■2013年11月30日（土）　 Shinshiro Paragliding Club year-end party
パラの忘年会があったので参加しましたが、楽しめました！朝は１０キロのラン。小僧は学校。娘は名古屋へ友達に会いに行きました。
Shinshiro Paragliding Club held an end year party and I joined it this evening. We had a good time. I went running 10 kms in this morning. My son went to school. My daughter went to Nagoya to meet her friends.

■2013年11月29日（金）　 trouble
娘のパソコンがネットに繋がりません。全然わからなくい・・・・。小僧は今日も学校へ行きました。朝は１０キロのランでした。
I'm in a trouble. My daughter's notebook can't connect on the Internet. I couldn't slove it today. My son went to school today too. I went running today too.

■2013年11月28日（木）　 tablet
朝は１５キロのラン。その後小僧を豊橋駅まで送りました。娘がネットができなくて、学校などにメールで連絡がとれないし、就活でも困るので、タブレットを買ってやりました。自分が欲しい・・・。
I went running 15 kms in this morning. After that I took my son to Toyohashi station. We are happy that my son goes to school. My daughter is angry. Because she couldn't surf the internet at home and contact with university or something by e-mail. She needs it for job hunting. My daughter made me buy a tablet today. I also want it.

■2013年11月27日（水）　 drum
娘がオーストラリアにいる時から、ドラムが欲しいと言っていたので、電子ドラムの安いのを買いました。昨日来て、小僧が教えてもらっています。My daughter said that she wanted an electronic drum, when she stayed in Australia. My son also wanted it. So I bought it for them. My daughter learned drum when she lived in Nagoya. Last night my daughter was a teacher. My son was a student.

■2013年11月26日（火）　 practicing
朝は１０キロのラン。小僧は学校へ行くというので、送りました。学校から帰ってきて、娘に教えてもらってギターの練習をしていましたが、覚えが早いわ！
I went running 10 kms in this morning. After that My son said that he went to school. So I took him to school. After school, he practices playing guiter. My daughter teaches him it. He's a quick learner

■2013年11月25日（月）　 We were bummed.
小僧が学校へ行かなくてガッカリ。朝は１０キロのランニングでした。
My son didn't go to school today. We were disappointed it. I went running 10 kms in this morning.

■2013年11月24日（日）　 autumn colors
娘と鳳来寺山や紅葉を見に行って、写真を撮ってきました。I went to Hourai to enjoy the autumn colors and take photos with my daughter.

■2013年11月23日（土）　 Paragliding at Asagiri
朝霧に飛びに行って２時間半のフライト。久々のロングフライトでした。その後、田貫湖へ紅葉を見に行きましたが、終わってた・・・。ガックリ。写真はアッチー。
I went paragliding at Asagiri and could fly for 2 hours 30 minutes. I could fly for long time after long. After that we went to Lake Tanukiko to see autumn leaves. But It was already finished. We disappointed it. The photo is Acchi.

■2013年11月22日（金）　 My son
娘が帰って来てから、小僧は学校へ行っていますが、娘の影響か？？？嬉しいけど、まだ、安心はできません。今朝は風邪で調子が悪そうでしたが、行きました。学校までの送迎。今朝は久々に１０キロのランでした。
After my daughter came back home, my son goes to school. I don't know why he goes to school. Is it my daughter's influence? Anyway we can't reliable. But now we are happy. He looked like feel bad int his morning. He caught a cold. But he went to school today. But I took him to school. In this morning I went running 10 kms after long.

■2013年11月21日（木）　 ISON comet
朝はまた、アイソン彗星の撮影に挑戦しましたが、自分には難しすぎる。良い写真は撮れませんでした。まだ、暗すぎて明るくなってきている最中なので、来月挑戦した方が良いです。ということで、来月撮り直します。今朝は５キロのラン。そして、小僧は豊橋駅まで送りました。
I tryed to take photos of ISON comet in this early morning again. It was too difficult for me. I couldn't get any good photos. Now ISON is too dark. It grows light. Maybe I should try it next month. After that I went running 5 kms. And then I took my son to Toyohashi station.

■2013年11月20日（水）　 I was busy in the early morning.
今朝は、走りたかったし、彗星は見たかったし、サッカーは見たかったしで大忙しでした。まず、サッカー前に彗星を撮りに行きましたが、赤道儀が動かず、また昨日と一緒で三脚で撮っただけで、あまり良い写真は撮れませんでした。その後、さっかーを見ましたが、もう始まっていて、みるなり日本の得点。休憩中に５キロ走りに行きました。買えるとすぐにもう一点。３−２で日本が勝ちました。その後は、小僧を豊橋駅まで送りました。
I wanted to take ISON comet, wathc the football game Japan vs Belgium and run. Before the game, I went taking ISON. But my equatorial mounting didn't move. I disappointed it. So I only take it with a tripod stand. I couldn't get any good photos today too. After that. the game was already
started. But Japan made a goal as soon as I turned on the TV. When the break time, I went running 5 kms. After I got home, Japan made a goal soon. Japan won 3-2. After that I took my son to Toyohashi station.

■2013年11月19日（火）　 ISON comet
今朝アイソン彗星を撮ろうとしたけど、カメラの調整をしてるうちに曇って終了。肉眼では見れないなぁ。赤道儀を使わないと綺麗にとれないなぁ。今朝は５キロのラン。その後、小僧を豊橋駅まで送りました。I tryed to take ISON comet in this morning. When I started to take it, it was begun to be cloudy. It was invisible to the naked eye.　If I want good picures I need to use anequatorial telescope. I went running 5 kms in this morning. After that I took my son to Toyohashi station.

■2013年11月18日（月）　 driving school
両足筋肉痛で、走れませんでした。今日は小僧は学校へ行って、送って行きました。娘は今日から自動車学校で、車の免許をとります。
I have pains on my legs. I couldn't go running today. I took my son to school today. My daughter went to driving school from today. She'll get a car license.

■2013年11月17日（日）　 Kobe marathon
朝、腹痛のゲリ・・・。でも、すぐに良くなりました。３６キロ付近までは快調でしたが、そこで足を攣って、その後は全部歩きました。３時間５６分でした。
I had a stomachache and diarrhea. But I got better soon. I was very fine at 36 km point. But I got cramp on my left leg. I couldn't move at that time. After 36 km point, I walked to the goal. It took for about 3 hours 56 minutes.

■2013年11月16日（土）　 The previous day of Kobe marathon
朝は１０時まで仕事をして、その後、神戸へ前日受付へ行きました。その後は前夜祭！沢山、のんで食べ過ぎました。
I went to work by 10 am. After that I left for Kobe for Check-in Kobe marathon. After I checked in, I joined a Q blog party. I drunk and ate a lot.

■2013年11月15日（金）　 My daughter came back home
娘が９ヶ月間のオーストラリアの留学から帰ってきたので、セントレアまで迎えに行ってきました。春、夏休みなどが無かったので、３月まで休みだそうで、家にいます。もう、名古屋に行ったままだと思ったが、短いけど３月まで、４人暮らしになりました。小僧は今日は学校へ行きました。My daughter studyed abroad for 9 month in Australia. She came back to Japan today. I picked her up at Sentrea Air Port today. She'll stay home by March. My son went to school today.

■2013年11月14日（木）　 My daughter left for Japan
朝は１０キロのランニング。小僧は今日も行きませんでした。娘は今日日本に向かって出発。シンガポールで乗り継ぎで明日帰ってきます。母ちゃんとセントレアへ迎えに行ってきます。
I went runnning 10 kms in this morning. My son didn't go to school today too. My daughter left for Japan today. She'll change planes at Singapore. She'll come back home tomorrow. I'll go to Centrea to pick her up with my wife.

■2013年11月13日（水）　 Kobe marathon
朝は１０キロのラン。小僧学校へ行きませんでした。日曜に神戸マラソンがあり、参加してきます。でも足の調子はイマイチなのでゆっくり走ってきます。
I went running 10 kms this morning. My son didn't go to school today. There is Kobe marathon on Sunday and I'll join it. But there is something wrong with my legs. So I'll run slowly.

■2013年11月12日（火）　 My daughter
朝は１０キロのランニング。その後小僧を学校へ送って行きました。娘が金曜にオーストラリアから帰ってきますが、楽しみにしています。
I went running 10 kms this morning. After that I took my son to school. My daughter will come back from Australia this Friday. We are looking forward to it.

■2013年11月11日（月）　 skin boil
小僧が一か月前から顔にでき物を作っていて、病院へ行きたくないって言っていましたが、今日休んだので説得して連れて行きました。これで一安心です。My son needed to get to a dermatology anout 1 month ago. He gets a skin boil on his face. He didn't want to go there. He didn't go to school today. I persuaded him it and took him to a dermatology. My wife and I relieved.

■2013年11月10日（日）　 rain
午前中は雨の前に３０キロを走れました。その後家の片づけをして、映画を一本見ました。それから母ちゃんと食品の買い出しへ行きました。
Before rainning, I could run 30 kms in this morning. After that I tidded my house. And then I wathced a movied in my house. After that I went and got some stuff at a store with my wife.

■2013年11月09日（土）　 B-1 Grand Prix
朝は２０キロのラン。その後、パラへ行きましたが、曇りでぶっ飛び。なので、慌てて、Ｂ−１へ行きましたが、無茶混みでした。
I went runing 20 kms in this morning. After that I went paragliding. But It was cloudy, we only flow down. After that, we went to B class food contest in Toyokawa city. It was so crowded.

■2013年11月08日（金）　 B-1
朝は１０キロのラン。その後小僧を送りました。週末はＢ−１が豊川であります。ご当地のグルメ大会で、日本各地のグルメが食べれます。でも、行ける時間があるのか不明。
I went running 10 kms in this morning. After that I took my son to school. There is B-1 in this weekend in Toyokawa. B-1 is like a food stall contest. We can eat foods around the country. But I don't know if I have a time.

■2013年11月07日（木）　 arriving at school
朝は雨でランなし。小僧を起こしませんでしたが、自分で起きてきました。訳１０日ぶりぐらいの登校。連れて行きましたが、渋滞で、遅刻になりました。
I didn't go running in this morning, because of rainning. I didn't wake my son. But he woke up himself. I took him to school after about 10 days. But the traffic was slow. So he was late.

■2013年11月06日（水）　 tidy up my house
朝は２０キロのランで１時間４０分。小僧は今日も行かず。最近、自分は暇な時に家の片付けをやっています。
I went running 20 kms in this morning for an hour and 40 minutes. My son didn't go to school today too. I have tidied up my house recently when I'm free.

■2013年11月05日（火）　 usual day.
朝は１０キロのラン。毎朝１０キロ以上は走るように習慣にしています。小僧は今日も行きませんでした。何を考えているんだろう？？？でも、気分は良さそうです。
I went running 10 kms in this morning. I'm in the habit of running over 10 kms every morning. My son didn't go to school. I don't know what he's thinking. But now he looks like happy.

■2013年11月04日（月）　 Wolf Children
祝日でしたが、会社はやっていたので、一日仕事。朝は走りませんでした。小僧が「おおかみこどもの雨と雪」を借りてきたので帰ってから一緒に見ましたが、良かったです。
It was a national holiday today. But my compnay was open. So I was working all day. In this morning I didn't go running. After work, I watched Wolf Children with my son. He rented it. It was a good movie.

■2013年11月03日（日）　 Les Miserables.
パラにはあまり良い日ではなかったので、朝から３０キロのランニング。その後はかあちゃんと豊橋へ買い物へ行って棚などを買いました。家へ帰ってきてんら、リ・ミゼラブルをみましたが、ミュージカルとは知らずに見てしまいました。でも、面白かった。
It was not a good condition for paragliding today. So I went running 30 kms in this early morning. After that I went shopping to Toyohashi with my wife and we bought a rack and smomething. After I got home, I watched Les Miserables. I didn't know it was musical before I watched it. But I was a good movies.

■2013年11月02日（土）　 Second flowerbed
朝は１０キロのランニング。その後は仕事でしたが、仕事の合間に、カーマへ行って花壇の枠を買ってきました。取り付けて、完成！
I went running 10 kms in this morning. And then I went to work. But during work, I went buying concrete blocks for retaining at Kama. And then I set them up on Second flowerbed. It was done.

■2013年11月01日（金）　 372 kms
朝は１５キロのラン。先月は合計で３７２キロのラン。ナカナカ良い感じ。小僧は今日も学校へ行きませんでした。月曜に創立１２０周年の行事へ行っただけでした。
I went running 15 kms in this morning. I could run 372 kms in total in last month. It was good for me. My son didn't go to school today too. He went to school only Monday for the 120 anniversary of the foundation of his school.
