグライダーの大会があったので、空からの観戦。でも、沢山のパラでしたが、雲も沢山あり良く見えなかったので、危なかった。
I went paragliding in Asagiri plataue. There was a paragliding competition. So I wathed it from the sky. There were a lot of paraglifers and clouds in the sky. It was dagerous to fly with them. I couldn't see them well because of the clouds.

■2012年01月13日（金）　 Stick coffee
最近スティックコーヒーを飲みます。スティックコーヒーってジャパニーズイングリッシュか？？？分かりません。仕事の休憩中に飲みます。
I have drunk stick coffee recently. is stick coffee Japanese English? I don't know. I drink them while coffee break at work.

■2012年01月12日（木）　 Englisih school
３週間ぶりに英会話へ行きました。冬休み期間中にジョンは彼女と一緒にマレーシアのランカウイへ行ってきたそうです。お土産をもらって話を聞きました。行ってみたくなりました。
I went to the English conversation school after 3 weeks. The teacher John went to Langkawi in Malaysia with his girl friend while the winter vacation. He gave me souvenirs and told me about the trip. After that I want to go there.

■2012年01月11日（水）　 It was too cold.
今日も寒かった。会社のエアコンの効きが悪い。朝は動けません。たぶん、今週は寒いです。
It was too cold today too. The airconditioners don't work well in our factory. I can't work well in the morning. Maybe it'll be cold in this week.

■2012年01月10日（火）　 coming-of-age ceremony
娘は今年で２０歳になります。来年成人式。振袖を買わないといけない。年始にム仕事をしている多アダにかあちゃんと娘で着物屋さんへ行って決めてきました。３５万円ぐらい。思ったより安かった。
My daughter will turn 20 years old this year. So she'll join the coming-of-age ceremony next year. I have to buy Kimono for my daughter. When I was working while New Year's, my wife and she went to a kimono shop and order kimono. It was about 350,000. I think it was cheaper than I thought.

■2012年01月09日（月）　 work
今日は祝日。でも会社はやっています。一日いつものように仕事でした。
Today is a national holiday. But our company was working. So I was working all day as usual.

■2012年01月08日（日）　 the last holiday
今日も３人で朝霧へ。またしっかり飛べました。３時間３０分のフライト。明日から仕事です。働きたくないなぁ。
I went to paraglide in Asagiri plateau with 3 friends. I could get a good flight today too. I flow 3 hours 30 minutes. I have to work from tomorrow. I was very sorry. I don't woant to work.

■2012年01月07日（土）　 very very good flight
朝霧へ友達二人とパラへ行きました。朝は飛べませんでしたが、午後から最高のフライトをゲット。富士山の近くを飛べて４時間２０分のフライト。高度２７００ぐらいを飛べて凍えました。
I went to paraglide in Asagiri with 2 friends today. we couldn't fly in the morning. But after lunch we could get very very good flights. we were very very happy. I could fly near Mt Fuzi and for 4 hours 20 minutes and around altitude 2700 meters. I was freezing.

■2012年01月06日（金）　 dayoff
年末年始に働いたので、今日は休みでした。平日なので一人で朝霧へ飛びに行きました。良いフライトができて、楽しめました。でもトイレが我慢できずにランディング。もうちょっと飛びたかった。でも２時間半飛べれました。
I worked hard the end of the year and the new Year's. I could get a dayoff today. Today is weekday. I wen to Asagiri plateau alone. I could get a good flight. I was very happy. But I couldn't hold off on a trip to the bathroom when I was flying. I landed. I wanted to fly more long time. But I could fly for 2 hours 30 minutes.

■2012年01月05日（木）　 go back to home
一緒に行った一人と１０時ぐらいに出発しましたが、２名、今日一日機械の様子見で残りました。２時ぐらいに会社へ到着。３時に家について昼寝出来ました。けど２名は８時ぐらいに会社へ到着でした。
I left for my company around 10 am with one of coworkers. But another 2 coworkers left in the factory. They took care of the machine today. We arrived at our factory around 2 pm and i got home around 3 o'clock and took a nap. But they arrived 8 pm.

■2012年01月04日（水）　 We could finished our work.
今日も順調に仕事が進まなかった。けどやっと１０時ぐらいに終わった。新しいホテルへ泊っていますが、慣れないので寝れません。明日からはたぶん家で寝れます。
Today our work didn't progressed well too. But finaly we finished our around 10 pm. We werer very happy. We stay in a new business hotel. But I couldn't sleep well every days. Because I don't used to stay a hotel. Maybe I'll sleep at home from tomorrow.

■2012年01月03日（火）　 Our mork
朝早く三島へ３人で出発。一日仕事。うまくいきません。帰りたいよぉ。
this early morning I left for Mishima with 3 coworkers. And then we worked all day. Our work didn't progressed well again. I want to go back home.

■2012年01月02日（月）　 to Asagiri plateau
友達二人と朝霧へ行きましたが、風が強く飛べず。帰ってきて、走ってゼビオへ行きました。ゼビオへ着く前にかあちゃんに拾われました。ゼビオでは服などを買いました。明日からまた、三島で仕事です。いきたくねぇ。
I went to Asagiri plateau with 2 friends. But we couldn't fly because of the windy. After I got home, I went running to Zebio and buy some clothes or something. I was picked up by my wife before Zebio. From tomorrow I have to Mishima city for business. I don't want to go there anymore.

■2012年01月01日（日）　 New year
夜中に富永神社へ家族で初詣に行きました。その後寝て、朝はテイクオフへ初日の出を見に行きましたが、雲で見れませんでした。その後また寝て、９時ぐらいに新城へパラをやりに行きました。初フライトをゲット。その後、昼寝。起きた後に３０キロ走りました。
in mid night our family went to Tominaga shrune as New Year's visit. And the I went to bed again. ealry morning I went to the paragliding tekeoff place to see the first sunrise. But I couldn't see it because of the cloudy. After I got home I slept again. And the around 9, I went to paraglide in Shinshiro. we got a new year's flight. After I got home I got a nap. After that I went running 30 kilometers.
