■2014年01月31日（金）　 missing school 今日は走らず。小僧は欠席。あと何日休めるか分かりません。 I didn't go running today. After that my son didn't wake up. He was absent from school today. We don't know how many days he can absent from school.

■2014年01月30日（木）　 usual day 朝は１０きロのラン。その後、学校へ小僧を連れて行きました。その後は一日仕事でした。 I went running 10 kms in this morning. After that I took my son to school. And then I worked all day.

■2014年01月29日（水）　 my son's feeling 朝は１０キロのラン。その後小僧は起きてきましたが、また、ベットへ逆戻り。仕事に向かいましたが、その後、また、起きてきたらしく、母ちゃんが連れていきました。なんだかよくわかりません・・・・。 I went running 10 kms in this morning. After that my son woked up. But he went to bed again and I left for work. After I got home, he woked up and went to school. My wife took hime to school. I didn't know his feeling.

■2014年01月28日（火）　 not attending school 朝は１０キロのラン。その後は仕事。今日も小僧は学校へ行きませんでした。ガッカリ。でも夜は元気にドラムを叩いていました。 I went running 10 kms in this morning. After that I went to work. My son didn't go to school today. We disappointed it. In the night he looked fine. He was playing the drum.

■2014年01月27日（月）　 a dull day 朝は走らず、小僧は学校に行かず。一日仕事をしていましたが、つまらない日でした。 My son didn't go to school today. I didn't go running today. I was working all day. It was a dull day for me.

■2014年01月26日（日）　 sewing 朝は２０キロのランニング。その後はＧＩジョーリベンジを見ましたが、結構面白かった。午後はパラのフロントコンテナをミシンで作っていました。 In the morning I went running 20 kms. After that I watched G.I. Joe Retaliation. It was good. In the afternoon I made a bag for paragliding on the on the sewing machine.

■2014年01月25日（土）　 paragliding at Asagiri 朝霧へパラに行きましたが、曇りでぶっ飛び。帰って来てから１０キロ走りましたが、娘が自転車で伴走してくれました。 I went paragliding at Asagiri with friends. It was cloudy and we only flew down. After I got home, I went running 10 kms and my daughter escorted by bicycle.

■2014年01月24日（金）　 overslept 朝早くは１０キロのラン。その後、小僧が起きてこなかったので会社へ行きました。でも、その後、起きたようで、かあちゃんが学校へ連れて行きました。でも遅刻したらかも。夜は天体観測をしました。写真は馬頭星雲。 I went running 10 kms in this early morning. After that I left for work and my son didn't wake up. I heard he woke up after that. My wife took him too school. But he would be late. In the night I observed through my astrometric telescope. The photo is Horsehead Nebula.

■2014年01月23日（木）　 getting bigger 朝は１０キロのラン。娘はまだ、名古屋です。小僧は学校へ送って行きました。最近甘い物の食べ過ぎで太ってきてます（涙）。 I went running 10kms in this early morning. My daughter wasn't home and she was still in Nagoya. My son went to school and I took him to school. I'm getting bigger these days. Because I have eaten a lot of sweets.

■2014年01月22日（水）　 Where is my daughter's house? 小僧は今日は学校へ行きました。よって送迎しました。娘は名古屋へ行きましたが、そのまま、友達のアパートへお泊り。本人の家はどこにあるんだ？？？朝は１０キロ走りました。 My son went to school today. I took him to school. My daughter went to Nagoya and stayed her friend apartment. I don't know where her house is. I wet running 10 kms in this morning.

■2014年01月21日（火）　 absent 娘は午後に東京から帰ってきました。でも小僧は今日も休み。仕方ないです。一日仕事ができました。朝はランも久々に止めました。 My daughter came back from Tokyo in the afternoon. But my son didn't go to school today too. We I had no choice. I could work all day. I didn't go running in this morning after long.

■2014年01月20日（月）　 pain 朝は１０キロのラン。昨日のレースで左足が痛みます。ゆっくり走りました。小僧は学校へ行かなかったので、定時で出勤できました。娘は就職活動でまだ、東京にいます。 I went running 10 kms in this early morning. But I had a pain on my left leg. Because of the tomorrow's race. I ran slowly. My son didn't go to school today. I could go work at usual time. My daughter is still stay in Tokyo for job hunting.

■2014年01月19日（日）　 Shinshiro Marathon 姪と新城マラソンの１０キロレースに出てきました。高校２年でもし、僕に勝てるようなら１万のプレゼント。結果は４１分１５秒で勝ちました！姪は４６分ぐらい。けど年代別で３位に入っていました。彼女の学校が表彰台を独占していました。 I joined Shinshiro marathon 10 kms race with my neice. She is a junior. I had a race with her. And if she won I paied 10000 yen. But I won and I was happy. I could run in 41 minutes and 15 seconds. She ran in about 46 minutes. But She won third prize in one's teens. Her school monopolized the podium.

■2014年01月18日（土）　 sunny 晴れで新城でパラぴょり。飛びに行きたかったですが、一日仕事。朝は１０キロのランでした。 It was sunny today. It was a good condition for paragliding at Shinshiro. I wanted to fly at Shinshiro. But I was working all day. In this early morning, I went running 10 kms.

■2014年01月17日（金）　 race 朝は１０きロのランニング。左足が痛い。日曜に新城マラソンがありますが、姪と勝負で、勝てたら一万小遣いをやるつもりですが、走りきれるだろうか？？？ I went running 10 kms in this early morning. I have a pain on my left leg now. I'll join Shinshiro marathon on Sunday. I'll have a bout with Yoshie one of my niece. I'm not sure if I make a goal. If I lose it, I have to pay her 10000 yen.

■2014年01月16日（木）　 reading books 朝は１０キロのラン。その後は小僧を学校へ連れて行きましたが、財布を忘れて、スタバに寄れず・・・。最近子供の本を読みあさっています。 I went running 10 kms in this early morning. After that I took my son to school. At that time I left my wallet home. I couldn't buy anything. I wanted coffee at the Starbucks. I have been reading books of children recently .

■2014年01月15日（水）　 fixing a bag 朝は１０キロのラン。その後は小僧を学校へ送りました。夕方には娘のバックを自分のミシンを使って直しました。パラ用のバックが欲しいですが、時間がありません。 I went running 10 kms in this early morning. after that I took my son to school. In the evening I fixed my daughter's bag on my sewing machine. I want to make a bag for paragliding. But I don't have the time.

■2014年01月14日（火）　 cold 今日も寒い。でも朝は１０キロのラン。その後小僧を学校へ連れて行きましたが、一人で行ってくれないかなぁ・・。 It was cold today too. But I went running 10 kms in this early morning. After that I took my son to school. I want him to go to school alone.

■2014年01月13日（月）　 Adult's day 成人の日で祝日でしたが、一日仕事。３時ぐらいにじーさんと姪でおしるこを作ってくれましたが、美味かった！ It was a national holiday Adult's day. But our company was open and we worked all day. Around 3 o'clock my father and niece made us Oshiruko which was sweet red-bean soup and rice cake. It was delicious.

■2014年01月12日（日）　 Shopping 朝早くは２６キロのラン。その後、磐田のララポートへ娘の運転で母ちゃんも一緒に買い物へ行きました。自分は何も買わず。帰ってから、パシフィックリムを見ました。その後は小僧をテニスへ連れて行く予定でしたが、行きたくないというので止め。ガッカリです。 I went raunning 26 kms in the early morning. After that I went shopping with my wife and daughter. My daughter drive to Iwata Rara Port. I didn't buy anything. After I got home, I wathced Pacific Rim. And the I was suppodet to take my son to tennis school. But he didn't want to go. I disappointed it.

■2014年01月11日（土）　 paragliding at Asagiri 朝霧へ飛びに行ってきました。２時間半以上のフライトで標高は２３００ぐらい。楽しめました！！！ I went paragliding at Asagiri with friends. I could fly for over 2 hours 30 minutes around 2300 atitude. We had a good time.

■2014年01月10日（金）　 repair 朝は１０キロのラン。その後小僧を学校へ送りました。前回パラへ行った時にラインを一本切ってしまったので、交換しました。明日は良いフライトをしたいなぁ。 I went running 10 kms in this early morning. After that I took him to school. one of my paraglider's line cut last time. So I repair it today. I can go paragliding tomorrow. I want a good flight.

■2014年01月09日（木）　 taking my son to school 今朝も朝は１０キロのランニング。その後小僧を学校へ送りました。電車で行こうとしません。いつまで送れば良いのだろうか？？？ I went running 10 kms in this early morning. After that I took my son to school. He dares not go by train. It's a big problem. I don't know how long I take him to school.

■2014年01月08日（水）　 rain 朝は雨ふり前に１０キロのランニング。今日も小僧を学校へ送りました。三学期は全部学校へ行って欲しいなぁ。 In this morning I could run for 10 kms before the rain. It was rainning all day today. I took my son to school today too. I want him to go to school all day in the last trimester.

■2014年01月07日（火）　 an opening ceremony 朝は１０キロのラン。その後小僧を学校へ送って行きました。今日から３学期が始まり始業式です。仕事は忙しくありませんでした。 I went running in this ealt morning. After that I took my son to school. Today was the first day of the last trimester and there was an opening ceremony. I was not busy with my work.

■2014年01月06日（月）　 starting work 今日から会社でしたが、朝はいつもの時間に行けず。小僧を学校へ送りました。まだ、追試を受けないといけません。朝早くは１０キロのランでした。 Our company started work from today. But I couldn't go to work in usual tiem. I took my son to school. He had to take some additional tests. In the early morning, I went running 10 kms.

■2014年01月05日（日）　 paragliding and a party 朝霧へ飛びに行きましたが、またもや曇り。ぶっ飛びで終了しました。夕方は、お友達の美奈子さんが新しくパラグライダースクールを豊川でやるということで、起業パーティに出てきました。素晴らしいパーティでした。 I went paragliding at Asagiri with friends. But it was cloudy today too. We couldn't get any good flights today too. We were unlucky. A woman started a paragliding school business in Toyokawa. She is my friend and held a starting party in the evening. I joined the party with friends. It was the great party. I could drink a lot and joined it.

■2014年01月04日（土）　 relaxed 仕事にスノボにパラで疲れていたので、家でのんびりしていました。でも午前中に１５キロのラン。その後、スーパーマンを見ましたが面白かった！！！。それから豊川へショッピングへ行って下着と財布をゲットしました。 I was stay my home. I was too tired because of the work, snowbording and paragliding. I relaxed today. But I went running 15 kms in thismorning. After that I wathced the man of steel. I love it. After that I went shopping with my wife. I got my under wears and wallet.

■2014年01月03日（金）　 paragliding 朝霧へ飛びに行きましたが、曇りでぶっ飛び・・。ガックリ。でも初フライトができて良かったです。 I went paragliding at Asagiri with friend. But it was cloudy there. We only got a straight flight. I disappointed it. But I could get the first flight in this year. It wa good for us.

■2014年01月02日（木）　 Snowboarding in Happo 家族と甥と姪で八方にスノボへ行ってきました。日帰りでがっかり。泊まりたかったなぁ。でも楽しめました。I went snowboarding in Happo with my family, 2 nieces and 1 nephew. We had to return in a day. Because our schedule didn't permit us to stay. I wanted to stay another day. But we could enjoyed it.

■2014年01月01日（水）　 New year 仕事で疲れていましたが、午前中に１５キロのランニング。その後、豊橋へ小僧のスノボのウェアを買いに行きました。良い物をゲットしたようです。明日から、姪と甥も連れて、八方でスノーボードです。 I was too tired. Because of the construction. But in the morning I went running 15 kms. After that we went shopping in Toyohashi to buy my son's snowboarding wears. He could get his wears he likes. We'll go snowboarding in Happo tomorrow with 2 nieces and 1 nephew.
