■2011年06月30日（木）　 Hot

今日も暑かった。朝は１０キロのラン。まだ、左足首が痛みます。今日、鍼治療の予約を明日とりました。初めてで楽しみです。仕事後は英会話へ行きました。
It was too hot today too. I went running in the morning 10 kilometrs. my left ankle still hurt. So today I made an acupuncture appointmentfor romorrow. It'll be first time and I'm looking foward it. After work I went to the conversation school.

■2011年06月29日（水）　 Where is the rain season?

今日も蒸し暑かった。梅雨は何処へ行ったんだ。梅雨なのに雨が降りません。会社で昼にエアコンを動かしたけど、３５度以上でした。
It was too hot and humid today too. Where is the rain season? Despite we are in the rain season, it doesn't rain. In the noon, the air conditioners were working in our factory, but the temprature was over 35 degrees.

■2011年06月28日（火）　 too hot and humid

今日は蒸し暑かった。我慢できずに、会社のエアコンを動かしました。梅雨なのに、最近日中に雨が振りません。
It was too hot and humid today. I couldn't stand it. So in this afternoon, we used the airconditioners in our company. Now we are in the rain season, but it doesn't rain during daytime thesedays.

■2011年06月27日（月）　 Air conditoners

朝は雨で走りにはいきませんでした。午後から晴れて暑い。まだ、会社のエアコンは動かしていません。
In this evening it was rainning. I didn't go running. But in the afternoon, it was sunny and hot. Our company we didn't use the airconditioners yeat.

■2011年06月26日（日）　 paragliding and playing tennis.

朝は１０きロ走りました。パラへ行くつもりでしたけど、雲低が低くテイクオフが見えませんでした。それでも、集まってテイクへいきましたが、雲低があがり飛べました。家へ帰った後は、カヤックへ行こうとしましたが、かあちゃんが、小僧とテニスをしろと言うので、総合公園へテニスの練習へいきました。その後は、小僧をテニススクールへ送りました。
in this morning, I ran 10 kilometers. I was going to paraglide, but the cloud base was too low. We couldn't see the takeoff place. But we gathered at the landing place. After we go the takeoff place, the cloud base raised up and we could fly. we could fly for about an hour. After I got home, I was supposed to go kayaking. But my wife requested to go playing tennis with my son. So we went to Sougou park and practiced tennis for an hour and 30 minutes. After that I took my son to tennis school in Toyokawa.

■2011年06月25日（土）　 kayaking and shopping

朝は１０キロ走りました。その後、新城へパラへ行きました。けど風が強くてダメ。みんなは、他のエリアへ移動しましたが、自分は嫌だったので、家へ帰って一人でカヤックへ行きました。水位が低かったので、沈はなしでした。その後は、母ちゃんと娘の様子見と買い物へ名古屋へ行きました。帽子２ヶにズボン、リュックを買いました。娘は元気でした。
In this morning, I ran 10 kilometers. After that, I went paragliding in Shinshiro. But the wind was too strong. We gave up to fly. The friends moved to another area. But I didn't want to go flying there. So After I got home, I went kayaking alone. The water level was low. So I didn't get any capsides. After that. I went to Nagoya with my wife to see my daughter and to shop. I got pants and 2 caps and a backpack. My daughter was fine.

■2011年06月24日（金）　 hot hot hot

暑かった。カャックでもやりに行きたい気分でした。今日は雨だと思いましたが、ガックリ違いました。週末は雨模様。またまた、ガックリです。
It was hot today. I felt like kayaking. I thought it was rainny today. But it was not. It was sunny today. I disappointed ti. We didn't use any air conditioners. It'll be rainny this weekend. I disappointed it.

■2011年06月23日（木）　 It was too hot and humid today too.

朝は走りました。まだ、左足首が少し痛い。今日も蒸し暑かった。八時半ですでに３０度まで上がっていました。節電しないといけないのでエアコンは使いませんでしたが、今年はエアコンが使えるのだろうか？？？
I went running in the morning. But I still have a little pain on my left ankle. It was too hot and humid today. 8:30 in this morning, the temperature already climbed to around 30 degrees. But now we need to save electricity. So I couldn't use the airconditoner. I don't know if we can use the airconditioner in this season.

■2011年06月22日（水）　 It was too hot and humid.

今日は蒸し暑かった。２週間ぐらい前に、娘がタイへボランティアへ行きたいって言いました。今、大学で観光業の講習とライセンスを取ろうとしています。その観光業の人の集まりに参加していますが、そこでタイツアーに勧誘されたようです。高いツアーばかり、勧誘するのでたまらん。でもね今回許してやりました、でも一銭も払いません。自分のお金でいきます。
It was too hot and humid today. Maybe two weeks ago, my daughter said to me, she wanted to go to Thailand and to volunteer. Now she is taking a sightseeing tour class and trying to get the license in her university. She attends the gathering of travel industry. And she was invited to the thailand tour. I don't like them, because they invite my daughter to attend some expensive tours. But this time I let my daughter to go there. But I don't pay any money. She'll go there her money.

2011年06月21日（火）　

日曜にカヤックで怪我した、カッチャンが病院に行って、ＣＴを撮ってもらいました。頬骨の後ろにある骨が折れていたそうです。激流は危険だなぁ・・・・。
Katsu who got hurt on his face when he kayaked last Sunday went to a hospital. A CT examination at the hospital found that his facial bone was broken. Its bone is in back of cheekbone. I thought to kayak on white watwr is dangerous.

■2011年06月20日（月）　 to edit kayaking videos.

日曜に撮ったカヤックのビデオを編集しました。一つ壊れていて、復活させるのが大変でした。なんとか、直して見る事ができましたが、音がなくなりました。全部、フェイスブックに掲載しました。
I edited kayaking videos when we kayaked last Sunday. It was very hard. because I broke one of the videos. It was hard to fix the video. I could fix it and see it, but it lost the sound. I could put those videos on my facebook.

■2011年06月19日（日）　 Kayaking

アキとカツと一緒にカヤックをしました。２回の沈。アキもカツも一回でしたが、カツは顔を岩にぶつけて、痛そう。豊川の病院まで連れて行きましたが、たぶん、ひどくないと思う。
I kayaked with Katsu and Aki. I was capsized twice. Aki was capsized once. Katsu was also capsized once. But Katsu hits his face on a rock. He looked like he's in pain. So we took him to a clinic in Toyokawa. Maybe he'll be OK.

■2011年06月18日（土）　 Ohimachi party

近所の人がオヒマチを開きました。この組は２カ月おきに、オヒマチを開かないといけません。久しぶりにビールをたくさん飲みました。
Our neighbor had a Ohimachi party in this evening. Our group have to have Ohimachi party by rotation every 2 months. I drunk much beer after long time.

■2011年06月17日（金）　 Nothing special today too.

今日は走りませんでした。まだ少し左足が痛むので定期的に休みをとらないといけません。
I didn't go running in the morning. Becasue I still have a light pain on my left foot. So I need to take rests regularly.

■2011年06月16日（木）　 Nothing special

特別何もありませんでした。朝は走りました。まだ、早くはしりれませんが、走りにはいけます。仕事へ行って、仕事の後は英会話へ行きました。
Nothing special today. I went running in this morning. Now I can't run fast yet. But I can go running. And then I went to work. Today is Thursday, after work I went to the English conversation school.

■2011年06月15日（水）　 a final exam

小僧の期末テストが来週あります。テスト週間が始まりました。けど、今夜は全然勉強せず。大丈夫だろうか？？？高校受験生です。
There's a final exam for my son next week. So the test-prep time week was started. But tonight he didn't study at all. we worry about it. next year he'll take a high school entrance exams.

■2011年06月14日（火）　 muscle ache

両足が筋肉痛です。一週間ぶりに先週の土曜から走り始めたのが原因です。もっと練習が必要ですが、まだ、足首が痛いので、今週はゆっくり走ったほうがいい感じ。
I have muscle aches on my both legs. Because I started to go running from last Saturday after one week. I need to train more. But I still have a pain on my left anckl a little. Maybe I should run slowly in this week.

■2011年06月13日（月）　 edit my video

昨日パラとカヤックのビデオを撮ったので今日カヤックの方を編集しました。難しいし、かなり時間がかかります。とりあえず、なんとかフェイスブックに掲載できました。
Yesterday, I videotaped paragliding and kayaking. Today I edited the kayaking video. It was too difficult and need too much time. Anyway I could uproaded it on my facebook.

■2011年06月12日（日）18:02　 kayak

朝は１０キロ走ることが出来ました。その後跳びに行きましたが曇りでぶっ飛び。それから、カヤックをやりに行きました。マリとカツは初めての川下りで自分は、サポートのみ。でも、二人とも楽しんだと思います。その後小僧をかあちゃんと一緒にテニススクールへ連れて行きました。それから、トンカツ屋へ行きましたが、自分が頼んだものはまあまあでした。
in the morning, I could go running for 10 kilometers. And then I went paragliding in Shinshiro. It was cloudy. So we couldn't any good flights. After that we went kayaking. it was the first time for Mari and Katsu to paddle their way down the river on kayaks. So I couldn't kayak and helped them. Maybe they had a good time. After that my wife and I took my son to tennis school. After that we went to a Tonkatsu restaurant. My food I ordered was so so.

■2011年06月11日（土）　 running

朝は雨。外で何も出来ないので、ミシンで巾着袋やパラの道具を作っていました。昼から雨が止んだので、今日からまた走り始めました。今はまだ、少し左足が痛いです。明日は走れるか不明ですが、たぶん、走れると思う。その後、トロンを見て、それから、田んぼの草刈。その後はグリーンホーネットを見ました。
It was rinning in the morning. I couldn't have nothing to do outside. So I made drawstring bags and something tools for paragliding with my sewing machin. But from noon, it stopped to rain. So I started to go running everyday again from today. Now I still feel a pain on my left foot a little. I don't know if I go running tomorrow. Maybe I can do it. After that I watched Toron. After that, I weeded in our ricefields. after that I watched Green Hornet.

■2011年06月10日（金）　 look for fireflies

仕事の後、鳳来にたくさんの蛍をかあちゃんと一緒に探しに行きましたが、雨が降り始めて、見つけれませんでした。
After work, I went to Hourai to look for many fireflies with my wife. But it started to rain. So we couldn' find it.

■2011年06月09日（木）　 Fireflies

英会話の後に蛍を撮りに行きました。去年、蛍を守る会が出来て、今年、近くにある小川を綺麗にしました。３０ぐらい蛍が見れましたが、写真を撮るのは難しかった。写真の中に蛍がいるのは分るかな？
After English school, I went taking fireflies pictures in our area. Last year our community made a team for Preservation of Fireflies. So there's a stream in our area and they cleaned it this year. I could see about 30 fireflies. But it was difficult to take them. Can you see any fireflies in the photo.

■2011年06月08日（水）　 I feel bad.

雨のち晴れ。まだ、走りにいないので、調子悪。週末も天気が悪くて、またまた、気分悪！！！
It was raiing in the morning and sunny later. I haven't gone running yet and I feel bad. And it'll be rainy or cloudy this weekend. I feel worse.

■2011年06月07日（火）　 waste money

金欠病です。登山にパラにランディングに無駄遣いしてしまった・・・・。もうすでに、今月の小遣いがありません・・・・・。
I'm feeling the pinch now. I wasted money for hiking and paragliding and for running. So I already had used up my month's spending money.

■2011年06月06日（月）　 I can't run.

３日間走っていません。まだ、右足が痛い。たぶん、今週は走らないほうがいい感じ。ガックリ。
I haven't run for 3days. Because I still have a pain on my ledt foot. I disappointed it. Maybe I shouldn't go running in this week.

■2011年06月05日（日）　 Tsuketi

付知へパラに行きました。曇りで、かすみがかかっていて、視界がわるく、良く飛べるような感じではありませんでした。けど、１時間２０分のフライト。楽しめました。
I went paragliding to Tsuketi in Gifu prefecture. It was cloudy and visibility was poor because of the haze. So we couldn't expected to get any good flights. But I could fly for 1 hour and 20 minutes and got at 1900 altitude. I had a good time. The photo is my friend.

■2011年06月04日（土）　 A fine day

今日は天気がよくて暖かい。とびと走りに行きたかった。けど会社はやっているので、ダメ。仕事しています。
It's fine and hot today. I wanted go flying and running, but I couldn't. My company opens today. So now I'm woking.

■2011年06月03日（金）　 Hot

今日は寒い。昨日はジャンバーを着ていましたが、今日はＴシャツだけ。朝は１０キロ走りましたが左足の痛みがひどくなった感じです。ガックリ。２,３日走らないほうがいいみたい。
It was hot today. Yesterday I wore a jacket. But today I wore only T-shirt. This morning I could run 10 kilometers. But now the pain on my left foot got gradually worse. I disappointed. I shouldn't go running for a few day.

■2011年06月02日（木）　 cold

今日は一日寒かったです。けど朝は６キロ雨の中を走りました。４日ぶり。まだ足は痛いのでゆっくり走りました。仕事絵行った後から調子が悪くなり、一日鼻水にくしゃみでした。
It was cold all day today. But in this morning, I went running 6 kilometers in the rain after 4 days. Now I still have a pain on my left foot. So I ran slowly. After I got work, I felt bad. I have a running nose and sneeze all day.

■2011年06月01日（水）　 studying abroad

娘から電話があって、３年になったら、１年休学してオーストラリアへ留学したいって電話がありました。そんなお金はありません。高いので、交換留学生で行って欲しい。
My daughter called my wife and she said that she wanted to take a year off from school to study abroad in Australia, when she was in the third year of university. My wife and I guessed it was very expensive. We don't have enought money to do that. I want her to study aborad as an exchange student. It's cheaper than that.
